MM/LSG Mod Search [Applications Closed!]

After taking some time to reassess our workload needs in light of cephrir's retirement, we now are happy to announce we would love to add a new Mish Mash/Large Social Game mod to the team!

If you'd be interesting in helping make Mafiascum and the MM/LSG forum better, please answer the following questions and message them to me either via PM or on Discord. We looking to conclude solicitation of applications no later than Noon Eastern Time on December 24th and on board the new mod no later than the January 11th, so if you are interested, don't delay!

1. What would make you an ideal candidate for this position?

2. What is your typical availability during the week? For listmod conversations? For sitting down to work on projects? Are you consistently available via site PM and discord?

3. As part of being an LSG mod, you will have to review game setups for complexity, as well as making sure things are balanced and challenges are doable and understandable. What is your experience with designing or reviewing LSGs?

4. While the site has improved on this front, there is still an LSG moderator and game shortage. Is there anything in particular that you could contribute to alleviate that or should be changed that would help that? Do you see any other issues facing LSGs/Mish Mash that you would be able to help with?

5. Do you have any conflicts/relationships with any members of the LSG/Mish Mash community that may cause issues? With any members of the Mafiascum community at large?

6. Is there anything else you want to include in this application the questions haven't let you speak about yet?
