The real takeaway here is that I'm long overdue on rolling scum and people need to be reminded that I'm actually good at it
I think J4ck is a tomorrow problem mostly. I think it's strange that he's apparently been reading but still has no opinions on anything, but I'm hoping that turns out to just be uncertainty from being new and he can reach a stride later after a flip and a night to sit on things. I don't want to lim him D1.
And if I 180 on that without J4ck doing something crazy to spark it, THEN you can all jump on me for opportunism and inconsistency
Maybe the real Mafia was the friends we made along the way

@Auro: not sure if RR is frustrated town or living their scum game by looking like frustrated town.
If they're scum playing this gambit, I'm amused enough to not want to lim them today
Of course, I say this while knowing full well that I play this all the time as scum. But I don't expect others to share my advanced repertoire of scum ploys and deceptions.
On my next check in, I see that BPC has not demonstrated the spark of defiance I was looking for. I was going to make that case and attempt to rally a Drapion wagon myself, but then there's also one already forming independently and with suspicious speed based on what I perceive to be the more superficial reason. This gives me pause, and I decide instead to wait and see how it develops naturally instead. I feel compelled to post, but actually vocalizing any of these thoughts now would disrupt the ecological order, so I settle for a Hmmmm. As scum, I'd have no reason to look this gift horse in the mouth, and simply join the wagon here.
From there, my paranoia grows and my confidence shrinks, leading to the post I apparently forgot to quote here where I at last express my decision not to trust the wagon.
I'm not sure I trust this level of retroactive meaning given to a fairly nothing post but besides that I feel like I probably lean town with rat? if drapion were to flip town I would definitely have to reassess
I think I'm also turning around on chibi a bit, I don't feel like I got much from questioning her earlier but I think the scumlean I was having on her earlier is fairly weak compared to other players here
what's the rationale on this vote? personally I had been town reading villainous as I found his case on drapion to be compelling but his posts since then regarding meta reads have felt less inspiring

gut
Well, to give a more serious answer - I think villainous seems too comfortable for my liking. I don't like his recent posts all that much. Also, I feel like I'm able to townread a lot of people at least to weak extents, leaving him in a PoE pool.
Stop leaving legacies when no one has placed intent yet, my man.

My central worry is that I'm unable to effectively determine or distinguish whether this comes from lazy town or from scum. Surely they would carry a minimum level of self-awareness to know that such a jarring and brazen jump would make for an easy and justified attack vector, as has happened?
So either they 1. utterly lack this self-awareness, or 2. do possess it and generally not care to get miseliminated across games, or 3. are aware of it and think we'd townread them over the wifom of it.
Which one would it fall under? I'm curious to see what y'all think.

I think he was wanting to make someone on the wagon look bad or look good when someone on my wagon flips wolf.
Regardless I think their partner just convinced them to join the wagon,
And in the process, they decided to look the worst on the wagon? Why do you think they and their partner were in a position to panic? From your description, one would figure that it's a desperate Hail Mary thrown by a struggling scum team with no second option. But their pattern of posting clearly indicates otherwise.

I think Chib is the best vote because they can be wolves with any of Rat/Villaim/BPC
Any half-decent scum player will take care not to form blatant associations with their partner. Just because someone *can* fit as a scumbuddy to more people doesn't make them a better elimination. We need to find the one with the highest direct scum equity. I can argue that J4ck "fits" as a partner to everyone but Chibiyali, making him a great elimination candidate, no?

Do not underestimate my scum skills. One day I will blindside you and your meta so hard you'll start wondering about whether you can even trust your RL friends anymore.
This game is NOT that game. Go bark up some other tree.
