Wiki username lost an uppercase letter

My Mafia Scum username is "BlueSnakelet", with an uppercase "S" camel-cased in the middle. Until December of last year, that was also my Mafia Wiki username, but yesterday I noticed that was changed to "Bluesnakelet", with a lowercase "s".

I can still log in as "BlueSnakelet", but it gets changed to "Bluesnakelet" after logging in.

My username in the navbar links to User:Bluesnakelet instead of User:BlueSnakelet. (It currently redirects to the right page because I set it up that way)

Previous edits are labeled as made by "BlueSnakelet", but current edits are labeled as made by "Bluesnakelet", as if those were two different users.
