Theme Test Market and Co-Mod Recruitment

As a big fan of the series, I've been waiting years to play a Mole ORG and I think I'm not alone in that. I've decided to try to be the change I want to see and I plan on being the lead mod of a future one. Current status is steadily grinding through challenge design and I believe it may take several months at this rate.

If you might be interested in joining my team, I would really appreciate if you would reach out to me! I'd give you more information on my vision to see if it seems like a good fit. I'd really benefit from another reliable set of eyes and a fresh perspective, experienced LSG mod or not. Even if you're someone who is pretty sure they wouldn't care to mod or play a Mole game, but would be interested in helping test a couple of challenges down the line to help it run smoothly for others, feel free to let me know that too.

I think I primarily bring organizational skills, commitment and attention to detail to the table, but I have passable technical/graphic type skills as well. My primary LSG modding experience has been stepping in to save non-Survivor games that had hosts step down partway through being designed. We got both to run to completion! (Hybrid: Hunger Games & Nonary Game: Ambidex Panic). I was the main reviewer for Survivor: Village last summer and on the mod team for Taskmaster #2 last year as well.

Cosign Ariel being a great comod, I've watched Ariel make a chaos design document into a game that ran rather well more than once. There was a PT Ariel shared with me with potential Mole game ideas in it, and I remember it being really awesome.

Are you going for an anon or non-anon approach for this game btw?

So I have an org for The Amazing Race I'm gonna be hosting in July, but I was told it's too early to post an ad here like I have on the other places I host at typically (and kinda need to for a theme like this because there's a lot of pre-planning needed to make it run correctly), but Vash said that I should post it in the theme test thread for the time being lol. So I guess this is a "theme test" to see who is interested in joining this?

I posted the ad on the other org boards I'm on a couple days ago so I do have 24 signups already, my goal was 30 for 15 teams but I will likely increase that now. But if you do want to join then fill out this form and I'll try to give you a partner from this site too, or sign up as a pair if you and a partner already have something in mind for that! This is purely to determine interest and make the pairs from whoever signs up, not to choose reps or anything.

(but in the comod recruitment part of it, if someone did want to be a co-mod I would be very appreciative of that! you won't need to test or anything, I just need someone who knows the community enough that they'd know who would be good as partners for any solo signups we have here)
