The last two are heavily intertwined by themselves; cluing PLANE without cluing PILOT is tough. If you actively wanted to clue them together, I think you'd pick something real simple like "FLY" or "FLYING." At least for a 2-clue, which this is.
Cluing Millionaire / Plane ... that's a bit trickier. Plus we have the earlier connection from CITY too. And I can't think of a simple word that hits both easily without pointing to other things.
We just need to tread carefully because if you slip up around her as scum she notices and will tear your spine out and slap you to death with it. (I'm slightly scared of Nancy)

I have some theories for the second one but want to think on it a bit more.

I see two words with strong connections - CRASH and STOCK.
Stock Market.
"Market crash" is a thing.
However, it's only a thing in context of a stock market specifically. I don't think you ignore the stock market connection to clue CRASH. And I think stock connects to luggage as well, in terms of store stock - things that can be stored.

Yep, actually enjoyed this alot more than the regular codenames, I would definitely enjoy playing this again.

Very glad you both enjoyed!
I think if we have a lot of people enjoyed this then I'll tighten up the rules and make this a regular thing (maybe do it once every 5 games or something)
As for score, everything else in your grid is correct but I have no idea how you got so many strikes xD
9 clues given + 7 bystanders + 1 for the mistimed clue (I'm not gonna do 2 strikes for it as the clue itself was legal, just at the wrong time)
Gives you a final score of: 17

I’d play both but hands down much prefer duet.

Neat so my mistake only cost us one strike. I don’t expect that to happen again. But this is way more enjoyable than the regular codenames.

HIDING, 3: Ninja / Cover / Night
CAROLS, 3: Organ / Snowman / Night (normally I wouldn't double up this early, but I couldn't think of any other good 3-clues, so figured might as well)
TREE, 2: Bark / Nail
SHREW, 2: Shakespeare / Nail
Assassins were KETCHUP, CRASH, and FRANCE. CRASH in particular was spoiling a lot of attempts to try and hit all three of Shakespeare / Bark / Nail in one swoop.
I can’t believe only one other team has solved this. Btw, my assasins were nail, cat and crash. Only reason I guessed nail was because I knew your last clue was one of my assassins. Thank God I didn’t guess crash.
