General Rules:
01) This is a game. The main objective is to have fun; so no excessive flaming, spamming, or submission of anything else prohibited within the MS forums.
02) This is a game. The secondary objective is to win, or at least to submit to our ROCKS overlords.
03) My modding is not infallible, so if I make a mistake, please point it out and I will try and correct it before anyone else notices, before acting like it never happened.
04) Private communication with any players in the game by any means is allowed and encouraged.
05) Exercise common sense. If you are unsure as to whether an action conflicts with the rules, ask.
Game Mechanics (aka the important stuff):
06) Each round will feature an immunity “challenge” in which all players draw rocks, and the player who draws the white rock will be safe for the round.
07) Following the immunity reveal will be a Tribal Council. Every round, all players that receive at least one vote will be safe; the remaining (non-immune) players will draw rocks, and one will be randomly eliminated. Votes will be submitted through the game Discord server (https://discord.gg/fchF82xv).
08) Should all (non-immune) players receive votes, then the players with one vote against themselves will all draw rocks, and one will be randomly eliminated.
09) NEW: If only one player receives the fewest votes, instead all players other than that player (and the player that wins immunity) will draw rocks. Y’all don’t get to avoid it this time, sorry.
10) You may not vote for the same player in two consecutive rounds. You may not vote for yourself.
11) 24-48 hours will be given for each period of voting, based on mod scheduling. If you miss a deadline, you will vote randomly (among the players you can vote for) and receive a strike. Should you receive three strikes, you’ll be removed from the game.
12) The Final Four round will not have an immunity challenge; the restriction in rule (10) against voting for the same player in two consecutive rounds will not be in effect.
13) Once only three players remain, the players that placed from 4th to 9th place will have 48 hours to question the final three, after which they will privately cast votes for the winner. The player with the most votes will be the winner. Should this vote tie, the winner of the game will be determined by one final rock draw among the tied players.
14) A living player may not communicate with a dead player about the game.
15) Any twists will be predetermined before the start of the game so as not to unfairly advantage or disadvantage any player or group of players.
/in in the thread to sign up! I’m hoping to begin the game about a week from now after Labor Day, and to end the game no later than the end of the month. Deadlines will generally be around 8pm EDT.
Unfortunately, I am not able to guarantee that rock draws will be streamed live in this game like they were in the previous game. I will, however, attempt to do so when possible.
