Should the majority of town vote to enact this Red Truth, At the end of the final twilight of the day, all game pieces will be resurrected. As payment, the identities of all Empty Game Board Pieces will be revealed to the scum.

If this Red Truth Effect is Declined, Town will continue culprit selection as normal. If town successfully identifies the culprit, no change in effect. If town fails to identify the culprit, all game pieces die instead.
For a clarification on interaction, as there is no culprit today, it is impossible to identify the culprit or even hold the vote. As such, the "fails to identify the culprit" trigger will always occur.
In private, players who have the ability to vote on Red Truth effects may vote either Accept, or Decline. The Majority vote at the end of the Second Twilight (or due to today's special circumstances, 48 hours from this post) will be enacted.

@mod can you please confirm whether or not the red truth overrides the miracle? Meaning, if it is declined, will there be sacrifices despite the miracle saying there wouldn't be sacrifices?
