Daily check-in. Adjust, adapt, and survive. Yes, you deserve better. Yes, you shouldn't need to be forced to. But sometimes it is all you CAN do. Daily check-in! Shine like the bright light you are and never let anyone or anything dim your light. Now, you can hand out metaphorical sunglasses, where you give the tools to not be blinding, because there's times/places for your intensity. But never let yourself fade into anything lesser. Be you. Be yourself, in all your brilliance. Show yourself to the world.

While you can and should respect boundaries (a good thing to do!), you needn't let your sensitivity to others (a good thing to have!) stop you from providing your authentic self in general. Find your spaces to burn brilliantly, and never let your fire fade. Your passion is your greatest gift you provide others. Embrace it. :heart:

Daily check-in. Sometimes, day of rest don't go as you intend. But as much as possible, squeeze rest into times you wouldn't to help compensate for the loss of rest when you would. Scale back your stressors in any way you can, as much as you can, to make room for rest. You need it. :heart:

Daily check-in. Some days are going to be more frustrating, exhausting, etc., than others already are. Take a large breath, walk, pace, meditate, etc. Sleep as you can, eat what you can, self-care in whatever way is possible. Embrace loved ones if you can. Find your peace. Recover as you can. :heart:

Daily check in. Tell your loved ones how you love them. Compliment them, reinforce all the good about them, and what you see and what they do for you. Sometimes they need outside reminders of what good they do daily.

Nobody is perfect, but often, we need help to see the good in all the bad. Actions given out of love often matter a lot more than we realize. :heart:

It can be a great way of connecting, finding common ground, seeing how similar you are, and going down memory lane. You can learn a lot, and remind everyone of all the wonderful things. The ways you met, bonded, things you went through. Share your life, your interests, things you've been nerdy about, with those who will share theirs. :heart:

Daily check-in! It's okay if things are going slower than you want, and draining more than you thought. You still remember what's most important, and pursue it as you can. Daily check-in. As the life woes pile on, it can be tempting to sacrifice rest days for work, or to fall into extreme escapism. Try to balance both. Muster up the will to work, then the courage to indulge in leisurely activities. Alternate the two, no more than two hours of each and in equal amounts. Not 5 minutes of one then 50 of the other.

You need both in balance to live. So set time for both, hard as it is. Rest is hard when you know the consequences of waiting, but is needed; inversely, you can't wait for too long. So handle both in moderation, as best you can. It needn't be a perfect 1:1 ratio. Trying is all you need, and all you can, do. :heart:

Vibe with them, spend time with them, reach out to them, check in with them, help them, support them in any way you can, and...have the courage to be vulnerable in front of them. You need each other, so communicate. Both to find their needs, and let them know yours. :heart:
