When I claimed I got no result the second time, Dunn’s immediate response was “did you check me” after knowing
1. I checked kyo n1
2. He hard claimed ascetic to everyone

Why would he ask me that instead of assuming I was RBed again unless he knew I wasn’t because
1. There is no RB or
2. There is one and they were on someone else

I think the immediate response from a town player would be to assume I was RB again especially since everyone knew my claim and scum would know I’m not lying (and not know I was a 1 shot, something I hid on purpose)

I think it makes sense fo dunnstral to ask that question. I can't believe im defending dunnstral here when i say that. He has been completely out of this game forever, him assuming u missed or didn't realize he claimed ascetic only goes to point to me thinking he is indeed ascetic, i don't think this assumes anything else. He could be scum, but I don't believe this indicates he was leaking that the roleblocker or w/e block was on someone else.

Yes. The gunsmith PM includes backups of roles that have guns.

I just got mod confirmation that if my target died, I would still get a result. So night 1, SOMEONE targeted me with an action that made my check on Kyo come back with NO RESULT. If no one town comes forward right now with that, I wholeheartedly believe that scum has a RB or something similar. And remember - all actions were locked BEFORE I claimed my role(I thought I was CCing Tati) which happened after hammer, which I didn’t realize was hammer. So barring someone claiming something soon, scum has a RB or something that would give me a no result.

And the reason I didn’t come forward with being a 1-shot is because I really thought I could draw either the kill or the role blocker which is something I thought would be helpful to town to help keep focus on me instead of more powerful roles. Obviously I was wrong. I apologize. Roleblocker was probably on Black n2 or something which is why Dunn assumed I checked him instead of assuming I was RBed again. That’s my theory. I don’t know.

Tati and I were double claiming but if mafia RB me N1 then I was confirmed to them because I came into day 2 with no result. So maybe they did waste another night blocking me.

i actually don't think u put in two gunsmiths and the apprentice role in the same game. from a mech standpoint kay role doesn't make sense to me.

Would this role then inherit one shot role if Kay died? That seems weird and swingy in a strange way.

Also why on a design level would u inherently make 3 gunsmiths in the game even if u put in a few negative utility towns for false positives.

Its super strange. If i was mech solving this game i would say we would have to kill Kay here.

Altaria’s reads and votes were flying all over the place at the end of the day but I think this was a brief moment of brilliance that got overshadowed amongst all the EOD chaos. The two of you have kind of been background noise at best (especially tapiocaphobe) and it’s made it hard to read either of you. It feels like generally whenever there’s a discussion neither of you are ever a driving force in those discussions. I’m not sure if it’s necessarily scum indicative but it’s been a powerful tool if y’all are red.
