Daily check-in! Remember, every time you have had that pit-sinking feeling in your stomach before, you have managed to get through it. The dread you feel is something you have overcome before and you can overcome again. Remain as calm as you can, breathe, focus, and plan the best you can. Hugs.- rBree2

Daily check-in. Reminder; just because things are going wrong, life is crushing, things get worse, etc., doesn't mean you should stop taking care of yourself. Self-care can be your respite from all the challenges, and a lack of it can crash you out. Don't punish yourself; keep living as you can.- pidgey

HEY! Just wanted to say Hi, I'm an old ass player. (7 years since my last game).
Probably no one that I used to play with is still around. But today I used like 6 hours of my day reading through my old games, remembering all those fun memories. Cherish the games you are playing and your friends in the board, because you might not have that much free time to do so later! Im currently married, happily and with a little girl of 1.5 years on the family, so I don't know if i can sign up to any game any time soon, as much as i'd love to. But you guys have fun, keep mafiaing!-----------------

Daily check-in, despite the despair. Do what you need to survive, at all costs. And if you can't find a way to do what is needed to survive, then ask for help. You need to live. Everything else is secondary to living.- rBree2

Daily check-in! There are people who appreciate what you do. There are people who enjoy what you give. There are people who love to vibe with you. There are people who miss your presence. There are people who think of you. There are people who you make their lives better, just by doing what you do. You make a difference, just by existing and doing what you do. Keep it up, as best you can.- pidgey

Daily check-in. As scary as life is, just remember; that fear means there's something to be gained by living. As crushing, as overwhelming, as it may be, you have reasons, you have drive, to continue. Hold on to hopes and aspirations, big and small, and keep fighting to live, despite the difficulties.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. Give yourself credit where it’s due; you are far stronger and better than you realize during your darkest moments.
It’s okay if you need help, and it’s understandable if your suffering is worse due to a lack of it.
But you are doing amazing, considering your limitations. Much love.- Ythan

Daily check-in. Sometimes, things don't go as they ought to, and not for the better. Any pivoting done is trying to find silver lining from a bad situation explicitly/definitively worse than the outcome which should have happened. But remember to still pursue the remaining good. Don't give up.- rBree2

Daily check-in. Your struggles might leave you suffering, but you have a level of strength nobody else can know by getting through them every day well enough to see the next day. And through those struggles, every act you do is all the more amazing.
Every word said to friends, every project, etc. Whenever you give anything beyond what you need for you, it shows just how incredible you can be.- rBree2

Daily check-in. Remember, it's okay if your capabilities change day to day. Sometimes, you can be stuck in survival mode for days, weeks, months. Your loved ones will understand, and to the best of their abilities, be there for you. Lean on any help you can get, no matter how often you need it.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. Who you were isn’t who you are, and who you are isn’t who you'll be. You’re always changing, gradually, even if you feel like you’re still the same. Don’t trick yourself into thinking you changed for the worse, if you did at all. You’re different! And that’s a beautiful part of life.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. Don’t feel guilty for not giving your full attention to everything you might want to. Attention is effort is time+energy, and you have a limited amount. Use it as you best see fit, even if it means skipping out on something to instead rest.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. Breathe. Let the bad feelings and emotions and thoughts wash off you, as best you can. Try to eat something if you can, drink water as much as you can, take a shower if you can, self-care to the best of your abilities.
Focus on some good things as best you can. Much love.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. It’s good to take accountability, but don’t assign yourself blame needlessly. It’s good to acknowledge the consequences of your actions and inactions!
But ask yourself; does blaming yourself for what you did/didn’t do lead to any tangible benefit/improvements? If not, then try reframing blame into something else. Be kind to yourself.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. Listen to your body and its needs. Try to trust your instincts. While it’s hard to counter anxieties, trust you to know you well enough to figure out what you need to do. Rest, eat, hydrate, sleep, etc. Whatever you need to do, don’t be afraid of doing it. Take care.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. What makes you smile? Think about it for a bit. And then, pursue time with whatever does. What brings you joy? Make time for it. What makes you laugh? Enjoy time with it. What makes you feel loved? Make the time for it.
All the pleasures of life, think about them and keep them.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. It’s easy to hate, but ask yourself; will any good come from your hate? Will anything productive, helpful, useful, come from your hate?
If the answer is 'no', then try using the energy you'd waste on hate elsewhere. Find a way to redirect that hate to something building up a love. You can’t control how you feel, but you might be able to control what you do with your feelings. Focus on what you can do.- rBree2

Daily Check-in. Remember, what's impossible now could be possible tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, ten years from now, a hundred years from now, etc.
And every day you live can bring your dreams closer from impossible to possible.
Small steps, doing whatever you can. Keep at it. You’re doing the best you can. And that’s plenty enough.- rBree2

Daily check-in. Your happiness needs to be your priority. It's easy to give up hope, given all the challenges in life. To think you'll never put in the work, things will never change. But if you can't hold onto hope of things going differently, hold onto the happiness of the things you have. Spend time on what gives you joy. - rBree2
