Here's my recommendation: players can suggest that I water all crops. With this, I will water all growing crops on the farm, including crops planted today, without needing to specify which crops or amending the list if crops are planted.
Watering takes energy, so if a player requests that I only water a particular type (or quantity) of crop, it could be because they want to divert energy to other purposes besides watering.

Any Idea how much time we've used so far? Like I'm not sure how much we can do in a day. do we have time to explore more and still get all of the planting and watering done?
Figure 10-20 minutes to watch the TV shows and go through the mail.
It took a little under two hours to deal with the crops yesterday, but that included time spent clearing out land. I cleared out a good-sized chunk for the crops; there should be enough leftover space to plant the mixed seeds. I estimate it'll take 40-60 minutes to till and plant the mixed seeds, then water all crops.
I'm guessing 4 trees +/- 1 to get another 50 wood. Each one takes 15 swings of the axe to take down; can get in a few swings for every ten minutes. Crafting the chest is fast; figuring out where to put it might take a little longer, but nothing major.
Exploring Pelican Town will take a while. I figure at least four hours for that, since I'll be poking my nose into every corner I can find - excluding buildings (other than Pierre's).
Pierre's should be quick. Giving him a dandelion adds at most 10 minutes, and maybe not even that.
The beach will take ... maybe an hour or so? Meeting Willy is a cutscene, so no time will pass during that.
Fishing - depends on how many tries it takes to catch a fish. We haven't done any fishing yet, so I'm reluctant to give an estimate there.
The only time constraints so far are:
- Pierre between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Willy before 5:00 PM.
No one voiced any disapproval of any action, so everything suggested is on the list. If there's time and/or energy left over, we will either chop trees or catch fish, as those were the suggested actions that are potentially repeatable.

04:40 PM - 05:10 PM: chopped down one tree, then remembered that the farm has monsters at night and went back to grab the scythe for self-defense.
05:10 PM - 06:00 PM: Cleared weeds and chopped down two more trees. At this point, we dropped to 8 energy, so opted to stop spending energy at this point.
06:10 PM - 06:30 PM: Went back to the Bus Stop to do a proper exploration, since we foraged it earlier. Didn't take long.
06:40 PM - 08:10 PM: Went back through the farm to clear weeds. While there's plenty of rocks and deadwood left, the weeds are looking pretty sparse at this point.

We can't explore the mines yet; a rockslide has buried the entrance. Exploring the mountains will officially reveal this, along with the work crew that's trying to clear the rockslide.
If someone suggests something that can't be done - either due to lack of my knowledge or because it's not possible, then I'll respond in a spoiler as above. Players who don't want to be spoiled can skip reading it; players who want answers are free to read it for details - and if the issue is my knowledge, are free to lend a guiding hand by suggesting actions that will get me there.
As with the action of Linus in Spring 1, if someone suggests an action that can be done even though we don't officially know about it, I'll go ahead and put it on the list - although I may not necessarily tackle it in the most efficient manner.
On the note of edible forage, we do have some in storage. Daffodils restore 0 energy, but Horseradish, Dandelions, and Leeks all restore varying amounts of energy. I can get exact numbers if needed, but those should be in order from least effective to most effective.
We'll get a letter when the Mines open up. I believe they open up on Spring 5. Can always suggest exploration of the Mountains - which'll be fast-tracked - if you want to confirm or deny.
