And I'm back with my thirteenth game! And what better way to spread this unlucky number than with the Ultimate DESPAIR of a Danganronpa game! So Danganronpa is an org concept that has definitely been done before, we've had a bunch where I normally host and when I checked the MS wiki I saw there was one done here as well, cute! But I've always wanted to host a Danganronpa org of my own, so now I will!

This will be a

Class Trial

format! This format was created by Neko Godot like 8 years ago when he hosted the first BB Danganronpa org, and it's one of the most fun and interesting formats ever made tbh. They are one of my cohosts for this too so it's very full circle. So I'll quickly go into how it works:

Every round there will be a Killer Challenge, where the players will secretly do a challenge with the winner becoming the SECRET Killer for the round, and nominating two people for elimination. Additionally, the players will also secretly vote for a

Hall Monitor

who will win the power to save one of the nominees, but this cannot be discussed by anyone. Think of it like a social Veto power. The Killer will put up a replacement nominee if the Hall Monitor saves either nominee, and the Hall Monitor CAN be the Killer as well. Once the nominees are locked in place (either by the replacement nominee going up or the Hall Monitor declining to save either nominee), the cast will vote for one of the two to leave, and that player will be eliminated from the game. It's basically Big Brother.

But then! The second half of the cycle begins, in the Class Trial! Everyone will then join up and discuss who they think the Killer was, and try to eliminate them from the game! This class trial will be public, and will be the ONLY form of communication during the duration of it. By the end of the trial everyone will have voted for who they believe the killer is, and if they are correct the killer will be eliminated from the game! But if they are incorrect, the killer will walk free and instead kill anyone of their choosing (excluding those that voted correctly), and they will be immune from the next cycle.

So the format will be a bit of a Big Brother meets Traitors/Mafia type of deal, and this will be the format for the entire game!

There will be some other elements to this with regards to making things fair, but that's the general vibe of it all.

This game will involve

ROOMS

, which are basically just group chats for those involved in proboards. Each round you'll choose a few people to enter your room that round, and there will be no 1 on 1 pm required, these group chats are the ONLY communication you can have with players outside of the main boards. You'll always have a set period of time to decide your rooms for the round, and will have at least 24 hours in whatever rooms you get added to for that round. The only catch is,

the killer can only nominate people if they are in a room with that person that round

! It can be a room you invite them to, a room they invite you to, or a room someone else invites both of you to, but you must be able to talk in a room with that player to nominate them that round. So you can choose whether to focus only on chatting to the most popular players, or if you want to add a space for an obvious target so you can kill them if they are in a room with you, and maybe you'll even get to connect more with that person in the process! This should add an element of not icing people out as much and also make things fair for both the killer and the rest of the cast.

Anyone who doesn't make a room in a round will be an instant nominee though, and it will be known with the 24 hour notice at the end of room choosing.

I'm hoping for a cast of at least

24 players!

Anyone from the main three games is available to be picked! So any of the 16 Ultimate Students from Danganronpa 1, 2 or V3 can be picked, with 48 options in total. You do NOT have to know about the theme to pick someone for this, I can just give you someone that works if you don't care who you get. And the cast will be divided into groups to start so multiple trials will happen at once, if I get the entire roster of 48 (which is very very unlikely but not impossible?) then it'd be divided by original game obvs.

And these are some example avatars! They might change over time, but for now I'm happy with how they turned out! They have a different colour scheme for each original game, mainly because I am hoping to get equal numbers from each cast here.

This game is set to start on

Friday, April 4th!

How long it takes depends entirely on the cast size, so if it's a cast of about 24 I could see it ending in 4-5 weeks? And more or less if we get more.

This will be on EST time, with results happening at 10pm EST time each night. This game is SEMI-LIVE, so all challenges and trial votes have a full 24 hours and the only live event is casting the vote to eliminate once the nominees are put in place, but even that you can leave a prevote list for. You'll always have more than enough time to try and solve the killer for a Class Trial here.

Update now that we're about one month away from start, and this is at 34 people currently! I have about half the reps still available from each game (and a few people still choosing reps or asking to be assigned someone), so if you have an interest in playing any of these people let me know!

And this is fully cast! I will keep signups open for any backups if needed, and if there are enough backups I may extend the cast size with some of the characters from the anime idk. But I'll leave the form open just in case backups are needed!

And we have a full cast again! Technically two of the players are willing to switch out if someone else joins who can dedicate more time, but it's still a full cast! This game is set to start 8pm Friday EST and the rooms for round 1 will be due 24 hours later! You'll all have one room that will be available in the first round in addition to all the regular rooms, just to help everyone meet a few people privately before things begin. The first challenge will be due 8pm on Sunday, with the first elimination and trial beginning at 10pm on Sunday!

A full round by round recap with posts from the cast is... not happening, there is no time

But since we're starting ftc tomorrow, I can at least post some little recaps:

Round 1

The game began, and the casts were divided into their original games to start!

Hope's Peak Academy would come to be known as Hope's Valley, where Hope went to die. Jabberwock Island became Tryhard Island as they were the ones going all out on the trials while the other two games were... not. And Ultimate Academy became Shitpost Academy, because they excelled in this endeavor.

Anyway, the cast began, and by the end of the first round 43/48 had made rooms! And 47/48 had even shown up, omg! Unfortunately, one of our most iconic reps did not, but they informed me ahead of time they probably wouldn't so I understood why and knew it was coming

But at the end of the first round, we had nominees of:

Akane was the only nominee not to be an autonom for not making a room. And when the votes came out, it was:

1 Vote Himiko
(and two lists that I couldn't understand and did not use as a result...)

Angie never showed up and was a clear boot for this reason, minus a throwaway vote on Himiko. Teruteru was the only one not to leave a room (and who argued against it when I asked him to make one, I don't think he understood the format...) so the cast just went ahead and voted him. And the Byakuya/Chihiro vote was actually hotly debated! In the end the cast kept Chihiro because Chihiro's only posts were about this being their first game, while they were saying they'd keep Byakuya if he posts during this period. Byakuya DID end up posting in his rooms.... minutes after his elimination, not noticing he had already been eliminated and that I was in the process of changing his perimissions

Round 1: Trial

And the three trials were underway! The way that nominations worked in this game was that you could ONLY nominate people you share a room with, so if you share a room with 12 people, those 12 can all nominate you. This is a double-edged sword, because if you get a ton of rooms you'll be able to make a lot of connections, but also will be more likely to be put up that round. This is mostly irrelevant this round, but will come up in all the trials with actual stakes.

First, I forgot to show the ~Motive~ for round 1, which are the killer challenges each round. Oops! So I'll post it here:

This motive is a
Word Search
challenge! You'll receive a Word Search, and your goal is simply to find and mark off all 16 names of your classmates from the tribe you're on! The fastest player to do this from each group will become the Blackened, and will secretly be able to nominate any two players they share a room with for the Execution!

I feel like this concept should be self-explanatory, but just to be safe let me show an example of this:

These are the hosts for this game, me and my adorable children! And Monomi. And so, if you were to find the names on this list you'll get:

Do the same for the image you'll receive (the names will just be the cast for your tribe, but will also be shown on the image) and you'll complete the challenge! Try to keep the image legible, I'll be lenient if I can tell that all the letters were found, but if you miss fully marking each word or your line is bad enough that it's hitting other letters instead then I'll need to mark it as a failed attempt. I won't confirm individual times for people in this because there are too many people for that, but if you do it incorrectly I'll let you know. Please be aware that only people who leave a valid list of their preferred nominees (at least 4 names) will be eligible to be the killer.

For the Hope's Peak Academy players, please note that Hiro and Chihiro are two different names, you'll need to find both. Do NOT just circle "Chihiro" and say it counts as Hiro as well, it won't count.

And now the trials begin!

But everyone knew Chihiro was likely never returning, so nobody cared about this trial for good reason. The only thing of note for this trial is that the killer, upon seeing both their nominees were autonoms, took this as them being potentially fucked over by a chance of getting booted without leaving noms, rather than us gifting them with free immunity once we removed Chihiro, which was... odd. And then the killer never showed up again after voting in this trial and getting immunity! Very strange!

Was Chihiro the killer? Obviously not, but they never showed up again to potentially vote correctly so nobody cared! And when the trial came to a close, we saw that the killer was...

to be revealed via a murder case, solved by the recent victim Byakuya!!!

YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE!!!!!

The case began on opening night, with the students all piling into the school. A few of them invited me to their rooms, but did they really think I would stoop to their level? To break bread with them or whatever the peasants eat? No. I isolated myself from the class, I knew I was going to find a way out on my own. The only one that didn't take the hint was Toko, who kept demanding to join me :rolleyes:

I searched in silence, and eventually I found it! A hole in a metal grate hidden in the laundry room, just big enough for one person to sneak through. This was my chance, I was going to escape, even if it meant leaving the class to die. They were beneath me anyway, and this was my chance.

But if I left in the middle of the day, someone would notice and cause Monokuma to hunt me down before I can get away. I had to wait until they were all asleep, so I waited until midnight when everyone was asleep and I snuck out.

However, someone was awake and roaming the halls. They demanded I head back to bed and follow the code of conduct, but I refused. An argument broke out as I told the mystery person that I was above the rules, and above their meddling. With that, I began walking away... and then I saw red. Everything went blurry and a sharp pain shot through my head. I turned around, and what I saw wasn't the moral compass I had known, it was something... chaotic.

IT WAS YOU, KIYOTAKA ISHIMARU!!!!

And with that done, the killer's choice was made for them as Chihiro had not voted and would never return to the board.

And Chihiro was removed from the game. Sadly, nobody was left mourning, and the final thought the class had in the trial was... there was a Taka?

Jabberwock Island QUICKLY received their new name of Tryhard Island by starting with THIS

The Room Chart. And it was revealed that about half of them had their own charts for the room layouts :<3 This resulted in these potential killer options:

Fuyuhiko
Hajime
Hiyoko
Nagito
Nekomaru
Togami

The other two classes were aghast at this reveal (all three classes could see every trial btw, I thought it'd be camp to let them all blend together like that) as neither of their places had tracked anything. And the entire class quickly agreed that they were actually kinda shocked by the nominees, having fully expected to see Nekomaru and Togami as the two going up before Teruteru vanished from existence.

Multiple people (including Leon who wasn't even in this trial lol) quickly pieced together what it meant that neither Togami or Nekomaru was nominated: That it had to be one the two on this list that COULDN'T nominate either of them. And it was further narrowed down for some when Sonia revealed that she had actually offered herself as a pawn nom to anyone in her rooms except Nekomaru/Togami, once she had understood that Teruteru wasn't showing up. With this in mind, a few including Sonia fully pieced the trial together... but decided to hold back on this knowledge, to try and let the killer escape.

But Togami took charge in the trial, knowing his life was on the line and wanting to play for the trials. Basically the entire tribe agreed that Togami was the option they most wanted dead.

And the final vote count was:

Almost everyone piled their votes on Togami, believing that him coming alive in such a big way might mean he was the killer! Or just not minding if he did die by the killer. The ghost of Teruteru returned to solve the case...

AVRILLAVIGNNNNNEEEEE!!!!!!!!

There I was, minding my business, when suddenly I got a letter! It had a heart on it too, so I knew it had to be something special and I opened it! And in that letter was a picture of Peko in a swimsuit, with a note saying that I could see more if I made my way to the Love Hotel that every school trip has! I had no way to resist!

So I made my way to Hotel Kumasutra, and found a room with a beautiful lady staring at me with a smile on her face

I forgot all about the Swimsuit Peko in that moment, and entered the room to fulfill my wildest dreams, but suddenly...

I was impaled! And not in a way I wanted! As the spears stuck in my body, the woman I had seen took off her mask... and laughed. It wasn't a woman at all, it was a crazed man! The nice boy I had spent days meeting had vanished, and in his place was
despair
in it's truest form...

Oh, you hopefull fools. Watching you squirm in the class trial, struggling, I really thought you would figure it out. That someone had to be the killer, someone pathetic and worthless would stoop so low as to nominate precious Akane and Peko. I waited all weekend for someone to use me. To pull me in a private room, and say Hey Nagito, you fucking rat, lets make it so you look like the killer. That is all you're good for. And no one did. Well, I guess it makes sense, that requires you to room with me, and I smell like sewer water.

We need hope. We NEED it. But in order to get it, you need despair. The delectable taste of chocolate cake is only so good when one is starving for it. Pull all the hope out, create despair, makes a pocket for hope where we can all band together and catch the killer. And the most despair thing to do was to nominate the most popular kids. Plus, I couldn't even nominate Fat Togami or Nekomaru even if I wanted to.

But I did it. I set them up, marked their doors with blood like the Gods striking down the Pharoh's first born. My senses were titilating, the excitement of actually getting the first REAL kill of the game! Not those fake poser kills the other PATHETIC tribes were doing

Ahaha....Junko Enoshima would be so proud. Maybe now she would have me, would step on my face like a good mother would. Oh how I wish for it, these kills will make us all feel that sense of dread, so hope, yes HOPE can come out on top! But even if not caught, Hope still has a chance! We all have a chance, the future trials, to band together. I believe in us, I truly do. But I don't think we hit the levels of despair yet for hope to be fruitful. I don't, I don't. But we can, and I will help that. It is time to use my talent.

For tonight's execution, I will be picking randomly. Good luck everyone!

Who by coincidence had also fucked up her vote by voting in private instead and then going to sleep, but we decided to be merciful and count it this one time because it was a lot for a first round.

And so the eliminated player was...

And then Nagito randomized 26 more times to get this result. Togami was spared over Nekomaru for his performance in the trial, and Nekomaru was eliminated from the game! This tribe truly was Tryhard Island, becuase if Nekomaru had been on either of the other tribes he would've been around the upper-middle of the pack in terms of activity, but this tribe was just a bit stacked

And so he left...

Himiko quit during the voting period (without ever logging on to see she was nominated, I think she assumed she'd be first boot?) and the cast was informed of this, but since Angie was also inactive we just kept the trial going anyway and the vote instead became an investigation to see if they could catch the killer with no elimination on the line!

Everyone voted for Himiko anyway, just to get it over with. And so Angie's voice rose up, revealing the truth!

So I didn't! This is a video call about the true death of this case, Himiko Yumeno. Did you think it a coincidence that she vanished? Nyahahahaha, no. This killer wanted a victim one way or another.

ATUA SEES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The case begins the day I received my acceptance letter for the Ultimate Academy. It was a dream come true, a way to spread the gospel of Atua to people from so many walks of life, the way He would want. I was ready to step forth, when suddenly my lucky paintbrush broke in my hands!

It was a sign from Atua, He did not want me entering this school. And so I didn't, and I instead took a plane to Hawaii so that I could improve my talents and spread the word of Atua to a community that would understand. It's going great, nyahahaha!

But Atua says the class noticed my absence, and when Monokuma claimed a murder would happen, they assumed the worst! Himiko wasn't willing to let anyone die, she loved life too much. Atua had not yet entered her heart.... but Atua was one with her. Himiko cried for the friend she never had.

And with that, began a plot to bring me back! She prepared a demonic room, dressed in all black, and she prepared the chants!

But in that very moment, Atua says that someone walked in on this ritual, and assumed it was Himiko communing with Monokuma as the mastermind. The mystery person quickly found a nearby plank and BONKED her over the head with it, knocking her out! Before Himiko could awaken and defend herself, the mystery assailant locked her in a cage and began filling the cage with water from a hose in the bathroom, running out of the room before Himiko could defend herself :cry Atua knows that Himiko is in a better place, and now her death has justice...

IT WAS YOU, KAEDE AKAMATSU!!!!!!!!!!!

*angie hangs up the phone, living a long and happy life thanks to the guiding hand of Atua*

Murder 2

Let's speed through this one so we can move to the swap. With our first 6 eliminations down, all the people who didn't make a room round 1 were gone! And for 2/3 classes, this meant things were going to get intense!

Going into this round, the clear bottom person of each tribe was Taka, Togami and Rantaro. Taka, however, was immune, so it turned to Kyoko instead, and the cast all expected these three to be the boots. As for the second death via trial, Ultimate Academy seemed set on booting Tsumugi next (or even before Rantaro if needed), Jabberwock Island had their eyes on all of Akane, Hiyoko and Mikan to varying extents, and Hope's Peak.... honestly everyone was an option. To this day I don't think most of the game knew about the secret alliance of Sakura, Leon, Makoto, Mondo, Leon, Hiro, Hina that was controlling this tribe? They also added Taka onto it, but obvs Taka was immune so it didn't matter. And those that weren't in this alliance quite simply didn't care much for the ones in it. But all agreed on Kyoko, who was trying to employ a strategy of being UTR here. Sadly, I think being too UTR in orgs tends to just get you killed early, as others who employed this strategy also learned...

And so the next motive began!

With that, it was time for the results!

I don't have anywhere else to put this, so quick mention for the Hall Monitors!

Hina was Hall Monitor and saved Leon, with Sayaka as the replacement nom.
Chiaki was Hall Monitor and saved Hajime, with Hiyoko as the replacement nom.
Kaede was Hall Monitor and did not save either nominee. Rantaro was an autonom for not leaving a room, the last time this happens in this game.

Rantaro was a clear boot as he only posted a few emojis once or twice. The Sayaka vote pretty quickly snowballed once Celestia agreed on a Sayaka boot, though all her voters felt huge regrets once they learned she was a first time player and Makoto had been using chatgpt for his posts in round 1 (he later told me he was exaggerating how much he was using it in confessional and that it was only a few posts, but like... girl). And the Akane/Hiyoko vote was VERY divided, with the people voting Akane actually liking her more but wanting to go with the crowd to help the killer hide, not knowing the others decided to just vote Hiyoko anyway because Akane was funny on the boards

And then we had to scrap the trial because it turns out Mukuro fucked up and gave me a final list with Makoto on it, listing him as part of her rooms because he was in a safe room. And I didn't catch it in time because I only made sure her initial noms were all valid, which they were. A lesson learned. So that meant that he wasn't supposed to be up at all, and revealing that to the cast made it clear that Mukuro was literally the only one who COULD make those noms and we just had to cancel it entirely. So we decided to just eject Taka instead of Sayaka, cancel all three trials and the cast collectively decided to let the three killers have immunity for the kill and end it there. Mess.

But for anyone curious, the killers were:

Mukuro was unaware the cast was all targeting Kyoko and put Sayaka up as a percieved easy save over Makoto, oops. The cast also expressed shock over Kyoko being safe during the trial before it had to be cancelled, which Kyoko took forward to the next tribe.

Sonia had made a plan in one of her rooms and so they knew she was killer, and honestly probably a lot of others did too I don't remember. But the whole goal was a huge misting of Togami so they could kill him in the trial, as he had intentionally made himself only eligible to be nominated by like 3 people.

And Tsumugi saved herself by becoming killer and fighting back! Because by the time the round ended the tribe had been leaning a Tsumugi boot first to leave Rantaro for the trial death, as he would never remember to vote.

But that was all done, and we move on to the swap. Which we had to make a DOUBLE MURDER to get back on schedule, which was unintentionally very fitting to the theme.

Murder 3

With the cancelled trial, the tribes swapped! A roller was used to determine whether they'd be on Hope's Peak Academy, Jabberwock Island or Ultimate Academy. We kept the killers on the same tribe they were already on to ensure only 1 immune player was on each tribe, and then the rest were divided 4-4-4 based on original tribes.

The killer this round will be the player who gets the most correct items, so if someone gets all three images correct they will likely win this role! If multiple people get all three correct the tie will be broken by time. However, if multiple people tie for the most correct answers at 1 or 2, then it will be broken by how close they were to getting the remaining image(s) correct, then broken by time if it still ties.

With the new tribes in place, the cast used the weekend to connect! Some took this opportunity to breathe new life in their game... some had a nice weekend off

And some were here for REVENGE after being targets last tribe.

From this point on the Hall Monitors would NOT be known until the trial ended, initially to make this trial more hidden because the killer had to put up 3 people, but after doing it once it was clearly the better option so we kept it all game.

And this vote was VERY divided in all three classes... for different reasons. On Hope's Peak Academy, Junko and Nagito were two of the most popular players in the tribe and so them both being final nominees was a HUGE shock for the game. It was known that they were both in the most rooms, but it was also assumed that one would be vetoed as a given. Mondo was sadly written off as a boot quickly as the cast debated whether to save Junko or Nagito.

Ryoma was also quickly written off as a target for Jabberwock, as the talks that round had been all three original tribes naming one person as their sacrificial lamb, those ended up being Ryoma, Kyoko and the Jabberwock one was a lot more in the air but settled around Mikan. But in the vote, some of the Jabberwock girls decided to turn on Kazuichi and join Hope's Peak to save Hiro, while the Ultimate Academy members decided to keep Kazuichi.

And finally, the Ultimate Academy nominees were all targets and so nobody was really worried about the result lmfao. Togami was the main target, but he intentionally made his own room a copy of his free room so nobody could nominate him besides like 3 people again. And in fact, this vote ended up tying because of a stray vote by Togami and required the killer to break it and sentence one to death!

Trial 3

The trial began with... The Chart, provided by Shuichi.

And with the removed options of those who couldn't nominate one or more of the options, it was quickly narrowed down to one of:

Miu
Keebo
Kirumi
Gundham
Hifumi
Hina
Shuichi

And the topic quickly turned to Miu, who had a room with everyone except for Shuichi... supposedly

And everyone discussed Miu as the main option, deciding that the most likely scenarios were that she was either the killer OR she was saved by the Hall Monitor that round. Hajime's name was also brought up as someone less connected this round by Hina as a potential sacrificial lamb for the killer, who had employed the Activity Police strategy despite Hajime not actually being inactive over the weekend lol. But this was shut down by the majority, who said they had been speaking to Hajime that round.

And so the topic switched to the 5-3-1 vote count! Which landed as:

And conversation quickly turned to the four Junko votes! And of those four, Hifumi, Kirumi and Keebo were the only three to be possible options for the kill! Of course, the killer could always have recruited someone to lie for them... Hina was cleared of the murder entirely due to her Mondo vote having been a prevote since she missed the live vote period, and the topic began to turn to Hifumi, Kirumi and Keebo. Kirumi's name became the main name going around, and talks went from there

Shuichi's name also came up as a potential lie for his vote, as Nagito had no connection to Shuichi and didn't understand why he'd vote that way. And so as the vote came to a close, Kirumi made a plea for the cast to not voteher! And the votes split between Shuichi and Kirumi, with a couple strays on Hifumi just in case.

BRING FORTH DESPAIR!!!!!!!

I was the planned killer, you fuckin' idiots! I had my whole plan in motion, a hammer to beat that idiot Mondo's skull in, the plans to lure him into an empty classroom, and a complete boredom over the lack of deaths recently. I mean, three days without a brutal triple kill? What kinda despair is that?

And so I went in the classroom behind Mondo, ready to strike! The hammer was raised... but suddenly I got bored. This kill was too easy. So I put the hammer down and walked away, before he ever noticed I was even there. As I exited the classroom, I saw that freak robot roaming the halls, and not wanting to be caught with a hammer I was about to use for murder, I hid in the infirmary so I could throw it away and get back to my dorm. I checked the window on the door to see if he would leave, when suddenly there was a sharp pain in my back!!!!

Was this... despair? Could I have been caught by another killer while planning my own kill?? What perfect despair!!! I laughed as the knife plunged into my back, again and again, until suddenly the door opened and Mondo stood looking in horror as the knife then went into my neck.

I crumpled to the floor as Mondo charged at the attacker, and I got a good look at them as my vision went dark.

As for who the killer could be......... I'm not fuckin' telling you! Doesn't that just bring you all such

I KNOW THIS SHIT!!!!!

I was minding my fuckin' business, when a note from Junko came in, asking me to meet her in an unused classroom! Whatever, I thought, so I followed what the note asked and went to the classroom. And she didn't even show! Just wasted my time for some despair shit probably. But I kept waiting, when suddenly I heard... laughing? Coming from the infirmary next door. Junko had already blown me off, so I followed the sound and opened the door when...

Junko was being STABBED right in front of me, and when the killer noticed me they screamed and stabbed Junko right in the throat, pushing her away and letting her fall to the ground! I immediately roared and charged at Junko's attacker, wanting to knock them out and save Junko from dying for no reason! She was fucking weird, but I couldn't just let someone die! So I punched the killer in the face, making them stumble back and drop the knife they were holding. And there I held the knife, wondering whether I'd need to stab the attacker or just punch them out, when suddenly they used a TASER on me!

I was instantly knocked to the ground, unable to move save for some convulsing from pain. The killer took back the knife... and laughed just like Junko had before. There was no saving me, and right after the attacker stabbed Junko one more time to make sure she was dead, she came back to me and finished the job.

IT WAS YOU, MIU IRUMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Miu had successfully gotten away with murder! The cast all congratulated her and Keebo for lying about his vote and giving her such a solid alibi, never knowing that it was actually Kirumi who lied both about her vote (she was a vote for Nagito and not Junko) but also about her room

She claimed that her room contained herself, Keebo, Mondo and Junko, when in reality it contained the Ultimate Academy students of her, Keebo, Shuichi and Miu, and Miu had revealed herself as killer in there

And so, with the choice of any player in the tribe to choose from (besides the immune Mukuro), Miu decided on...

And Hajime was eliminated from the game! Almost every original Jabberwock member was crushed by this as he had been very popular week 1, but the weekend swap did him in

I also revealed at this point that Junko would have won killer had she gone for the role, and so for the rest of the game there was a fear of getting Junko'd by not making nominations for killer and being killed as a result.

And now we move onto:

The next Chart was posted, locking in the options for this round. Unlike the HPA trial, nobody lied about their room this round (or in future, Kirumi's room was a one time event) so the choices were clear:

Much like the HPA trial, this trial quickly went to the topic of vote count, and when the votes were claimed it was:

Which removed Kaede and Tenko as options, but still left all of Chiaki, Kyoko, Leon and Mahiru. So from there, people began to question Kyoko: She had claimed during the voting period that she was voting for Kazuichi because the HPA members had abandoned her last tribe, so why is she claiming a Hiro vote? She tried to clear her name by saying that, once she learned it could be possible to save Hiro, who was on her side during the last tribe, she decided to try and take it, and used her room being all the former HPA members as proof of this

This convinced some, and the topic was dropped. Hiro's dying post as he left also rang in some ears, claiming he was sure the killer was Kaede or Kyoko

Sonia made it clear she fully believed it to be Kyoko, but the rest began looking into all the possibilities. The other big confusion was over Mahiru and her claiming to save Hiro over Kazuichi, as nobody knew Mahiru and Hiro to be very close. And all of Mahiru's defenses only seemed to make her more suspicious.

Leon was removed as a suspect because Hiro was his #1. And Chiaki was mostly ignored as a suspect too, while the walls began closing in on Kyoko and Mahiru.

In the end, Kyoko was able to convince the class that it was Mahiru with a huge case about how she was scared of the Jabberwock numbers with it currently being a 5-3-3 split, and so even those who suspected Kyoko more were swayed... but in the end, that defense sealed the votes on her, as Chiaki and Kazuichi were afraid they'd be the kill if they voted wrong for Mahiru after Kyoko made her Jabberwock fears known.

And the final vote count was:

Kyoko was decided as the killer, and the ghosts revealed the truth...

YOU'VE GOT A LONG WAYS TO GO!!

The trial began the day of the swap, where I had been marked for death and wondered about my place in the game. Life was a minefield, one wrong move could spell instead death, but I was used to that. What I wasn't used to was how ready I was to accept it. I knew a killer was following me as I headed down to the beach, but I went anyway to clear my head.

As I walked along the beach, the mystery person finally caught up with me and began making small talk. Very small talk. But I knew they were just waiting for the chance to strike, and so I kept my guard up... to no avail. The second I reached the water and left eyeshot of the piano girl and her new goth friend roaming the streets, they struck.

They pulled out a bottle and a rag and placed the rag against my mouth, and before I knew it the world went dizzy and I could barely move. It was chloroform.

The attacker then made sure I was too woozy to fight back... and slit my wrists on the beach, then threw my body into the ocean where I quickly sank.

As for who killed me.... heh, you got a ways to go before you find that out. Maybe the next victim can help clear that up.

I SEE THROUGH YOUR TRICKS!!!!

So there I was, in my room, fiddling with my crystal ball. But all of a sudden.... I felt it. I looked deep in that crystal ball, and within the ball the beach stared back at me, almost beckoning me to go out and see what could be around there. And then as I kept staring, I saw blood on the sand. Despite my fear, I knew I had to investigate.

And so I walked to the beach, but nobody else was around. Not even a victim. Blood still remained on the sand, and a discorded bottle was on the sand, but nobody was dead? Something was wrong, and that's when I heard it: a thud in the beach house.

I quickly entered, hoping nobody was in there... but there she was. She looked erratic, and I instantly knew she had killed someone. But she instantly turned back to her normal facade when she noticed me, and asked me to enter and have a talk... so I did. Big mistake. I tried leaving the conversation by saying it was great to chat but that I was feeling a little tired, when suddenly she dropped the act and asked if I knew what she did.

I denied it, but she kept asking. Again. And again. Until suddenly she fell silent. For a moment the world stopped, but just as quickly she pulled out a knife and lunged at me!!! I tried to run, but she chased me into the bathroom of the beach house and lunged again, this time meeting her mark. And as I lay dying, I could see her return to that shaken and erratic face once again, as if she didn't even know why she was doing this...

THE KILLER WAS KYOKO KIRIGIRI!!!!!!!!!!

And Kyoko was eliminated from the game, the first killer caught! The cast all were shocked that it was actually Kyoko, as they had been leaning Mahiru by the end including those who voted Kyoko. But once they saw the noms they realised this was just Kyoko wanting revenge against Hope's Peak and that nobody was involved in Celestia going up. The truth is that the room of Kyoko, Kaede, Tenko and Kaito DID know it was Kyoko, but not who her noms were as she lied even to them about the process. And so they never received backlash for the collusion here, and Kyoko as eliminated from the game.

This trial was far more straightforward, as the cast simply wanted to eliminate Togami at all costs. Togami had employed the turtling strategy, which was to make his free room a copy of his normal room in order to minimize connections and escape to the trials without danger. And the cast was NOT a fan of this, so they devised a plan to give Togami a chart of fake rooms.

And then as soon as Togami asked about the rooms, Fuyuhiko gave him the real list instead:

Immediately narrrowing the suspect list down to Fuyuhiko, Gonta and Toko. And so the round became a debate between which of the three of them it was, with most of the tribe figuring out immediately who it was and trying to defend them without causing Togami's suspicion to flare.

Maki decided that the killer MUST be Fuyuhiko because he was so rude and said "Fuck off" to Maki during the round, which was PROOF that it was him. And most of the cast decided to double down on that by voting for Maki, who was not possible as a killer due to being the third nominee. But with the choices narrowed down to three, the cast voted for...

And so with Maki clearly not being the killer, the real killer had gotten away with it! The ghosts of this trial revealed the truth.

FIND YOUR PATH!!!!!

It started with the motive. The bear didn't seriously think he could take me down with such a silly motive, I knew it. But I also knew I would need to protect my classmates at all costs. Some weren't as fortunate to have the training I did, and it would fall to me to be that honorable path in the storm.

I began monitoring the halls, making sure nobody would come by and attempt anything they'd regret. After watching almost everyone go to their rooms for the night, I noticed one door was still open: Gonta. And so I made my way to his lab to see if he was still there, only for him to be distracted chasing a ladybug around the lab. He didn't even notice the glint of steel coming from the corner of the room, and he wouldn't unless I stepped in. I CHARGED forward with a yell, and as I yelled Gonta got scared and ran away, never noticing the potenital killer in the room at all.

Whatever weapon this potential killer had, I could take them on. A spear, a trident, a knife, there was no way this fiend would ever kill me or anyone else with a weapon like that. I could defeat them and protect everyo-

*bang*

A bullet.

It grazed my head, wounding but not killing me. I had to fight back. I rushed towards the killer, only for another bullet to come out of their gun and meet me square in the eyes, killing me instantly.

I could not stop the killer, but perhaps you can... and in doing so, you can end these killings for good.

FIGHT BACK!!!!!

I saw it all happen, and I did nothing to stop it. Sakura's death had happened, and now we just had to come up with an alibi and pretend the whole thing never happened. I quickly set to work cleaning up the scene to make it look like we were never here, as did my friend. I borrowed a spare outfit Kirumi has left behind before she went to Hope's Peak, and got to work cleaning up every trace of a fingerprint or hair on the scene.

With the scene cleaned up, it was like we were never here. I changed back into my regular clothes and prepared to leave, when suddenly... I was shot? The person I was with suddenly shot me in the back, and on instinct I grabbed my sword and attacked in return, severely wounding them! But when I looked back at them.... my resolve failed me, and all I could do was close my eyes and let it happen.

Why? Why did it have to be like this??? Why couldn't he see that I....

IT WAS YOU, FUYUHIKO KUZURYU!!!!

The god of trials was eliminated in his domain

But the cast had taken a stand against the turtling strategy, with people branching out more after this to make connections. And that's another three trials down! Only uh... 14 to go....

Murder 4

And the game continues! All three tribes had just lost three members and were down to 10 players a piece, and their rooms this round had gone down to 3 people each! I will say there's been a minor twist with the rooms each round from this point, but I won't get too into that because it doesn't really add much to the recap aspect to know what the room layout is. Onto the tribes!

On Hope's Peak Academy, it seemed clear that Shuichi and Hiyoko were on an island. Shuichi had the support of his Ultimate Academy members, but was the clear boot to the rest, and Hiyoko was not far behind.

On Jabberwock Island, the core of Chiaki, Sonia, Kaede and Tenko had begun to form. Celestia was part of this too, and Kaito was originally part of this, but had been somewhat tossed to the side as people felt he was far too loose with info and that he had warned Leon and Mikan of their incoming demise, and so Chiaki in particular wanted him gone sooner rather than later. And Leon/Mikan WERE still the main targets on Jabberwock. Kazuichi and Mahiru's names were somewhat in the mix too, but to a lesser extent.

And on Ultimate Academy, everyone was sitting pretty. Tsumugi had been spared a round via her immunity, but with that expiring the tribe had all agreed to cut her loose. The other target was between Makoto and Maki, with most leaning Maki but a few leaning Makoto.

But it was time for the next motive!

In the Danganronpa series, there is an aspect of the game called the Non-Stop Debate, in which the characters of the game will debate things until you (the player character) are able to find the contradiction and continue with the case! For the game, the aspects you can argue against will be in orange, but for this case everything will be left as a pile of garbage to try and sift through.

This challenge is going to be pretty simple. When the challenge starts you will be greeted with a bunch of text and images. The instructions on how to end the challenge are hidden within the text. Find the instructions, follow them and end your time. For this version, it will be an exerpt from the Danganronpa series itself. You will simply need to read the text in the thread and notice any pieces of info about how to complete this challenge!

The player who does what is required and solves the cast the fastest will become the hidden Killer for this round! That's all, every bit of further instruction will be placed within the post you'll get once you begin the challenge, including the method to solve the challenge and what to do!
The only thing I'll say is that, when you're correct, you'll use a trigger word to get a gif confirming you are finished and it'll be very clear!

I copy pasted a Let's Play of the first trial and then put some little changes into the code, if you'd like to try it you can! The fastest time was like 2 minutes, some took a lot longer... be warned, it's a large amount of text (jk I lied I don't remember how to make the spoiler tags work here correctly so I will just not show it...)

And with this challenge done, it was time to see the next nominations!

The Hope's Peak Academy cast was shocked by these nominations, as both were popular players who nobody saw leaving this early! But especially surprising was the lack of Shuichi and Hiyoko going up, whom all assumed would be gone this round. That is, until they all realised that the killer must be one of Shuichi and Hiyoko. Major debates would happen behind the scenes, but I'll save those for the trial portion. While this was happening, the vote between Nagito and Hina was hotly contested, as both had been two of the more popular members of the tribe.

On Jabberwock, it was a simple Leon boot. He had been named as a target before, and against some others he may have had a shot... but not Chiaki, who was among the most popular people in the game. The only vote to stay he got was via Kaito, who had been over Chiaki and considered her a snake by this point.

And the Ultimate Academy trial ended immediately, Gonta was loved and Tsumugi was not able to keep up with the nature of people being in character sadly, it's just not for everyone but she did her best

Trial 4

And it was time for the next trial! All three trials would involve the killer revealing themselves to different people, but how would it play out?

First, the Chart. However, the inhabitants of Miu's room and Nagito's room aren't added in this, and who knows who was in those??

The start of this trial involved Hifumi and Gundham openly accusing Shuichi of being the killer. But at the same time, people claimed their votes for:

Gundham and Hifumi discussed why it was likely Shuichi, while at the same time Shuichi was defending himself and trying to bring the conversation around to the hidden rooms that Miu and Nagito owned. Why was nobody confessing to being in them? What was the conspiracy going on???? Nobody had anything regarding Miu's room, but Nagito had falsely claimed that Hina was in it to fuck with Shuichi before the trial, so what was the truth??? After many pages of debate, Keebo finally revealed that the room contained him, Miu, Nagito and Mukuro... and that they just played Fuck Marry Kill the entire time :<3 Love wins.

But that meant the case was free to return to the main issues: Miu's mystery room, and the vote count. The cast began begging for Miu to speak up. Miu, please!!! We need your room!!!!! And so... she spoke.

Miu wrote:Oh its up to me is it? Poor poor Miu. Can't just fuck! Has to reveal secrets. Pressured even by the person who's situation is sealed forever by the reveal (if I tell the truth anyway, which I think he expects me not to?)

But, well, I actually am.

My room was with :keebo :shuichi :kirumi . I was pulling the original Ultimate Academies together for a conference! And well, things went sour. See. Shuichi, maybe somewhat understandably since he knew he was a target, started strongarming the rest of us into an alliance with Hiyoko. Expecting us to start this trial by all voting someone as killer to protect whoever of us was the actual killer and other tomfoolery!

Here's the thing thing. I knew, in my heart of hearts, that doing this was shutting off my game from expanded horizons for someone I knew was a lost cause longterm. No offense to you Shuichi, but your have not charmed people socially for the most part here and you became a target. And throwing my game away for you, it made no sense.

And well, after the killer reveal, Shuichi admitted it was him. In a way that gives me 99% confidence that it is in fact him, and he's not covering for Hiyoko. I had already confirmed with Keebo in Nagito's room that we were NOT on board with the fucking Shuichi plots. HAH HAH HAH. And I clued in Hirumi before the deadline in the kitchen as well.

Anyone who was expecting me to be more coy than this about this reveal, no! Many of you knew already and could have done it yourself in your coy ways! No no no. I am going ALL in, just like I do in the bedroom HAH HAH HAH.

Keebo and Kirumi would then come forward and confirm everything Miu had said.

And with that, the discussion shifted. Now it was no longer a discussion of the mystery killer, or anything like that: I was a debate of whether Shuichi's confession was true. See, this round the cast had an extra room, there were 4 per tribe in total. Three do not matter, but the one that does is Shuichi's solo room with Hiyoko. Was Shuichi simply revealing himself as killer to Miu's room, or was this an elaborate play and Hiyoko was the true killer? The cast dropped all interest in any other suspects and focused only on this topic now.

But the class decided that the most obvious route was probably the correct one, and lasered in on Shuichi as the killer. Once he had hit 5/9 votes, the remaining players just threw their votes on Hiyoko for a little insurance just in case it ended up being her as a double bluff. And so the vote count was:

And Nagito returned to reveal the truth...

LET HOPE REIGN!!!!

The case began in the middle of the night, right as people were starting to go to sleep. I knew tonight would be the perfect night to cause some chaos, and unleash despair so that hope could truly blossom within us all! If it meant my death, so be it, but I wasn't opposed to seeing the death of someone else instead. And so I went to the kitchen, grabbed a knife, and went looking for someone to attack.

And that's when I saw the Ultimate Breeder roaming the halls... but he wasn't alone. Hifumi was with him, and I didn't know if my knife would even cut through him hard enough to make an impact, let alone kill him. So I looked for someone else.

And as I entered the greenroom, I saw them. They were rummaging around, and they seemed to have no idea I was even there. This would be PERFECT! A case that would bring despair, followed by true hope when they solved it!!

I snuck up behind the unaware person, but as I did they suddenly turned around and sprayed me in the face with pesticides! What despair!!! As I writhed around in agony, the would-be victim took my knife and stabbed me in the chest! And everything went black.

I would come to right before my death, but I could do nothing but watch the as the killer dragged my body towards the giant plants, and proceeded to throw me into the giant corpse flower in the middle of the greenhouse. By the time the case was started, nothing remained except some blood on the floor where I was initially stabbed.

And with that, the trial was at an end. Shuichi had been caught and eliminated from the game.

Jabberwock Island's trial would also be chaotic, for different reasons :<3 I will go ahead and reveal that the killer revealed themselves in one room, and so the four of them had created a code for the trial, should the killer get away with it. To my knowledge this was the only time a code was used to decide who to kill? But with Leon dead, the main focus was on Mikan and Kaito, though leaning Mikan.

There was no chart, but there WAS a general list!

Meaning that the only people off the table as suspects were Chiaki and Kaede. The vote count came next, and Kazuichi revealed himself as the lone Leon voter!

Nothing happened for the first 12 hours until Mikan voted for Mahiru and went to bed, after which point Kaito decided to reveal something!

Kaito wrote:OK no more pussyfooting around. Kazuichi, why are you lying about voting for Chiaki? Don’t try to deny it, because I know for a fact that you didn’t. Because I'm the hinky vote.

Now, before you accuse me of lying, I think me voting for Chiaki makes a lot more sense. Kaede, Celestia, and Sonia all saw me advocate for Leon in the room we shared. Now I didn’t press *that* hard, but I didn’t want to see him go. I actually voted for Chiaki for the exact same reasons that Kazuichi claimed, which really made me cackle tbh. Truly not personal Chiaki, I wasn’t trying to take you out. It was so clear that Leon was leaving and I felt bad about Leon going 7-0 after he made a solid attempt with me, that I wanted to at least honor his attempt to stay around.

Also, it may seem suspicious that I’m just bringing this up now. But Kazuichi was SO quick on the draw, I was curious to see how it would play out. But since we’re now just spinning our wheels, I thought might as well let everyone know.

I have more to say on the topic of Kazuichi and lying about voting for Chiaki, but I want to hear from him and some others first before I start spitting out my actual theories :angel

Now that Mikan had voted for Mahiru, Kaito decided that there was no harm in solving the case and letting the killer kill Mikan at the end anyway as the main target, just for fun :<3 And so he did! The class did not take it well, as he went all out while at a DINNER with FRIENDS :cry Have some decorum Kaito, speak to your friends! Kaito would then go on a huge theory about how Kazuichi may have planned this whole thing in his own room with Chiaki, Sonia and Tenko and that one of them was likely the killer! And then he voted Mahiru anyway, his fun at an end.

Sadly, there was no conspiracy in Kazuichi's room, and he just falsely claimed the Chiaki vote for fun. But the killer DID reveal themselves in Sonia's room with Kaede, Tenko and Chiaki. And now that the time to vote was clear, they put their code into action. Their code was to have the first letter of their post when they cast a vote include the letter of the person they wanted dead. So the three non-killers posted the following:

"Kinda don't even think this is the case, but I just wanna curl up and go play some Balatro. My minds melted"
"Mikan sure is going to have quite a time reading all this!"
"k... well... i think i need to go with my gut here? so my vote is for......"

Two wanted Kaito dead after this reveal, while the third still wanted it to be Mikan

The votes came in, and the result was...

TIME FOR A HOME RUN!!!

Did you know there's a fuckin' music venue here? Why didn't anyone tell me? As soon as the last case ended I RACED to the Titty Typhoon and took one of their electric guitars. And I SANG!!!!!

And that's where I stayed for the next day and a half. A few people came in to check, usually complaining about the noise... but Sonia kept lurking around, only to excuse herself as soon as the next song began. Posers. But I kept singing my heart out, one day I'll get my name in lights as a punk ronk singer and not as a boring baseball star!

But suddenly, the lights went out. And a voice came over the loudspeaker, "Do NOT try to take Ibuki's role in the game! That is HER talent!!!!" the voice demanded.

I sang louder in response, that voice isn't making me give up MY dream! Not here! The voice began screaming that I am ignoring the plight of women, and suddenly sparks flew out from all the equipment as they caught on fire! I tried to escape, but the mystery killer locked all the doors too! There was no escape...

This trial was... less exciting

I believe everyone except for Makoto and Maki knew who the killer was here, or at least the majority knew it, and so it was just a matter of trying to convince one or both to fuck up their vote. And once Maki did indeed vote wrong, the rest began to just shitpost for the rest of the trial until the votes were all in!

Sorry, I want to give a detailed recap on the round but it really was just this :<3 Makoto received the most votes, and the rest were split now that the killer was clearly going to get away with it, the majority won...

IT'S PLAIN TO SEE!!!!!!

Well, I don't know if you all want to hear about a case from someone so plain, but my case happened right before the trial! The cast wanted me to put on cosplays of all their favorite characters, non-copyrighted for the sake of licensing fees!

And so I did, I did cosplays of all the stars! And then one person started asking if we could help decide my next outfit, so we all broke off while I walked with them to the music room to the music room to decide the next cosplay! They helped pick the plainest clothing, with long brown hair to match. And when I finished the cosplay, the person I was with revealed that this plain outfit was actually what THEY used to look like, before they died their hair

My cospox activated immediately :cry :cry This mystery person proceeded to tell me they changed their entire wardrobe and look, so nobody except me will ever know that's what their real hair colour is!

I quickly ran away to avoid the shame of my cospox and to get away from this person, but as I ran the person I was with pushed me forward!! The momentum sent me crashing forward.... where some piano wire had been carefully laid and stretched out, and with the force of the push it instantly decapitated me :cry It's plain to see, I died right there.

And Ibuki (or her evil twin Ibiki as she claimed...) had gotten away with murder! And she chose to kill...

Makoto was eliminated from the game! If most of the others on the tribe had won it likely would've been Maki going, but Ibuki had a fondness for Maki and her one lines, she couldn't lose both her pet faves in Mikan and Maki at once :cry

And that's another three trials down! We're are now at the halfway point of the cast, and they'll be swapping again next round!

Murder 5

And with the trials over, it was time for another swap! The final swap before they merged! The cast were horrified to learn they had not yet made jury, but at least they were only swapping to 2 tribes of 12 instead of 3 tribes of 8 here!

We laid Shitpost Academy to rest, and began the roller to see how the swap would go.

The new Hope's Peak Academy contained 6 original Jabberwock Island members, while Jabberwock Island contained 6 original Ultimate Academy members

Would this matter? Idk!! Original Hope's Peak (nicknamed Hope's Valley, where activity went to die) was down to only 6 original members at this point, and they were split 4/2.

The tribes got to meet up, and it became very clear who the first boot on each tribe would be fairly quickly. I won't spoil it because they actually do both leave first, but the tribes understood who the easy targets were that had nobody backing them up.

Beyond that, the original tribe numbers did come into play! Hiyoko was still being looked at as a target due to the last tribe, while the tension between Kaito and Chiaki was a t a head... on one side. On Kaito's side he was just trying to mend fences after the trial, but all the Jabberwocks he swapped with were the ones who wanted him dead most so it was a lost cause. But with the first boot added that only left 3 options, and nobody else was sticking out as a 4th potential name.

On Jabberwock Island, opinions on Sayaka were very divided. Those who loved her LOVED her and would not be willing to see her in any danger, but those who didn't viewed her as a boot for the near future. The topic of sacrificing an Ultimate Academy member also came up, with the leading names from diffrerent groups being Korekiyo and Miu. Beyond that, Mahiru was also listed as a potential name to go soon, though she did not have the invites to be a possible nominee without it killing that killer.

But with that done, we moved into the Motive for this round!

This is a Mud Path challenge! It was initially created in Jyagaimasu's Pride and Prejudice game as trying to get your carriage out of some mud, but we're going to be changing the context to be the path you take to commit murder! And only the fastest player to commit murder will be able to get away with it before the body announcement message is played!

For this challenge, you'll receive a grid like this:

And your goal is to get from the left of the grid, all the way to the right of the grid! All of the grey squares will be safe squares, while any red squares are "Alibi Squares" that you must avoid as much as possible! After all, you can't let people see you as you're committing murder! If it doesn't make sense in terms of immersion, just go with it.

Your route will gain a score according to the following:
- Moving to an adjacent clean square is free.
- When you move over red alibi squares, you will gain a score based on how many of these red squares you move over before you reach a clean square again. This score is shown in the following table:

1 Red Squares - 1 Score
2 Red Squares - 3 Score
3 Red Squares - 6 Score
4 Red Squares - 10 Score
5 Red Squares - 15 Score
6 Red Squares - 21 Score
and so on.

So this could be a potential path!

For the above example, the score would be:

Between the 1st island and the 2nd is 1 red square, which adds 1 Score.

Between the 2nd island and the 3rd is 2 red squares which adds 3 Score.

Between the 3rd island and the 4th is 1 redsquare, which adds 1 Score.

Between the 4th island and the 5th is 1 red square, which adds 1 Score.

Between the 5th island and the 6th is 4 redsquares which adds 10 Score.

This would be a combined Score of 16.

For this task, you're aiming for the lowest score possible! The player with the lowest score of the entire cast will be the killer for this round, and will decide who is to be nominated this round! You may make as many attempts for this as you wish, but only the FINAL attempt will count! In the event of a tie, it will be broken by how long you took to come to this result.

You will have a strict deadline of 20 minutes for this challenge, from the moment you start it.
You can make as many attempts as you like, but once that 20 minutes passes your time is up.

It was a logic puzzle type of challenge! I had overused these in my last games, so we only did one or two this game to spice it up a little. I think it was cute. And from there we moved to the nominees for this round:

Fuyuhiko and Maki have been nominated!

These nominations were not a shock to anyone from either tribe, as they all knew Maki and Mukuro would not survive to the merge. It just didn't seem possible. Maki making it to the top half at all seemed like a string of luck and the best possible outcomes to get her this far, but there was no way that could last forever, and without any more obvious targets to go, it was sadly her time :cry

Mukuro had been in a similar boat, making it all the way to week 3 without ever being a part of any alliances until being stuck on the more stacked tribe during the swap. And so both were foregone conclusions, and the votes were:

Trial 5

And it was time for the next trials!

We start with The Suspects.

Ibuki was not a suspect due to her immunity from last round, Fuyuhiko could not as the prior killer, and Hiyoko did not share a room with either nominee that round. Which left 7 options!

In Hope's Peak Academy, it seemed to be another easy trial. With Hiyoko and Kaito both on the table, most of the class were once again aware of who the killer was. It was simply a matter of convincing Hiyoko or Kaito to vote wrong, and the rest of the chips would fall into place.

And so the cast just began talking in general, never really focusing too much on this killer? Sonia made enemies of the other tribe when she bragged about having known every killer so far, an act that was directly used as a main reason to kill her in the merge round :<3 Everyone just piled their votes on Sonia near the end of the trial because she obviously wasn't the killer, and then they let Kaito and Hiyoko figure it out themselves while saying that the trials WILL be more cutthroat once they make jury, you'll see Monokuma!!! You'll all see!!!

And so the vote count was...

DO YOU WANT TO DIE???

After moving to this new Academy, I decided to go it alone. Making friends with this cast wasn't going to help me here, I knew I needed to strike first and strike fast, or I'd be a sitting duck. So I scoped out my target, and I found the perfect victim. Loud, yet alone, this would be the perfect person to attack and prove myself as someone who shouldn't be messed with.

And so I stalked them, making sure to avoid the careful gaze of the musician playing guitar through the halls. And finally, I had them cornered. My intended victim had entered the bathroom, and there was no other way out than through me and my blade.

But as I prepared to enter the bathroom, something tugged at my foot. It was a.... dog? How did a dog get in the school?

I pushed aside the thought and ignored the dog, when suddenly the dog BIT into my leg!!! I quickly kicked it away, when suddenly a snake appeared and slowly slithered towards me... and a flock of crows began pecking at me, too many to count! More and more animals swarmed through the halls, biting and attacking me, too many to defend myself from them all!

And as the animals continued their assault, my intended victim exited the bathroom and looked down at me with a smug grin. He had won...

Gundham had gotten away with murder, and one of the two would now be dying! Gundham chose...

And Hiyoko was eliminated from the game!

And Kaito was unaware he was even an alternate target that trial...

Jabberwock Island's trial was more interesting! Mahiru had been mentioned as the trial kill this round unless she got it right, and with Mahiru being too busy to actually investigate, the trial kinda came to a standstill. Most of the class did NOT know who the killer was, with the exception of the one room of Toko, Sayaka, Korekiyo and Kokichi. But in that room... they plotted. See, if Mahiru died here, then the next two targets on the tribe would be Sayaka and Korekiyo, and that needed to not happen. And so they presented a plan for the group to be lulled into a false sense of security, assume that Mahiru was dying... and then use it to create a bigger move against someone else

And so it happened! The trial itself was nothing to talk about for the first 23 hours. Mahiru voted incorrectly, and the game proceeded as usual. In fact, the tribe openly posted about letting the killer get away with it here, and so they did!

With 10 minutes left on the timer, only Kokichi and Sayaka were left to vote and it was impossible for Kokichi to be caught at this point (he had 1 vote, Kaede had 3), and so Kokichi decided to make his move

So let's talk! I had such mixed feelings when I won killer this round. I was really excited and proud of myself, but I was also kind of bummed. Because... this is the round when everyone was throwing! This was the round that nobody really cared about! It would have been way better to win killer for the next round, when things were actually going to get difficult and we weren't just going to have two easy, consensus boots in Mukuro and Mahiru. Yeesh, it's been a really bad round for people whose names start with M hasn't it?

But I was thinking... isn't that kind of boring? It's funny, I had already been thinking about it well before all of the discussion today! And I think people made a lot of good points and I mostly stayed out of it... because I knew I was going to get my say at the end of the round! ^_^ I think a lot of great points were made and for what it's worth Monokuma, I don't think you should change the trial format. I don't think the game is broken at all, I actually think it's amazing! I love this game and I love this format :<3

There's no wrong way to play these games! it's up to the players and that's what makes it awesome! Because at the end of the day, the players get to decide how the game goes. They get to decide if they want to go really hard in finding the killer, or if they want to just let the killer go! But they also have to remember that if they do let the killer go, they're giving full control to that psycho. And sometimes the killer really is a psycho! Sometimes the killer just wants to have fun! And this is one of those times. I just wanna have some fun!

So, let's have some fun!

And Kaede had been chosen as the killer! As Kokichi had already revealed himself as the killer, there was no suspense to the trial, but Mukuro came to reveal her truth anyway...

FIND THE TRUTH!

The case began in the kitchen, with everyone together. I was eating at a table alone, when suddenly a large group of my tribe came to sit with me! But one player decided to stand, an oversized mallet in their hand.

As the group began talking to me, the other player suddenly WHACKED me in the head with the oversized mallet, knocking me to the ground!

The group then joined in, each taking a turn at hitting me with the mallet... it continued, and eventually I was just a bloody mess in the hall. Almost everyone had been complicit in my death, but even they didn't know who had committed the final blow... except for the killer, who made sure they struck me in a way that would kill me for good.

IT CAN ONLY BE YOU, KOKICHI OMA!!!!!!

(yes this "case" is very lacking but I made it in the last few minutes before this because I was going to scrap the cases for the game otherwise after this trial)

Unfortunately... Sayaka didn't show up until a few minutes AFTER the deadline, and forgot to vote as a result, meaning this entire big reveal and the entire reason for the big move being a move to save Sayaka and Korekiyo.... well, it didn't matter because Sayaka killed herself instead :<3

And the fates of Sayaka and Mukuro remained intertwined ever since Sayaka's original death via Mukuro fucking up her nominations. Fate always finds a way.

The cast would debate who Kokichi was ACTUALLY going to kill this round had Sayaka voted, and he told most of the class that it was still going to be Mahiru and it was just for dramatic effect. But in reality, the player saved by Sayaka's accidental suicide was... Miu

But that's for next round!

Murder 6

And it was time for our final premerge round, after this it would be the merge and only one trial per round! My writing workload is about to be one third of the size, thank you love thank you life.

On Hope's Peak Academy, Kaito was still a massive target, with the Jabberwock girls wanting him DEAD and others having considered working with him, but deciding against it due to his reputation for leaking info too much to be a reliable ally. Beyond that, quite a few names were out there! Gundham wanted to see Celestia dead this round if he could swing it that way, Kirumi and Hina were being looked at as targets, and Celestia wanted to see if there was a world where she could snipe Gonta or Fuyuhiko without killing her game

On Jabberwock Island, Mahiru was also a massive target, but was actually safe! See, not a single person invited her to their room, so the only connections Mahiru had that round were Kokichi and Korekiyo in her own room, and Korekiyo/Kaede in her extra room. So with Kokichi being immune and ineligible to be killer, that meant only 2/8 options could nominate her which would be suicide for both of them, so she was safe until the trial! Which meant the vote turned into a battle for the other boot. Korekiyo was still named as the most expendable Ultimate Academy member, while the talks to turn it on Miu fell a little flat. But the other option for this vote became Kazuichi, who Kaede and Tenko wanted to protect and pitched that if they didn't want to upset Sonia by booting Kazuichi. This pitch fell on deaf ears, and so the vote turned into a decision for the killer to make. Would they doom Korekiyo with their nomination, or Kazuichi? Hifumi also felt cautious around Kokichi, believing himself to be the target of Kokichi's vote had Sayaka not killed herself rather than Miu.

But we moved on to the motive!

challenge!

For this challenge, you'll get a link to a page with a bunch of images floating across the screen, all with words. Here's an example of one of the images you'd see:

(and obviously the words that ARE part of the filter will say that the word is in the filter, there's no tricks or clues it'll be blatant when you see it)

There are a total of FOUR words that make up the filter you'll need to solve, and each of them will be listed in the images going across the screen that you'll need to see and mark down! The fastest player to find and mark down all four filter words and combine them will become the Killer for this round! You'll combine these words with no spaces, so if the filter words were love hope dream big then the filter to type would be lovehopedreambig for this. Caps doesn't matter, it'll work in upper and lower case for any letters.

On Hope's Peak Academy, Kaito tried valiantly to expose Chiaki as a snake to anyone who would listen... but nobody would

But on Jabberwock Island, the killer left both targets up for nomination, putting everyone in an awkward spot where they now had to choose between them! Kaede and Tenko wanted it to be Korekiyo, while Kokichi and Toko wanted it to be Kazuichi, but the vote would really come down to the middle players of Hifumi, Keebo and Miu. But when it came down to it, both sides finally came to a compromise on who to boot...

Trial 6

The final premerge trial, and two very different ones...

On Hope's Peak Academy, you need to know the killer in order to know the case

And for this case, the killer was Celestia! She revealed herself as the killer in the room she shared with Sonia and Chiaki, trusting only them with the secret. They then went to the room they had with Kirumi and revealed that SONIA was the killer! Everything seemed set, and the three of Sonia, Chiaki and Celestia began planning for how to get away with it, and the preferred target. Chiaki wanted it to be Hina, and Celestia seemed receptive... but at the end, Celestia asked the girls if she should shoot high and just kill Gonta or Fuyuhiko instead?

And so Chiaki, right before the rooms were no longer allowed to be posted in, leaked to Gonta and Fuyuhiko that the killer was Celestia so that they would vote her correctly and Chiaki could either go for a big brain play of tricking Celestia into a kill against Hina (or Kirumi as a backup), or Chiaki would simply kill Celestia herself now that she was already betraying her. During this, Gundham also told Hina to wait and see who Fuyuhiko voted and copy that vote, as it was likely he knew the killer but wasn't sharing it yet.

And with that, the trial began! The obligatory Chart was posted:

Revealing the possible suspects as the following:

The class discussed the possible options, with Ibuki being brought up for consideration because she never actually told anyone she wasn't the killer..... but she was also afk at the time. And so Kirumi decided to jumpstart the conversation by offering up a theory that the killer must be from one of these rooms as it is the only places where collusion makes sense!!

Nobody in the cast agreed with it

But as talks began circling around Sonia's direction, Kirumi went on the attack and defended Sonia as hard as she could... causing everyone not in the loop to believe that Sonia was the killer and Kirumi was just covering for her.

With one hour left in this 24 hour trial, nobody had voted! Gundham selfvoted for the fun of it, and then Chiaki and Sonia voted Hina, knowing it was impossible for Hina to be the killer. The votes piled in, and:

It was a tie. Kirumi had defended Sonia so hard that it convinced Hina that Sonia was the killer, and Kirumi threw her vote on Gundham just to throw it away. In the event of a tie, it is counted as the killer getting away with it. Kaito came to reveal the truth...

SOAR TO NEW HEIGHTS!!!!!!!

The stress of all the murders had been getting to me, and so I needed a break from it all. I wanted to see the stars again! Unfortunately, there wasn't any kind of spaceship to take me away from the game, but there WAS a space room in the school and a telescope nobody else had been using, so I went to the classroom and started taking a look through it! And the things I saw, the stars I had all but forgotten...

But someone walked in on me, and I knew instantly that this person didn't have good intent. That they wanted me dead. But they stood in between the doorway and that was the only way of escape. I grabbed the telescope and prepared to fight them, fully knowing they held a knife in their hands and were prepared to use it.

They charged at me, but I swung the telescope as hard as I could at their face! It grazed them and they stumbled back, so I swung again! But this time I missed, and my attacker quickly took the opportunity to plunge their knife deep into my chest! They then took the telescope from me as I reeled in pain, and proceeded to beat me in the face with the telescope until I collapsed to the ground!

As I lay on the ground, the attacker once again plunged the knife into my chest, then rammed the telescope on top of the knife! The glass from one end of the telescope broke and the telescope laid on top of the knife, and I quickly bled out. The killer then took a moment to compose themselves and leave before anyone could notice they had ever entered...

And Celestia had gotten away with murder! Ibuki had correctly sussed out the killer, and Gonta/Fuyuhiko also were immune due to voting the killer via Chiaki's warning. Additionally, Gundham was ALSO immune as the killer last round! Meaning that the kill Celestia would have to make right now would need to be between Chiaki, Hina, Kirumi and Sonia.

I wish that this could have been better, but OBVIOUSLY my gamble lost. Was it because I was actually able to be active for once during one of these? Who knows? :giggle

And Celestia decided to kill...

Chiaki's move worked, and her preferred target somehow left despite everything.

In this trial, the killer was known to most of the class as well! Mahiru's room with Korekiyo and Kokichi had been popping off this round, and the three of them wanted to make a move and force them to boot someone else! They just had to find the killer.... but almost everyone outside this room knew about it, in fact only those three and potentially Toko (idr if she was told or not, I think not?) didn't know who the killer was. And the trial began!

And it was very quiet. Tenko had devised a plan to give Mahiru a fake list of rooms to get her off the scent, while Kokichi had given her the real list... but because Mahiru never actually spoke up with any questions about the trial, the rest just assumed she wasn't interested in solving it, so they didn't try to sway her otherwise either. And so it was a waiting game... Mahiru being quiet was intentional by the three to try and convince the others to slip up, but it had the opposite effect where nobody felt compelled to even discuss the case at all

And so the trial came and went, and by the end it was:

But would they be correct? And.... where is Hifumi in this vote tally? Oh no... someone forgot to vote again? I guess Hifumi is getting booted, and we let Kazuichi reveal the truth...

TIME TO PROVE MYSELF!!!!

The case began with us exploring Jabberwock Island, and we found an airport! So much machinery to inspect and tinker with, I knew if I just got everything done right we'd all be able to take one of these planes and fly off the island and into safety, away from those dastardly Monohosts! And so I decided to spend my time there, just working as quickly as I could!

And I did it! I got a working plane, and it was ready to go! But if I wanted us all to escape, I needed everyone to be able to go all at once, otherwise the rest would never be safe and they'd be lambs to the slaughter. I couldn't let that happen to Miss Sonia! :cry So I got to work on a car, fast enough to drive everyone to the airport before anyone noticed! This would be a huge undertaking and someone would need to cover the coast and make sure none of the Monohosts saw, so I called in Kaede to keep an eye out, and she did just that!

As I worked on the car, I didn't notice another person come into the airport. But while I was distracted, the mystery person began poking near my feet, when suddenly they put some handcuffs on my feet! I tried to free myself with my hands, but something was stopping me from moving at all! I was trapped!

As I struggled and tried to explain that we could all escape if they just listened, the mystery player ignored my pleas and began tinkering with the car I had been working on. And with a simple click, the car lift stopped carrying the weight of the car and it crashed to the ground, flattening me instantly.

Well that's... hmm. This was also the first and only trial of the game where I wasn't home for it, so I had to be checking my phone to tags and alerts all "what do we do? If a player doesn't vote the killer kills them, but what if that person IS the killer? We didn't plan for this!!!" and so after consulting with the cohosts, we decided to put Hifumi on a timer. If he voted before the end of the hour, we'd let him live. If he didn't, he'd be ejected as he also didn't leave any prevotes for who he would kill if he got away with it. It was certainly an interesting trial, just not in the expected way.

And Hifumi did indeed show up, and so he eliminated...

And with that, we were down to the final 16, just one third of the starting cast! We'll be merging now, and from here on there's only one trial per round, and there will be 7 more murders and trials until we reach the end!

Intermission: Mafia Game

The prejurors decided to play a fun game of mafia! 15 of the 32 prejurors took up the offer to play in this, and play they did! Mondo never noticed the confirmation period in time so he was not added to the final game, but the other 14 all took part! And so there were 11 Monokumas and 3 Demons (humans) that needed to be caught!

The players were eliminated in the following order

(Day 1 was a tie between like 7 people and nobody died, but a randomizer was employed that would keep ticking up each time they tied and they never tied again)

Okay, so we have about 13 hours to go before the winner reveal, and I still need to do all the cast reveal images (or at least the gifs, I may just skip out on the giant image this time), the writeups for everyone in the top 20, along with these 7 final rounds of gameplay... and get a good night sleep because it is 10pm now

So we're gonna have to cut our losses with the merge writeups and do less detailed ones if I run out of time, but know that the merge was very interesting and dynamic!

Round 7

The cast merged! We were now at the top 16, and the jury phase! The prejurors would also make up one collective prejury vote, but now we were one class.... Shitpost Academy

The OG Ultimate Academy numbers were huge while HPA had been decimated, but everyone in the game kinda knew that was coming from the start

But the starting drama for this merge weekend actually wouldn't be related to this at all, and would instead be drama stemming from the HPA trial that just ended! After having saved Fuyuhiko and Gonta from dying in the trial, the two of them.... immediately leaked this info to the cast, with Chiaki being sold out to Celestia and Kirumi. Celestia was annoyed but eventually let it go... Kirumi did NOT.

And so began Kirumi's warpath against Chiaki for this merge weekend! She would use this as proof that Chiaki was a snake, and then try to create a room with a few others saying that Fuyuhiko and Chiaki had told her that they needed to take down the key UA players of Kokichi, Korekiyo, Tenko and Kaede! This was met with confusion, as Chiaki was very close allies with both Kaede and Tenko, and Korekiyo was not a top UA person besides his duo with Kokichi. Eventually people looked into it more and realised... Chiaki and Fuyuhiko didn't even share a room to discuss this at all, let alone with Kirumi :<3 Kirumi would then say they said it to her during round 5 when they DID have a room together, but this made even less sense and the cast realised she was simply lying to try and destroy Chiaki's game.

Her lie uncovered, Kirumi could only hope her past allies would come to her aid and help her out. And then we moved to the motive for this round!

Trial 7

The trial began, and I am going to try and be more brief in these parts because I don't have the time for them before the game ends sorry! These ones will all be publicly visible postgame so you won't need to look around for them!

We started with exactly 8 possible suspects for the round, based on who could have nominated both Kirumi and Gonta here

And the Chart.

(as you can see, Gonta had rooms with everyone except Kirumi, which is why he was the second nom as it didn't clear the suspect list at all)

There was a TON of discussion about the surveys as half the cast put forward their own answers... before realising that this would have no possible way of helping because they couldn't discuss their score to get the killer anyway? And so they put the surveys away and began looking at the case again. With the victim being Kirumi, many didn't have solid leads... except for one room, who knew the killer!

We went into a lot of talk about Kirumi's Web Of Lies, and how the class as a whole was too focused on figuring out if Kirumi was telling the truth to even discuss a trial kill, so most of them weren't sure who would actually die from a killer this time! Later into the trial, Gundham began taking charge and looking into the possible rooms that people could collaborate in, removing his name and any rooms that Gonta or Kirumi were in:

Sonia and Gundham began discussing, and came to a conclusion... if Sonia was telling the truth and nobody shared it in her room either, then that would mean that EVERY possibility left included Kokichi in some way, so either Kokichi would be the killer or know who the killer was, assuming the killer wasn't working alone. And considering every killer so far had leaked it to people, it seemed a fair assessment. But that also requires Gonta to not know who the killer was, and if he did then it fully opens up the board.

So the topic began shifting to Korekiyo, who had been acting nervous this trial

When asked why in the final hour, his response was...

A case was also made against Ibuki in the final hour, who had vanished from the board a couple hours before the killer noms went in... but what if she was lying??? She could've!!!

With 15 minutes left, only 4 people had voted. But the votes piled in at the end, and we were left with:

The tide had turned on Ibuki, and she found herself getting the most votes! But was Ibuki the killer? We would soon find out...

I WILL NOT DIE!!!!!!!!

I knew I had to escape the school, no matter the cost. I had to. And if that meant killing someone, I was more than capable of doing it. And so I went in search of the first victim I could find in the halls, but when I found them... they were deep in conversation with someone else. The two were having a lengthy conversation about arcane rituats and I knew very quickly that I had no way of ever splitting them apart without making myself obvious, so I looked for my next target.

My next target was much more alone, and so I entered the lab they were in to make my move. But as soon as I entered, a tripwire activated, catching me in a net!

I was knocked off my feet, and the person I was planning to kill turned around with a smug grin. They had been expecting me, this was a trap for me!!! Grabbing the knife I had planned to use on my victim, I quickly cut through the rope and dropped down to the ground, and I had one choice ahead of me. I could either run for my life while the person in front of me could reach me, or I could KILL my way to freedom! I had already come all this way, I wasn't going to die here without even trying to survive!!!!!

And so I rushed forward with my knife, ready to strike! But as I began to run forward... they laughed. And from the top of the room fell a bucket, directly onto my head. It was... water? No.... No....

IT WAS ACID!!!!!
The acid instantly began dissolving my skin and bones as I screamed out, begging for safety despite knowing there was no way I could survive. But in response the person ahead of me laughed even harder and pressed a button, and even more acid poured down on me. And more. And more...

By the time the rest of the class found me, barely anything remained.

And Kokichi had gotten away with murder! Before I reveal the murder, I will share that Kokichi revealed himself as killer in exactly one room: The room of Gonta, Kokichi, Korekiyo and Toko!

Gonta had agreed to be a pawn against Kirumi (or at least was fine with it) as she was a certain boot due to being caught out lying and he had rooms with every player, and so the four of them plotted together to decide what to do for the trial, should they get away with it. In the end, they came up with two names, and the name that Gonta, Korekiyo and Toko all agreed was the top name to kill? Sonia. Whether Kokichi planned to have her as his own top kill, I can't speak on, but the choice was made for him, and he took out another big player in her stead

And with that, a huge move had been made, and one of the most popular players in the cast was eliminated from the game :cry The cast would get the survey results after this, further pointing out Gundham as the most memorable player in the cast and their dream Free Time Event (person to add to a room with you).

Murder 8

The cast were SHOCKED by Gundham's death, as he seemed like someone who was almost certain to be an endgamer here! The scene for the merge had been set, nobody was safe here. You needed to either catch the killer or you could leave at any moment, there were no easy trials now.

It is impossible to talk about all the dynamics of this cast because of how divided everyone's journey has been, but I'll attempt to give some details now. There were five pairs who had been together all game, and they are:

Kokichi/Korekiyo
Chiaki/Sonia
Kaede/Tenko
Keebo/Miu
Ibuki/Fuyuhiko

With the exception of Ibuki/Fuyuhiko, all of these were considered each other's #1 in the game, at least from an outside perspective. Fuyuhiko was loyal to Jabberwock as a whole, which included Ibuki, so we'll count that too. Additionally, the Jabberwock 2.0 collective of Chiaki/Sonia/Kaede/Tenko/Celestia were all very obviously a group, so much so that Celestia had only been making rooms including these people by this point. Toko, Hifumi, Gonta didn't really have people they were #1s with, but it was also clear nobody was looking their way. Keebo was in a similar position but with a clear #1 in Miu, but Miu had become paranoid this round due to being in rooms with everyone and fearing she'd go up and out as a result.

By the time the nominations came around, Miu had accepted that she was a nominee this round, and began planning ways to survive the block. Alliances were being made everywhere, and eventually Tenko/Kaede offered an alliance to Miu to keep each other safe with a few others, mostly Jabberwock members.

And we moved on to the motive!

But.... why can't you join them too? Don't you want to see what it's like to visit your family like that, and escape from this place you're trapped in? Well there's one way to get out, you just need to KILL! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA~

This was going to be a logic puzzle where you need to gather clues and put them all sitting at a table, but I decided that would be too difficult to score so I won't! Instead, we're doing a different type of logic puzzle: Triple Triad!

For this challenge, you'll receive a collection of 16 images with colours (and a matching number on each side, and you need to arrange them in a way that they all link up. So if the side of one section is red, you need to connect it to another red section.

As an example, I will show some images I'm taking from when I did this in my TAR game. Look at the four images below:

The D square needs a blue to the left, and an orange below it. So as is it doesn't work, but if you change it to the correct answer of:

It was our second and final logic puzzle of the game, Triple Triad! The players completed it, and we moved on to the nomination period.

And we are at the final 13! And this one... the cast had very little info to go off of

Hifumi and Miu were in rooms with basically everyone, in fact the only people that weren't suspects were Sonia, Tenko and the immune Kokichi! This would be a fierce debate...

First, the Chart.

It was very quickly established that this was NOT a self-nomination by Miu, as Miu had been expressing that Hifumi was one of her worst case scenarios as an opponent on the block. Whoever put her up, they probably wanted her dead. The cast also discussed Hifumi going up, as the cast had been heavily discussing killing Fuyuhiko that round, along with potentially Ibuki

But neither of them went up...

But this conversation was FULLY derailed by Ibuki, who had something to say!!!!!!!!

The tone of the trial fully shifted after this point, it was clear that either Korekiyo was the killer, or Ibuki was making it up as a play to convince them to vote Korekiyo and spare her or her allies. The class asked Ibuki how she would've heard something like this, but Ibuki refused to divulge her source.[/ALIGN]

The class debated, but the majority claimed that Ibuki was simply fucking with them and that it was likely just Fuyuhiko or Ibuki, and that this was a bizarre and OTT attempt to get the focus on someone else by any means necessary. And everyone denied having leaked it to Ibuki, so was she simply making it up?

Toko investigated further.

If it was leaked in Hifumi's room he would have already voted Kiyo. These were like Keebo's 2 closest allies- so if he knew for a fact he'd have voted too. I'm crossing Sonia's room.

So either Kiyo told Fuyuhiko's room and he leaked it in Ibuki's. Or Ibuki is covering for herself and/or Fuyuhiko.

Only one person we need to hear from on this, right?

Fuyuhiko, SPEAK!!!!!! WE NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!

But Fuyuhiko would not speak. He continued to pretend not to see any of these posts asking him to clarify, even as it became clear that everyone's eyes were on him. Was Fuyuhiko covering for Ibuki, or did he receive info in his own room and then leak it in Ibuki's room of the four remaining OG Jabberwocks...

And then Sonia spoke up... revealing she heard the leak from another room

But the class quickly learned she was lying and she admitted she hadn't heard any leaks. Eyes turned back to Fuyuhiko. Talks also began springing up about people stalking post counts to see whose went up around the time of the killer reveals, which yes IS pathetic by anyone who did it :cry Fuyuhiko was quick to ask about the post counts rising, but still did NOT answer the questions being sent his away about whether he knew or leaked anything

The next morning, Fuyuhiko awoke with NEWS!!!!!! He was having a cheeseburger for lunch with some Pringles

A lot of talks would happen, and the conversation began swinging back towards Fuyuhiko acting so weird that he HAS to know the killer, either Korekiyo like Ibuki claims or Ibuki and Fuyuhiko is just not wanting to fully deny it.

But Chiaki popped in and decided to finally break the ice with a vote for Korekiyo as well, and Ibuki would then confirm that Fuyuhiko did in fact leak it in Ibuki's room with Chiaki and Sonia.

Some players like Kaede and Toko would continue defending Korekiyo and marking this whole thing down as a conspiracy, but it seemed more and more likely that Korekiyo would get the votes regardless at this point. Everyone debated whether to vote Fuyuhiko or Korekiyo.

Fuyuhiko would at this point DENY ever leaking anything to the girls about Korekiyo being the killer!!

Everyone was confused.

If it helps your post briefly had me convinced that Gonta somehow leaked it while also dealing with incredibly important live stuff lol. I then realized this didn't make a ton of sense though and it made a lot more sense that Fuyuhiko leaked to protect Chiaki and Sonia. And then somehow Ibuki convinced herself that she and Celestia were the targets when lol, it should have been incredibly obvious who they were? But whatever, I decided not to act last night because I had foolishly taken a gummy before the round and I didn't know whether what I was about to do made any sense whatsoever! I still don't, but... It's over babe. Maybe you were going to get out of this? I really doubt it, but maybe you were. But there is no way that you were going to prevent Sonia and Chiaki's votes on you at this point. And honestly, at this point in the game, if Chiaki and Sonia aren't going home (no offense girls but also I think we're clearly on complete opposite sides now and we both know it) then I actually think the best thing for my game is for YOU TO GO!!!

Let's be real: there are certain people in this game who, fairly or not, are viewed as inseparable pairs because they've been together the entire game. Tenko and Kaede. Fuyuhiko and Ibuki. Sonia and Chiaki. Formerly Keebo and Miu. And, finally, myself and Korekiyo! Whether it's fair or not, all of us are viewed as units! It makes some sense and there's undeniably some level of truth to it. I think in all five cases those people are protecting each other, and it's very well-known! But the downside is... it's sort of not great for those people if one of them is immune.

Gundham made a comment last night that was basically saying "good luck protecting Korekiyo now!" He said my goonies but we knew the main one he meant! And so when Korekiyo told me that he won the Killer role this round, and I saw his nominations... I was pretty pissed off! ^_^ Because those nominations were not good for my game, and he was leaving me in a very uncomfortable situation by letting me know he was the killer! Because I wasn't about to lie for him to Keebo, Miu, and Hifumi who I spent the entire round having a genuinely great time with. And I don't know if Keebo and Hifumi noticed, but I never stated in my room whether or not I knew the killer! I mostly just repeated how pissed I was which was absolutely true! I was very pissed at the Killer because I think the Killer really screwed up!

Maybe I'll find out that Sonia and Chiaki didn't actually fully believe Korekiyo was the killer in which case... oops! But I don't buy that. I think they're both, 100% voting for you this round. And if they do then I'm not even sure who you'll kill since your nominations showed that we aren't quite as much on the same page as I thought we were, and I don't want to have to face the consequences of your kill! So I won't!

But with this vote, more would join the vote knowing it was over. The truth of the case was that all of Kokichi, Kaede, Tenko, Toko, Gonta and Fuyuhiko were told by Korekiyo that he was the killer. Fuyuhiko then leaked it to Ibuki's room of her, Sonia and Chiaki. And so the only ones who DIDN'T know who the killer was... were Keebo, Hifumi and Celestia, but this post sealed his fate and made it clear that he would be going if he wasn't already.

And so Korekiyo asked to be ejected from the game 2 hours before the round ended. The case of Miu's death would go unwritten, excluding one image of her request to be drowned via cum pool that I made one image of and did not want to go any further with.
