NK is probably town because why would scum vote you there when you said you were voting the next person to post and also not try to fluff it up at all? He’s potentially painting a target on his back and scum don’t want to do that.

I don’t agree that E-2 is dangerous at this point. If scum come in and coordinate a quick hammer then it’ll be pretty obvious and an easy win by D3 for town.

Moooostly agree with the Roden thing - proactive stuff does tend to lean town cause an active town is usually a detriment to mafia.

Don't really agree with the NK read - would need to see some justification on their end for the vote. Plus Dragon changed his mind on the voting for next person thing in his second post so that's not relevant to NK's post.

I was less afraid of a quickhammer and more concerned of a people just jumping the wagon and voting me (slowly) and the mafia getting a free miselimination.
Also, yeah it might be one of the quickest RVS'es.

"Mistake" is an odd way to put it but I guess it's technically true. I don't think it's alignment indicative though to recognize that you made a mistake.

And Vox, as to the other things you said, I thank you for the compliment about handling the pressure and agree that my retraction of my strategy is probably NAI.

know it was scummy, Roden knows it was scummy, Vox knows it was scummy and I'm sure even you know it was a scummy strat. Now, making a scummy move does not make you automatically scum. I think many good town players make scummy moves, sometimes intentionally! (If you don't understand why, I recommend looking at the mafia wiki article for WIFOM)

My read on you isn't locked in, it's only the beginning of the game. What you say in the second post makes more sense though, if you get townier or someone else gets scummier then my reads will change. What makes you think my read is locked in?

Also I think people are too wary of wifom instead of going with Occam’s razor as a guiding principle.

Wifom only really holds credence when people use it as a defence or use it to attack someone else in like a preplanned scenario (eg following an NK). Third parties questioning the validity of a read due to wifom is not really very helpful since the nature of wifom means there are two equally valid explanations.
