Daily check-in! Often, it feels like gaining new perspective is just trading one set of past mistakes for a different set of current ones. But the beauty of life is we never stop learning, and we tackle the problems as best we can with our knowledge. Forgive yourself for having this universal human the need to learn, adjust as you can, and progress, as you can.

Just as the mistakes you have made are in the past, so too will your current ones be there eventually. And whatever future mistakes may exist, they'll begin only after you are in the next chapter of your life. So seek this new chapter out. You may not feel ready, but all your experiences are preparing you well enough. Keep going. :heart:

Daily check-in, but again without an affirmation, because today I almost forgot about work, and once I’m home from it, life will bombard me with responsibilities I have half my intended time to handle. (Rent, bills, puppy care, etc.)

Daily check-in! Sometimes, with how exhausting life is, it's easy to forget the things which can help us keep going. Healing our inner child, restoring awe, wonder, and a drive to learn/create, embracing this drive as well as loved ones, and taking downtime to relax with them, among others. :heart:

Daily check-in! Exhaustion is understandable right now. It's been made the default state of existence. But remember, it's not the norm, and you aren't alone in experiencing it. Regardless of how debilitating it may be for you, your exhaustion is valid. All you can do is your best to rest as you can. :heart:

Even then, there may be a lot of fears, but try and use the help of others to get through those. Regardless, you're not a failure and your life is worth living. Daily check-in! It's easy to hate yourself due to all of the things which went wrong, all the things not going right, and all the things which COULD go wrong. But just remember, despite all of those perceived flaws and failures, you still have loved ones who love you. Listen to how they view you. And believe them. When you can't see the good in you, let them see it for you. Because no matter what goes wrong, you are still worthy of being loved, and have loved ones who will be there to love you. :heart:

Daily check-in! Try not hating yourself for all the things which didn't get done. You needed to do what you did, especially the self-care! Resting, even if not sleeping or relaxing, just 'doing nothing', is sometimes exactly what you required. Get back to the grind only after taking care of yourself. :heart:

Daily check-in! It's okay if you feel like you're falling into old habits, if you feel like you're regressing instead of progressing. A lot of those habits formed for good reason in the first place. Just the effort of being conscious of them goes a long way. Progress isn't linear, it's a process. Identifying the habits, why they are forming again, and how to change, matters as much as the change itself. Stay strong. :heart:

Daily check-in! Sometimes, we get heavily weighed down by thoughts of, "...what have I done???", accompanied by regret and remorse at all the bad and not having done the planned good. But if you actually ask that question out loud to loved ones, they'll provide an answer--and lay out all the good you couldn't see. :heart:

Daily check-in. Sometimes, it's hard to find reasons to continue on, to exist. Tired, exhausted, feeling like there's no point in trying because all the work amounts to nothing. Except...it does. The work makes a difference, and never is nothing. You don't need a reason to exist, but if having purpose, you needn't succeed to still matter. The world is more beautiful with you in it, and your continued presence is plenty good for your loved ones, Much Love. :heart:

Daily check-in. Shame and guilt are understandable, especially from a chronic inability to be self-sufficient. But remember, you're no fraud, nor a failure. You're trying your best, and even if you require a higher upkeep to exist, you still deserve to. Do what you can; that effort will be enough. :heart:

Daily check-in! Finding a balance between resting and recovering/relaxing during downtime and using that downtime to pursue life changes is a challenge. In general, listen to your body's needs, and if your body heavily leans towards the rest, then take the hint. Tackle what you can for life change, as you can. :heart:
