Scum know who their buddies are. So there’s no “assuming KJ is a goon”. Either KJ is for sure a goon or for sure not a goon. The only way your point holds any water is if Elly KNOWS KJ is goon via being partners.

The entire point is that Element's is most likely not what they claim, at all.

Parity cop, with an unannounced result and a hit on outed Loyal Sailor Joke, fits nicely with the data at hand, depending on other results depending on mutineer roles.
