Yeah i think Alisae even directly said something like "Bob are you a cop with an inno on Norwee?" and i noticed that as well.
Which made me kinda surprised Bob wasn't the kill on night 2. Allowing them to clear Hu Tao who was a slot that likely wouldn't be townread at that point without that clear? At least in my opinion.
And the fact that most of the miller slots was assumed town rather than possible mafia (well apart from FL) Also made that whole aspect of balancing the double cop seem too townsided. So the "false guilty" aspect never really came into play.

I felt like the setup was heavily Town-sided.
The Millers became more like Town PRs, so it was tough trying to play around it.
The two Cop results being shared destroyed us. There being a backup Cop destroyed us.-

that was more due to play than the setup. as you had the advantage of knowing day one that town would only have 2pr in 6 slots. By n2 you should of known that all town pr was within 4 slots. the first miller got executed and your team shot the second. And we were forced to execute flav due to tunnel on that slot even though mech flav was highly likely town.
it wasnt heavily townsided but did have allot of swing in it. As if you had shot jason n1 and then shot norw n2. Then town would have lost all its town pr in two hits for no result.-

Well the simple answer is that I would not.
But I suppose if I were kidnapped and forced to run a 26 player game with a similar design, the solution would be Multiball. One scumteam gets the Miller Enabler and a Rolecop, the other gets a Roleblocker and is informed the other team has a Miller Enabler. Maybe add a JK for Town?
With double the kills in play, and the scumteams needing to balance cooperation to beat the Town with the need for one to ultimately win, I think the game would be much more dynamic, though I am making no claims as to a rough idea off the top of my head being balanced.
But also I will reiterate that I would not do such a thing. I was already in over my head modding a relatively low-power 13 player game, I'm not subjecting myself to 26
