I think having our vigs claim is plain dumb. We would probably loose one due to a counter claim and even if we won't use the other the mafia will kill our doctors one by one + the misslynches. We would make scumhunting = null and we would just ruin the game.

I am against the claims so early in the game. Unless some1 finds a sound plan i'd keep the MC till later in the game when it would be more valuable.

I don't know why I didn't think about this before. Charter was saying that we should try to avoid night deaths, right? He was essentially saying that time, in this setup, gives us a better chance to win. If we keep deaths low, that gives us more time to use our doctors for protection and gather intel to avoid accidentally killing one of our own (since all town are either doc or vig, we're all pretty key for the team).

So, who else is for a NL on day 1, then see what happens tonight?

1'st of all you based much of what you said on charter's opinion. Have you forgot he might very well be scum and he might try to influence the town into something that sucks for us? Or isn't your interest to have the town win?

2'nd you use faulty logic. That no-lynch setup doesn't give us an edge. In this game protection doesn't help us gather ANY info since there are 7 damn doctors one of which isn't even town.

3'rd you use yet another faulty logic. The purpose isn't to have docs protecting more. The purpose is to find the scum and kill them and win the game. Nothing else. If you can explain to me any situation in which we should prolong the game and block the scumhunting for the first day or so would be good for the town maybe i'll give you a clap for finding a good fake explanation or maybe i'll believe you.

So.. you say we should leave ALL the game to be completely random for the town ( except the two vigs ) and take it out of our hands without making ANY decision of our own? The vigs will be shooting blindly, the SK will kill.. whatever, scum will be following an agenda, and you say that the town shouldn't have any calculated move? That's just anti-town.

Yes there's the possibility that we lynch the wrong person. That's the same in ALL the games. Mafia's got one kill/night, SK has one and we have two. That makes our nights fairly balanced so it shouldn't change the way we hunt in our game during the day. You further and further increase my suspicion on you.

And regarding the FOS and the threat to vote charter.. it's not my place to defend him but it's an attack on you so.. what reasons mentioned before? All i can see is "I did think it was strange he went against it.".

If your argument against him is your case for the No Lynch then how come don't I look suspicious to you?

I built a case against him. I didn't pick an easy target. I picked the scummiest target there was. I tried explaining he was wrong. He kept going with anti-town strategies. I am not going to dismiss him on the count that he is a newbie. I will pursue this issue until something makes me change my mind. Such a thing hasn't happened yet. Why are you defending him?

- I gave up on the No Lynch idea a long time ago. It was very quickly made clear what a bad idea it was and where my own thinking went wrong.

I've been here.. reading from time to time but didn't really have time. All the time i had yesterday for example i spent writing a 2500 words post in one of my games since it's in endgame. That took me 3 hours. That was too much.

I don't actually see, going back 5 pages, many questions addressed to me.

I was asked what i have to say about the last days and lurkers ( i guess i was one of the people put in that category ). As i said.. i like my vote on GnK and i'll explain why later. Just woke up right now so i can't focus.

That's all for now since most of GnK's posts simply make my brain hurt. That's why i like my damn vote and i'd be surprised if some1 could top him and make me vote otherwise.. or.. because it would be irrational of me otherwise: GnK, If you can clean up your act and start reading other games to get a feel of how the game is played and start thinking more about the game as a whole rather than just posting things that YOU, without any experience, THINK are SOLID and T HE MOST RATIONAL cases and tells and IF you stop telling people who to vote and what to do just because you "know you are right" and IF you will be able to convince me that you are less scummy than others than then i'll consider you might be helpful to the town and that we have better targets for today's lynch.

I'll give you this. If either GNK or Charter are actually scum and they avoid a lynch today i'll give them my respect for being able to derail the town like this. Don't get me wrong, it's a good idea to keep your options open, but still, it would be admirable.

@OP: Meta on you tells me you are this inactive and unhelpful in all your games. Why do you join games if you don't intend on actually bringing an actual contribution? Lazy much? At least make an effort since you took on the commitment. Considering your meta, your contribution to this topic ( including lurking/flaking/inactivity ) is a null tell for me. That makes a read on you almost impossible. I don't think that is pro-town at all. We have a deadline and i intend to use it. Why the rush? You must understand that there are situations where the town fights itself while scum sit back and enjoy. I will not agree to lynch anyone until we either get the inactive players posting or we reach the deadline.

Well.. i've made my opinion regarding you GNK quite clear some time ago and that hasn't changed. You are a newbie and you belonged in a newbie game before joining this one. You continue to play poorly imo.

Regarding the point i made against OP.. it also applies to Charter and others. Charter is playing horribly. If he is scum he is playing horribly. If he is town he is playing horribly. If he is SK he is playing horribly. Overall, he is hurting the game with his posts and attitude.

Too many flakers/lurkers and bad play from some players in this game.

I will give the flakers/lurkers time to respond but i will do everything i can to fight them because as long as they are affecting the game it can't be played properly. I do want to use the deadline but if players' attitude doesn't change soon it isn't likely to change till the deadline and i will be the first to hammer/put at L-1 players who fit in that category before the deadline if they don't do something to clean up their act. Maybe they think that if we aren't all voting for them they are safe doing what they have been doing so far. That is WRONG.
