Not what I'm saying, exactly. Giving intent before is good but I'm not going to policy someone for *changing their mind* provided that they are open about it straight away. I've changed my mind last minute before as town (in fact I think I do it more as town than scum)

low activity plus she was giving me very neutral vibes on a surface level ISO read. seemed like a good idea not to go for one of my bigger scumreads at the time (ming, moros) because both were likely D1 lims anyway and I didn't want to potentially waste an investigation

My current thoughts on what we should do:
- if CSF is alive, lim CSF
- if CSF is NKed and flips scum, lim ming or Elements
- if CSF is NKed and flips town, lim light_ganski obviously
- if CSF, out of a desperate attempt to disrupt the game and escape judgment, unleashes a tiger attack on the site before the end of N1, run away faster than CSF so the tigers catch her in an ironic twist of fate

I endorse this process completely, with the caveat that in step 2 we (barring new evidence) definitely lim ming over elements (I'm going to reread elements next anyway though so standby)

If Ming is scum however there is clear scum motive to change the gamestate, a leading town member just plonked a vote onto your scumbuddy who's been under pressure for a good chunk of the day and could get wagoned, so we look to see who did change things up in reaction to that and black/thomith pop up.

And my elaboration is that I have absolutely no idea of how your premise (black = locktown) is supposed to follow from ming saying that her and two other players look towny, in the first couple of pages and with no elaboration. Why is it impossible or even unlikely for scum!ming to fake a TR on scum!black, especially considering that so many people rely on who flipped scum distanced from in the first few pages to look for their buddies?

a problem with SK spec rn is that the moros and CSF kills make sense coming from either an SK or a vig

also it seems improbable that *neither* scum or SK shot me last night if there's both but SK might want scum dead more than cop?
