My reasoning for thinking that he could be scum is. A.) meta while I was doing a dive on someone else I ran across a game that had a town Kerset in it that was way more proactive than this game B.) He and CSF cross-voting each other was early distancing?

It's easy when MathBlade is here unfortunately. He'd hate me saying this but scum just use his wrongness and loudness to obscure and avoid elimination. See Civilization. Usually he's not this bad, but when you get to four confirmed times (Wake, CSF, there's a vig, Kyouko is the TA), it's obvious this is one of his worst games ever and I expect Kerset to make it five.

The louder and angrier Math gets, the more likely he is wrong. Accurate Math works with town, not against it.
