(Someone go edit that page to take out the Xylbot-specific bits no one cares about)

I don't understand why this thread is on the forums rather than the wiki, but whatever...

Your "Sun Tzu" method is fairly effective, actually - not being suspected in the first place is the easiest way to avoid problems. That said, when you do get suspected, try to get as many specifics as possible from your accuser. If they're Town, you have somewhere to start reasoning with them (unless they're just going by gut/PoE, and sometimes even then). If they're Scum, you can often trip them up or make them say something they don't want to, about you or somebody else. More information is good, to a point.
"Flailing" is an overused term, but at a guess you may have become emotional? People on this site tend to react badly to that in an accused, better (sometimes) if you're the accuser.Retired as of October 2014.- Mr. Flay

Someone is going to get lynched, almost every day. Don't worry about it, just try to see why it happened and reduce the chance of it happening again (hint: this works as any alignment).Retired as of October 2014.- Mr. Flay

Absolutely THIS.In post 51, callforjudgement wrote:ou need to be more open when under suspicion, too; say everything you're thinking, talk through your scumhunting processes. This makes it a bit easier for scum to hide, but it's also very hard to pull off as scum, and so it should make you look townier.Retired as of October 2014. - Mr. Flay
