Do you think populartajo is scum? Why or why not?

1.) Well I was going to say no I dont think Pop was scum. But now after his claim I am torn. I couldnt see Popscum, claiming vanilla so early, even as a joke or softclaim. I could see someone doing that if they really were vanilla and just bored...this is why I said it was anti-town and a super poor play. Now he has claimed doctor...he is either lying, or he was trying to be "slightly" scummy to avoid a NK....but his play has been anti-town and he hasnt been playing like a doctor should. Also he has been playing much different than another game I was in with him...that means little, but should be noted.

2.) I dont know about Stef, havent seen enough from him. He has mostly pouted about being called "dumb" and threatened to take his ball and go home...most likely he will be replaced before everything is said and done.

3.) Not enough from Skitzer either...though, reading his posts in a vaccum again has me leaning town.

Now that BA's had a chance to defend himself, I'll go into more detail.

CKD makes a fair bit of effort to show that BA jumped on popular wagons, conveniently ignoring his reasons for getting on those wagons, in an effort to label him a wagon-hopper. This comes off as disingenuous and opportunistic, and not at all like legitimate scumhunting.

2. CKD attacks BA for logical fallacies regarding Tajo.

This section attempts to show that BA is wrong. Actually, it doesn't even do that; it only says that BA is wrong, but bear with me. Showing that he's wrong is fine, but it does dick-all to show that he's

3. CKD focuses on the weakest link.

What's CKD's opinion on Tajo, or the rest of the Tajo wagon? He didn't say anything about them. He put the spotlight on the "silly stretches", ignoring the real case.

These three things all together tell me that he's trying to chainsaw on behalf of Tajo.

1.) You say I am "ripping out the context"...please then INSERT the context that I left out. It is easy to say someone is being oppurtunistic...but please explain how me picking up something I see as scummy and presenting it (WHEN NO ONE ELSE IS PAYING ATTENTION TO IT) is opportunistic.

I'm not ignoring BA. I came right out and said that I don't find him suspicious, I'd think that would imply that I'm paying attention to him.

Once you get past BA's misuse of the word "clear", the main argument against him boils down to "he linked tajo to Stef". Which is true, but his reasons for linking them, and for attacking tajo rather than Stef, made sense at the time. Am I really supposed to believe that a townie couldn't read tajo's "give Stef some slack because he has a South Park avatar" bullshit and draw a connection? That makes sense to me.

I reveiwed my case against BA...half of the case was based on his interactions with Stef..who was part of the jap mafia. With 3 jap scum dead, i am not certian that BA is part of that scum team. 4 players per team seem excessive to me...but with the ability to cross kill it could be feasible.

at any rate, I am not as hell bent about his lynch as I was yesterday. i am more interested in finding more of this greek mafia or trying to find the possible SK....

It is one less kill if there is only one Jap mafia member left. Also SK's are a hard one to find. I am terrible with finding serial killers as they are loaners who appear town for the most part.

as much as I wanted to see BA hung yesterday, I am not feeling that lynch today. We are not certian there is a 4th member of the Jap mafia. Couple interesting points I gathered today while doing a bit of a reread.

In post 411, electra thinks that random votes on someone that is scum is a scum tell. That is why she has Ku_F at medium high because of voting Stef in the random vote stage. I personally don’t think it is a tell, but my point is Electra does. Some people might say it takes scum to know scum. Bob knows Ted is screwing around on his wife, because Ted is acting like Bob when Bob did it. So if you look back to Electra’s random vote you find…
