Hydrae are allowed (Max 3 heads), including anonymous hydrae. Anonymous Hydrae heads must PM me however.
TLDR Setup Information:

This setup is Multiball. It contains no third parties.
A Lunar and Solar Cult are the scumteams.
Despite the scumteams flavoring as cult, their factional abilities are unknown, and will remain unknown until the game is over. Factional abilities may or may not contain recruitment, and each scumteam may have different abilities.
This setup may contain some bastard mechanics. Moderator given Information is guaranteed to be true.
This setup has 4 unique phases. These phases alternate between traditional day and night phases. Some abilities can only be used in specific phases. The phases go Dusk, then Night, then Dawn, then Noon, then Dusk.

Provable randomness

Claiming scum
- by yourself is fine. Claiming scum with another player is against the rules.

Confirmation
- You have about 60 hours to confirm your role and your alignment by PM. Game will start when 14 players have confirmed.

Prods
- You must post game advancing content at least once every 36 hours or I will Prod you. You then have 24 hours to post in the game thread or I will replace you. If you return before I find a replacement you may stay in the game. Players not checking in within 24 hours of the night must send me a confirmation PM that night phase or be replaced. Receiving 3 prods results in forced replacement. Prods may be requested to be given early but will not count as an official prod until the 36 hours are up and the official prod PM is sent.

Quoting
- You may not quote (or copy paste) any private information into the thread, including your role PM and any mod communication. This is strictly enforced. If something is unclear for this rule, ask me first.

Voting
- Votes must in the format VOTE: MegAzumarill or
Vote: MegAzumarill
. Use vote tags whenever possible. If I think it is a vote, it counts as a vote.

Elimination
- Elimination phases end early when a simple majority of players (>50%) vote to eliminate somebody. If a majority is not reached at deadline or if a majority of the players vote for no elimination, the phase will end without an elimination. 50% of votes are sufficient for no elimination. If three consecutive phases pass with no deaths, then the elimination method will change to be plurality. This will be publicly announced.

Twilight
- Begins when a majority is reached and lasts until I lock the thread. You're still alive until I flip you so you can talk in any game threads you have access to until then, but votes are locked and cannot be changed.

Night and Noon
- Night and Noon last 48 hours. I will send messages halfway through these phases to any players with an action (other than limited shot actions) that have not submitted an action.

Death
Do not post in any private threads or the main thread after you are dead unless otherwise told you are allowed to. Do not make a Bah! post.

Action submissions
- You may submit actions via PM (if Town) or PT (if Scum). If the actions are not submitted by the deadline then you do nothing. You can change your mind as many times as you like before the deadline. Actions may be scheduled ahead of time. All actions should be sent via PM unless specified otherwise in your role PM. The Scumteam should send their actions via PT.

Setup Information
¤
Day Cycle
The game starts in Dusk phase, then changes to night phase, then changes to dawn phase, then changes to noon phase. Most actions are performed at noon or night, eliminations
¤
Bastardness
This game does qualify as bastard, but the bastard elements are kept to a minimum. Mod-given information is true.

Limited Reveal
Factional abilities will not be revealed when a faction member dies. Role abilities and alignment still flip as normal.
¤
Solar Cult and Lunar Cult
- These are the two scum factions. They have nonstandard factional abilities and are not neccisarily identical. Although they are flavored as cults, conversion abilities are neither confirmed nor denied to exist.

Third Parties
and alternative win cons do not exist

Each non-town faction
wins when they make up half the remaining players, and the other scumteam is all eliminated.

Random
elements may be present in the setup, but nothing will be randomized after the start of the game.

Generally my policy for V/LA is I won't prod you, but if the V/LA itself is too long and you are inactive I may have to seek replacement. Generally I'll try to be forgiving on this
If this is close by then I'll probably keep it up. If not then I'll look into other options
We have passed the threshold here but I still really want to run this setup. The way I see it there are three options.
1. Keep signups open as is for a nebulous amount of time
2. Close signups
3. Break apart Hydrae to fill
I really don't want to enforce the third option and won't force any hydra to do so. I know hydraing is enjoyable, rare, and most importantly serves as a way to allow players to play that otherwise couldn't commit to a large.

Yeah that should be fine, I'll probably do setup for the game later today, if you hear back from Greeting have you both PM me the name of your hydra. If I end up setting the game first I'd just treat it as a replacement and if Greeting declines for whichever reason I'll just keep it as just you.
I think this is the best way to keep moving forward and Greeting shouldn't miss anything while we wait on role confirmations
