Possible phpbb bug in page header?

Just saw something show up on the site, in like, a magical "bug report" header seemingly for phpBB code? above the MafiaScum logo + search bar

I noticed it occurred in a private topic; so steps to reproduce would prob be:

1. be in a PT, probably works when only you have access but needs addtl confirmation
2. ISO somebody, including yourself
3. jargon below should show up consistently at pagetop

Is this a known thing? byproduct product of web listening bots angry they can't read through all our PTs...?

This is a known thing, yes. It started happening after the Upgrade (it happens/happened a lot with ego search, as I recall) and we haven't quite been able to get rid of it yet.
