MS Plays: Stardew Valley (Game over)

Merchant: no luck again.
Void egg: now incubating. This will hatch another Void Chicken at some point.
Other people suggesting actions: nope. Here's what happened instead:
1) Checked the board and the calendar. Today was Robin's birthday, and Sam wanted a Red Mushroom. Sam got his Mushroom; Robin got a plate of Spaghetti purchased from Gus. We're now at 7 hearts with both of them.
2) Started the upgrade process on the Pickaxe. That cost 5 gold bars and 10,000G. It'll be ready in two days.
3) Did a little bit of socializing.
4) Chopped down some trees by the lake; also spent some time fishing. We fished up a chicken statue, which Gunther has some interest in.
5) Tried to change the goats' names, but apparently you can't do that at night. Will try again tomorrow.

Can't make an omelet

When we reached Sam's house to drop off the mushroom, he was at the fridge looking for a snack. He offered us one - grabbed an egg from the fridge, then promptly dropped it.
The sounds - Sam's cursing and the egg's breaking - caught Jodi's attention, who rushed over. She demanded to know from us what happened. We

told the truth

: that Sam dropped it accidentally. Sam agreed.

Jodi didn't seem too concerned by this revelation, especially after Sam offered to clean the mess up.

Still, we hope Sam wasn't planning on making any omelets with that mushroom we brought him ...

After we visited Robin, we popped back in again - intending to say hi to Sebastian. Robin stopped us and asked us if we had much experience working with wood. We said

She said she had just thing for us - and gave us a pair of blueprints! She said these would be perfect to practice on.
