Actually, as long as we aren't eliminated we're basically immortal. Since we're explicitly allowed to talk in here as long as we're alive in another game, and we can kill people in this game by eliminating either them or their lover in another game.
In fact, one of us dying might actually be beneficial... If we flip scum, it'd be more believable that we're town in the other games, and as such easier to push eliminations favorable for this game.
And it's not even throwing because it's very likely Town we want dead will either be scum in another or at least lovers with them.
It's kinda like a weird version of multiball

I'm thinking of eventually trying to push Meg as the first elimination. I think it's mathematically optimal for Town in B/C, and it reduces the potential for him to get eliminated in A and take me with him later, but that would make you flip red in A as a consequence as well.
I spoke before about dying this way not being terrible, and potentially even being a good thing, but I didn't really want that to happen D1. Or D300 whatever.
What do you think about it?

In post 16, Amy Dunne wrote:Townslipped? I saw Dunn fake that as scum in a game. Like seriously? That reads as the fakest townslip ever, eventhough we know it’s true. As town, I probably wouldn’t buy it.
Post the receipts in thread then, like you're arguing with me on it. Thing is, we DON'T even know it's true, and if indeed it isn't, it'd look real good to get him on it.

Like, if we eliminate Meg, it also kills you in Game A, but not in B or C. NM on the other hand would die in B and C, but not A.
But it could potentially hurt me in B or C because people might be suspicious of me. How many games are you scum in? I’m town in both B and C.
I think it would help you in B/C, because the odds of you being scum in each consecutive game get exponentially lower. There's a 25% chance of any given slot being scum at least once, but that drops all the way down to 6.2% for a second game.
However, you can still influence things in A since you're still allowed to post in here while dead, and pushing lims through in other games could potentially eliminate them here too. It'd be more complicated to make happen, since the games are going to get out of sync after the first lim, but definitely possible.

I'm also Town in B/C. Though I think cross-scumteam communication would be neat, it's not going to happen for us at least. Makes it easier to play to wincon without juggling multiple teams though at least.

Scum don't have that kind of information though, like. What basis do we have to say if someone else is scum in both other games? I could push on that more, sure, but it doesn't make sense.

I literally don't have anything to reassess. This is the only active PT, and the main thread doesn't really have a lot from the slots in question. There just isn't enough material to work with here.

I think I made a pretty large mistake by omitting you from my final living post, but it doesn't seem like anyone's picked up on that yet, so... Hopefully it stays that way.

Ideally Meg actually would be scum in B or C, because that in turn makes them more likely to be Town in A, which would make defending them less suspicious.
Queen almost definitely is scum as well, a shame I died first there...

Well, it seems I was correct on both counts! Unfortunately it only mattered in one...
Now comes the final push. There's two angles you could take here, trying to cast doubt on Dunnstral's triple Towniness, though honestly I think he's been pretty Town by play the whole time, so that might not be feasible... or using Cheeky's continued scumposting to try and present her as being double scum, which would be my recommendation. Hopefully you've done enough to convince Meg, so here's hoping you can get Dunn to betray Cheeky

In post 56, Amy Dunne wrote:I ironically forgot the rule about scum not outing their buddy when I demanded Cheeky do that but it at least helped spew me as not her buddy, so that’s good anyway.
Not actually in my ruleset, btw. I'd be interested to see how you could do so without breaking "Play to win the game." but I tend to have a really relaxed ruleset.
I always thought it was a bit of a silly rule, because it'd just be a WIFOM thing if it ever happened. Like, I'm not just going to blindly trust scum to tell me who to eliminate if I'm Town, and if I'm scum and I know that, then it has potential use to protect partners with reverse psychology, or get easy mislims if a Town seems particularly gullible.

I think you're doing great, and we have a very solid chance of winning here. No one else can possibly know TSS doesn't exist, you're not mech guilty, and Cheeky being the only one off my wagon puts us in a decent position.
