Like I said, I'd hate to be you, but I also don't really know how to play this - I've never played a game where I'm I'm not scum hunting, and just yelling 'im.the town' feels silly.

I'm the town, yes. Would I pick me right now? Maybe, I couldn't honestly tell you. Like, I think I'd much rather be the scum here, because I can just see this getting boring and frustrating for both of us

I've already answered - I'd much rather be mafia. They have a much more fun time plus they get to influence more in the other threads. Like it's really easy for scum in thread one to say 'i think my mafia partner X is scum but also so is bella' because you (furtive) only have to make one right choice - cross thread bussing is fun and optimal. Like, I can see people in the other threads doing it now - but it looks scummy. I also got told I should be fighting with mala - why, it's a waste of time.

I think in this thread particularly it's really easy for scum to say 'furtive should vote nona' because mala's opening was so poor, they can bus mala and still get scum voted.

Scum have a much louder voice here, which is always fun.

It seems like your played version of this before?

I think galron is fairly easy to read and I've never voted for town nm (it's my stupid badge of honour), so should be an easy game.

I think you are choosing between me and Nona and yeah, reasonable - I honestly thought we had an easy win here before they started posting.

I think my reaction test response was pretty telling but like....I don't wanna be a dancing monkey for two weeks..at some point you see going to have to make a decision:)

Mala'd fake town slip just looks bad, but Nona looks really town! Their whole tone and vibe. Also, definitely reading that as a meter - reader.

Everyone has to look towny though. Mala'd scum game is really lucky, but this game doesn't use normal scum skills, so I can see it'd be easy to do stuff outside of your scum range.

Nm is scum, obviously. Your highness is the only one that looks like solving, but it's actually really pro scum for a acun to say the town is deffo between one scum and one town in the other threads.

Maybe controversial actually but I really dislike obscures post to hotmail.com about making up reasons to scum read, as it just throws shade without actually advancing the point of the thread.

It's much more likely to go into a final round and much less likely for a town win. It's kind of why I don't want today to drag on - it also gives mafoa way more info for next round - for example, If nm is town then he's always going to be picked rn if we have a next round I think it's hard at the moment for mafia to plan overall for round two though, it really is a game of two halves.

Think it's 1/3 X 1/3 x 1/3 so yeah.

Assuming there is a 2nd round, we'll have a group of 3 non ICs which is neither all town nor all mafia. That's useful info at least.

Can you explain this? I thought say 2 was just the same set up again with a bit more scum influence

Hi obscure - I dunno, I think my frustration is mainly with the set up - what is the point of these threads indeed I feel like town focus should be on looking town rather than proving the others are scum, because it feels really fruitless to me

I dunno - in a normal mafia game I'd be tr-ing you and Hotmail, plus Nona, plus your highness and have nm as null, and the rest as scum. But that's useless!

Galron is deffo scum btw, this is his exact scum meta. I'm less sure in the obscure/hutneil debate now, they've both over egged their arguement with each other.

I don't know why scum aren't panicking, If it's as obvious as it looks - which means I'd be considering if nm could possibly be town (it's not galron) or if it's hutneil over obscure. You just need to get it right once to not auto lose though.

I'm gonna be radical - I really think that lock towning your highness is lazy. This is 100% could be nm's town game, now that diffusion of power is over and we've seen him try hard town. It's only because the other two aren't doing loads (and this is galrons scum meta) that they seem the default.

I'm locking in hutneil, though, I feel good about them.

...you know, I thought the second the other game ended it would've been obvious it was me, I thought part of the reason you were scum reading me there was because my tone was so different!
