also, Ircher, can you explain why you think 3383 is a S-S post? it's not clear to me how your thought process evolved based on this. Of your previous solve, why did you decide sheep was town instead of Alisae or Dragons?

Alisae and furtive fit together better from an associative standpoint. They were both strong scum reads of Pooky while he was alive; furtive had that really bad string of posts clearing the sheep slot as town. Then you have Alisae's reaction in 3153 through 3155 that just rings hollow. I think 3169 summed up that interaction between Alisae and furtive pretty well. That's why sheep ended up as the "town" there. But I've changed my mind on that because I looked back at sheep's posts and they nor their predecessor are doing much of value. For example, sheep's last three posts consist of stalling for time and haphazardly bandwagoning onto the sentiment against me.


3383 seemed like a scum-scum post because it is made to judge rather than understand.

Furtive towny, b/c scum furtive has no incentive to stick his neck out for town xofausuka and furtive isn't the type to try to use reverse psychology to ensure a vig target doesn't change. I agree because even if STD is scum, killing me or Cakez was probably better for town than killing xofausuka since we were primed to be a big distraction. (I was tunneled hard on Cakez EoD1, so scum would probably have liked me to continue in that vein.)
Skrew scum is a coward if he doesn't fake a guilty.

What do you mean by "as a leash"? Is the assumption that whoever gets copped will also get night killed?

That's not really accountability. There's too many things that could prevent that from being effective such as your successor getting killed, your successor being scum, etc.

I guess first order of business is do we go with the Cop chain plan or elim SK. I'm going to read Gimli's iso once again and hope Ircher produces something deterministic one way or the other

From reading the past five pages, I think Alisae is scum based on how aggressively Pooky was reading em before his death.

So I'm down to between Bingle and Sheep? Honestly, I want to just say "kill these 4 and we win" but like, if I'm going to isolate which one is scummier, I think it's Bingle. Bingle's opposition to me on the mechanics feels like a cover to actual hunting.

So, Ircher scum. Irch replaced in quoted a summary and mechpost that looked vaguely like he was trying to sort out the game/my alignment from what was there. I hadn't done anything else in the part of the game he was claiming to be looking at. LLD came out with a post saying I was more or less hiding in my mechspeak, which is a common scumtactic and also a thing that was actually true of my early gameplay today. I hadn't done anything AI since the nightphase. She also called Ircher scum in the same post.

Instead of defending himself or actually trying to engage and build reads at that point though, he just kind of shut down. If you look at his 'solve', it's the three people LLD suspects most other than himself and me, and there are no reasons as to why I'm town. It's a scum player noping into antispew mode.
