WOTM in effect. I will enforce blacklists only in cases where the blacklisted player's signup is made in violation of site rules, i.e., if you have asked someone not to join this game with you or not to play with you in general, and they disrespect your request.

3. Players should make every effort to avoid joining games with other users that have explicitly told them they do not want to play with them. This includes when playing under anonymous alts. Using anonymous alts to play in games with players who have expressed that they do not wish to play with you will be considered harassment.

All the rules in post 53 of that thread will apply unless we decide to change them for some reason. I'll be looking through the more recent Normal game updates soon to see if there's anything that would affect this deck. All changes will be finalized before the setup is rolled. In the meantime, feel free to join in the discussion and make suggestions!
