Ya I made that decision because supply of day talk games is high so running a game without daytalk I thought would be interesting.
I also think there are wolf teams that really don't make of daytalk.

I am going to interpret this as 'You are informed that all Neighbors in the game are informed that a traitor exists.'
I think that is the easiest way to make this Normal - I don't think a neighborhood having a 'role' of sorts is a normal mechanic, even if it's Informed - and I don't think it changes the meaning much.

based on some of the roles it can be complex, complex is something that's up to you for label wise
