Locktowning gimli. One struggle

there will come a point in this game where you will locktown me for real I think

I have this (klick aus comus) towncore and I think it's precise. I think I can solve the game from this position. of course, knowing what type of invest comus is and whether he is real or bullshitting will help a whole lot! but the POE is (enchant, gera, mena, kawa, sky) and all I have to do is clear 2 of them ftw.

I dislike how mena and sky are engaging with ausuka. there's probably scum amongst them and they're both fitting a tell of treating ausuka like she is an IC, which is what scum does when town is mostly townreading a strong player. anyway that's just the way I see it. sky's 'I wouldn't play this bad as scum' defense feels like a disingenuous argument. I don't think sky played poorly if this is a scum game? surely, in some games you'll play more detached as scum. the claim isn't any good either. I do feel the 'informed' part is information that's handy for scum, not so much to town. and of course the detective claim is hmm and then targeting kokichi is thoughtless if she is detective. also koki was the kill so hmmm to that as well, maybe avoiding having to explain a possible track?

mena I do feel is just like scumposting the gameday to oblivion. probably too smart to think 'we need to kill kawa cause he fucked up his role' as a townie. looks like scum posturing on miselim. that's all I'm basing my scumread on, really.

ausuka I think is spewed town given how she is interacting with the entire POE. hopefully anyway.

my theory about kawa is that he is a 2 shot townie hider and that's how he is playing this. it looks kinda scummy and he isn't trying to solve anything and going 'idk game too crazy' too much but eh idk. I think by claim and play he is more likely than not to be town.

that would make one of enchant or gera scum. I think it'd be gera.

so currently thinking gera/mena/sky. of course, gera is voting mena with me, but if I'm gera I'm bussing the fuck out of my partners tbh

of course enchant fits as a scum partner to the sky/mena pair, and comus has a very good solve.

my instinct was to reject the possibility of gera/mena because like, scum push each other pretty often but i don't see them pushing *only* a scum partner, if that makes sense

I think the way you're talking to both sky and mena denounce something tvs going on as I explained in my other posts.

I have been townreading you. the problem is, we're not looking eye to eye on things. for instance: you're still sussing eiralox and there's no way the guy is scum. your enchant townread was too strong! maybe he is scum, you know? he played like absolute butt this game, enchant is a much better townie. here he was tunneling elsa nonstop for two gamedays, idk that feels shallow. also your elsa read was ass, I was scumreading you because of it.

so it's things like that. there's no way I'm not gonna pick up the vibes of the last pages either, I don't think you stop paying attention to your essay just to play scum in this particular game, you have no need to be posting anymore and you're still here and you're still trying things and changing leans etc etc. it's sort of the same reason I'm townreading klick, though with klick I needed the nuance he showed with his kawa read. with you I think I can pick up things more on the emotional/psychological side.

i am busy/out of it, but am usually good at BSing as scum when im like this; not so much as town. i generally take a lot of notes as scum and keep up with reading even when im busy bc most of the time its just making sure my info/progressions are straight, which is fairly easy/not as time intensive in conparison to actually sorting players

I think I said at the start of the game that I am solvable as scum , I think I get really obvious and reading past games of mine as scum should make it so. If I've not triggered your scumdar by now I am not going to .

Day 1 was pointless, and I've tried with my limited knowledge to find scum or at least people I think are higher than expected to be scum.
But I am happy to follow others lead on the game if they can solve it with proper analysis of thr claims

My personal take on it is like, it's not as different as i assumed from the description; there are clear elements in common with this game, such as use of aggressive language and the refusal to claim etc

But otoh there are also clear differences. The way he word sthings in that game seems clearer and there are just, I think I saw a teamsolve once or twice in there but it's just not the same.

I will look at other eira games and see what i find but this is prob +town for comus

i posted multiple times almost every single day, kept on top of things, etc., whereas almost every single town game i have multiple periods of inactivity/lurkiness

my schedule back then used to be so hectic and i remember having a lot of burnt out days where my brain was too mush to do town stuff but still functional for scum stuff
