Yea backups backup any role permanently. You can gate the backup but if you want shots to be passed between players after death it needs to be a universal backup but then it can backup anything

@MR, I think you can say you only have the back up power, as ssbm used the 1 shot, you can't have this. Otherwise, it'll overpower the town and others will suspect you for that.
