Gatherer's advanced search you can do stuff like search by a particular converted mana cost, or exact mana cost. Netrunnerdb I think you can do similar, and I saw another very similar to that for Arkham Horror too.

This seems pretty useful for Dominion. Not sure how easily searchable it is, but it's sortable by a bunch of different characteristics.
