If I die I can continue to send a message during each dawn phase (not just the night after)
My sticks and stones ability is that I can't be protected from dying at night
It costs 5 gold to remove that part (which I have bought)

I don't know where the Ariel vote comes from, unless I did that and the killblock was just coincidental. The fact that both the nightkill and oth's vigilante kill seemingly failed should be something to keep in mind, though?

Have you misunderstood oth's claim? They claimed that their ability always fails if they target town. So, their ability failing is not unexpected.

CoF, can you try voting for someone and then immediately voting for someone else.

Why Child wagoned?

They started to be wagoned day one, and then they claimed to be poisoned. They claimed they were going to die night 3. Then on day 3 they claimed that they had a mystery gold ability. They did not die night 3. They are now claiming that they lied about being poisoned day one and that they lied about not knowing what their gold ability did on day 3.

Definitely worth being scrutinized imo

I am The Tempest from The Tempest. This is not a lie. I don't know where Ariel came from in this vote count. As for my role, I am a dreaming god. I can choose one of four abilities based on a line of text, without knowing exactly what an ability does. I can't directly quote flavor, so bear with me:

- Night 1 I used one that involved being as free as mountain winds, and day 2 was shortened with no explanation. I've been assuming this was me for lack of anything better.
- Night 2 I used one that accquaints a man with strange bedfellows, and the next day everybody had neighbourhoods. The mod confirmed I caused this, and I was told how it worked. I had the option to buy in to another play's neighbourhood for 5 gold apiece, but I only had three at the time.
- Night 3 I used one that had the word "Awake" in it a lot. The next day, no kills happened and oth is still alive. I would assume oth not being able to vote or be voted means their ability fired, but they weren't allowed to die so this happened as consolation.

Okay, so your first ability was "Thou shalt be free As mountain winds." And it shortened the day

Second ability "misery acquaints a man with strange bedfellows" and it made the hoods

Third ability "Shake off slumber and beware. Awake, awake!" and it created the Ariel vote in the vote count.

What is the fourth ability?

The dreaming god claim gives me pause. Ffery and I just played in a game with a dreaming god (Isekai), and I could see that resulting in her adding one to the game. I can also see the tempest being a role that would get a dreaming god rope card.

Also, both the shortened day and the mass hoods were up to now unexplained, and no one else claimed them.

Also, the Ariel vote is obviously coming from child of Fairies, and if you are already fake claiming dreaming god, why not say you think your ability made the Ariel vote but you don't know how it works? Why make an outlandish, and provable wrong claim like having a mass kill stop? - the alternative here being that they really are a dreaming god, and simply did not know what their ability did.

If this is a fake claim, it is a incredible one.

It is absolutely on point flavor wise, with a flavor that CoF claimed early day one.

It explains three different, up to now unknown abilities.

And there was a purposeful "mistake" towards guessing what one of their abilities did, so that we would think they don't know what their ability does. Which is a pretty impressive move to make.

I'm looking back at Cephir, and I am unsure why he voted OTH in 2114. OTH claimed that they were a town vig that shot at him over night before that vote in 2069.

I feel like there were plenty of people suspectic OTH because they claimed to be self clearing, but were suddenly backpeddling on if they could. But seeing the full claim, Cephir should have immediately known why their clear failed since he was bulletproof.

I kind of feel like he should have then believed that they were town, since there still was a mafia kill that night, so this shot at him had to come from a vig.

Like, from his pov, OTH was either a town vig, or they were scum who knew he was bulletproof and then made up their claim to fit with it.

I don't like the vote, but he does walk it back soon after in 2169. So maybe that was him realizing that? I wish he was here for me to ask

Scum dreaming god isn't impossible, just rare since it's a really useless role for scum to end up with. None of my abilities so far would help scum in any way.

I don't think so. Shortening deadline means town has less ability to control where the vote goes because there's more pressure to compromise, and hoods are pretty strong pocketing tools for scum.

I am not sure this follows through. So far, all of their dg abilities were announced. The shortened day. The hoods. And now the Ariel vote on the vote count.

Does not make sense to me that they would have purposefully no killed to claim they stopped it, but then also activate their Ariel ability to fairly obviously disprove it. I don't think that the scum team ever no kills.

As the day has gone on, I am leaning even more towards the idea that I successfully drew the night kill. With an off chance that you stopped wisdom - but I am leaning town on him, so I am not leaning that way. But I still think that is a more likely solution then scum choosing to no kill.

I see that it was intentionally separate from the other abilities, even looking at the role pm the gold ability is separated from the others. But I do see LLD's point that that could have been clearer. A simple "gold purchase options are treated differently then your normal abilites" line somewhere under the gold mechanic rules in the OP.

I did end up killing LLD because I was worried she would flip on me for how I was playing with her in the neighborhood. I didn't think she was cleared just for having a neighborizor/watcher role. It was townie but Bowser was pushing pretty hard for them in the neighborhood and so I could delay it there.
