Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Haven't yet had a final score further apart than 7-4 this season. I am going to have multiple stress-induced heart attacks by the time the season is over at this rate.
All is right in the world again lol. The order is the same, just the gaps are weird. Nero and I are both 5-1 but he was a massive lead over the 4-2 teams in his division while the 2-4 teams are right on my back. Joe and Kilga (both 4-2) do hold a narrow lead over Sharon (2-4) for the Wild Cards though, so again, the same but with a weird gap.

rn I'm beating KMD but everything is still so close even though it's 9v3. He'll prob overtake me in IP and the other pitching categories are close and he could edge me.
very close game

It's been a rough week for that already. I'm playing short due to my 7th IL spot being used and having no adds left. And it rained all along the east coast today. Luckily the Yankees and Blue Jays have a double header today but the seven inning doubleheaders mean we're robbed of four innings and 1-2 AB from those hitters. And it does weird things to pitching. So yeah still sucks.

it's a good thing you can set your lineup in advance b/c I totally forgot to do it this morning and luckily only my 3b was not in his lineup today.
u might want to get some relievers, joe.

Category based standings have Sharon (4-4) right on my (6-2) tail and 8.5 games up on Kilga (4-4) for the last playoff spot. That appears to be the only major difference. If the season ended today, it would effectively act as a tiebreaker.

What do you mean? I have Williams, Gonzalez, Price, added Tejay Antone a few days ago. Is there something I'm missing (keeping in mind that this is my first time playing fantasy baseball)?
Is this really your first year? It was mostly a joke that I beat you in S+H 8-0 last week but looking at your record you are averaging 1-2 saves per week. Idk if there are any better ones out there that you can grab but it's something you might want to look into.
I also know that it's hard b/c we only get 3 adds per week which is something I could change next season if we wanted too but yeah, just offering some advice.
Also, sign up for football.

Yeah, it's my first year. Appreciate the advice because I don't have much of an idea of what to do lol
yikes. that 4-7 looks way better than the 2-9 it was but it still sucks to lose.

Division 1, Kilga put himself right back in the playoff picture this week which is true regardless of standings format. He's right behind Joe in both category standings and weekly results.
In Division 2, Sharon reclaimed the lead by one game in category based standings despite being tied for the fourth best record and me having the second best record in the league.

Missed setting my roster in time on Saturday by 10 minutes since I was camping/had crappy cell service and it almost cost me the win. That was much more of a sweat than I would've liked it to be.
With a 6-5 loss, Kilga did himself more favors in category standings than he would have in a simple win/loss format. He's still just outside the Wild Card (4.5 GB of Joe instead of 1 GB of Sharon).
I took a big loss. but still trail Sharon in category standings despite a better record. I play Sharon this week so that's a fun one to follow.
