as long as you share a win condition with them, you are not allowed to reveal their identities. once a mafia member dies, there's technically nothing in the rules preventing it (and nothing preventing them from doing the same to you).

you could claim a guilty (or other role-based evidence) or just say you have a really strong read, since either of those could turn out to be wrong, but you can't claim to have mod confirmed verification that they are mafia in your role PM.

both mafia factions choosing cooperate does not cause you to win together. you are separate factions now and cannot win together.
