Have you thought about using solar and going off the grid?In post 801, Toogeloo wrote:I'm officially here and reading from Page 1. If anyone would like me to pay extra attention to particular points, or give me some things to consider while reading, I'd appreciate it.
That's worth consideration.-

There's nothing wrong with putting down a vote on one scumspect and stating reads of other players or continuing to hunt in any way.In post 803, Bell wrote:
I’m not sure how you arrived at the conclusion I was implying I thought there was one scum or that sircakez thought there was one scum.In post 794, Mandelbrot wrote:
Not really buying this post as genuine. In post 767, Bell wrote:You voted someone and then developed reads on other players. In a catch up post.
Why even vote someone if you don’t have enough information to see whether they’re going to end up being your ultimate vote five minutes from then? It reads backwards.
I'm pretty sure we're all aware there is more than one scum.
I’m not even sure why you would think this as either alignment.-

Unless scum falls first tier missions, which will suggest their roles are NOT x-shot.In post 805, Toogeloo wrote:
There is nothing particularly scary in these Danger meters, other than possibly Multitasking late game. The other two can be easily managed by not being careless or inattentive. In post 2, GuyInFreezer wrote:* Stage 0 - Nothing happens
* Stage 1 - 2 days taken off of day deadline
* Stage 2 - Hostile factions members gain Multitasking modifier
* Stage 3 - Elimination costs one less vote (Not applicable in a MeLo/ELo)
Scum could possibly also have roles that are applicable (I assume this has been talked about). In post 3, GuyInFreezer wrote:Success bonus for raid participants: gains 1-shot for applicable roles
I don't see any particular reason right away why raids would ever fail.

Flavor speaking, depending on the setup, this could be multi-ball with Garleans and Beast Tribes as two separate scum teams, or there could be a Serial Killer if GiF made Lahabrea a solo third party in that manner.

Starting actual reading of the game now.-

The day is about to start so I can't review right now.
I'll try to remember to look back at this later to see where I hiccuped.-

You didn't catch shit, eliminating me. Contributing to use my red flip that game to support your asinine ideas is nonsensical for reasons I've been bouncing off your thick head since that game ended. In post 1904, Qrow and Raven wrote:Others just towntold hard enough that scum got narrowed down *shrug*
Scum caught for the wrong reasons is still scum that’s been caught

Point to a single post of mine in that game that actually shown any knowledge of the game state or had anything other than complaints about not being able to keep up.
My elimination was a lazy play that happened to work out, bottom line.-

Would've been nice if that was something I could intuit.
If anything, I would have considered it a Roleswapper crumb, so be thankful I don't crumb hunt, I guess?-

It's annoying that people were still trying to scumread me after my play this game, lol.
I thought our role was a powerhouse for town, and no way would I give Titus free reign to use her role after her n1 hood posting.-

I'm with Nancy on this.
Even Yume claimed the negative utility aspect of our role on d1. He could have at least done that.-

Dude I legit was thinking of making a Best Performing Town nomination of {You, Sakura Hana, Romance} as the three slots who most contributed to the town win. A lot of shit got done in night hoods, and scum was reading us as VT up until I claimed (because of paranoia posted in one of the night hoods).
Yeah, we didn't lead any ZOMGSCUMLIMS, but we *did* manage to not only stay under scum's radar, but also avoid Neighborizing scum and thus giving away our role.
But I guess none of that matters because, y'know, it's just "lol house, shit town with shit reads and shit play".
Igotchu.-

I couldn't have USED my role as long as I did without staying under scum's radar as a perceived VT, and choosing exclusively town players which prevented outing me to the scum team.In post 6492, mastina wrote:Your work was, by your own statement, mostly role-related.
Even back at D1, I had come around to townreading dwlee, but I couldn't very well say, "Hey Titus, we want to help you and dwlee communicate because I think you're both town." I had to signal my intentions so they'd put together who built that hood and most likely had access to it. Then, I maintained that information flow by leaving one of those informed townies in the hood with another townie so no single town player's death destroyed our credibility.
Had I invited a single scum player, I'd have turned into a prime night kill target because of my ability to keep play ongoing during an otherwise locked down period. The ability for 2 townies to collaborate on decisions to submit a night action is far more powerful than just submitting an action based on one's own perspective, and the ability to keep that functionality hidden from scum while weaving town players in and out of the hoods was essential to the successful use of the role... all the while leaving scum thinking we were just a VT.
It's not like the players were just "eenie meenie minie moe" chosen and otherwise left to fate and random luck. There was strategy involved in every single decision made in the use of this role and the daytime communication with previous neighbors in collaborating on the next night's hood.-

You're a sweetie. <3In post 6489, CheekyTeeky wrote:I'll nominate you house <3
At the root of the issue isn't some desire for a scummy nom. I'm just frustrated with always being overlooked for any sort of basicrecognitionwhen I actually do something meaningful because of the, "oh, it's just House, what the fuck does he know" kind of mentality.
Yeah, I'm a socially awkward person. I don't always say the right/acceptable things, and sometimes my reasoning is incomprehensible. But what the fuck do I *know*? More than nearly anyone bothers to give me credit for.-
