Marcus the dead security guard is going ape up above. He is out of things to throw, and hasn't yet seen you. There is a smouldering helicopter in the distance. He seems to have thrown that.

Marcus screams as you start to suck him up. He fights, and fights, but it's no good against you.
And as he departs, so does the cat, and you watch in awe as a UFO flies up, and off into the sky. Never to be seen again.
Congratulations, you have captured your second ghost. It was made a lot easier after someone triggered Marcus into full poltergeist mode. The next ghost will be harder to find. You can return to the eatery and wait at any point, or you can climb down the ladders to the Alley way and go exploring. Let me know what you want to do.

There is nothing up here that you can see that can charge your UFO. You can climb down the ladders, or you can try go down the vent on the side of the control panel.
