I'll be real with you, I heavily modified my original setup for this one, like, in the past hour, and things may have gone a bit off the rails.
The way I'll be doing Deep South is as follows:
-If you have a "Night" action, you submit it during the Day. If Day ends before you submit... too bad! Yes, even if I haven't come online yet.
-When Day ends (72 hour deadline or by elim) there is an instant Night phase where I process all the actions I've received and then reopen the game immediately.
-Conditional actions (e.g. "Investigate Alpha if she was not eliminated, otherwise investigate Beta;" "Protect Charlie if the elimination flips Town, protect Delta if it flips mafia") are both allowed and encouraged.
