Conception enters signups. Pre-ins have (expired on 2023-03-23 13:15:00) to confirm their signups in thread.

Technically no pre-ins from me but I'd count everyone who signed up before the game entered signups as one.

There is a non-zero amount of work I have to put in before feeling comfortable with a game entering signups. Hence the wait time.

I don’t count anything before I say a game is in signups. This is because:

- if a game is waiting in queue for more than a couple weeks before entering signups, the people who had originally signed up may not be available anymore and I’d have to PM them to make sure they can still play. therefore it doesn’t make sense to take signups before a game is actually in signups.
- the above doesn’t apply in this case, but because it’s the rule and some people will follow the rule and hold off on signing up until they see me say the game is in signups, I am trying to be fair to everyone. if a game were to fill quickly before I said a game was in signups, some people might not have gotten to play because they were following my rule and I don’t think that’s fair.
