Mafia 91-Hell Aboard The Purple Flower (Game over!)

You wake up and meet orangepenguin in a sickly shape. Concerned about his health, you start asking him questions.

"What's wrong, orangepenguin?" you ask.
"Don't... know..." He can barely speak. "Must... be the... ice cream..."
"What ice cream?" You suspect the worst.
"The... ice cream... that I... had... last..."

He passes out. Two words stand out more than anything else you got out of him—ice cream.

You run into the galley and open the freezer. You find the ice cream, and it smells funny. You can tell it's not spoiled, either—somebody put something in there. You use your shirt collar as a gas mask and throw all the ice cream overboard to prevent anybody from getting sick from it again.

You find something else suspicious in the freezer as well—alexhans's arm. You look throughout the kitchen and find all seven pieces that went to him—the four limbs, his torso cut in half, and his head. You put them in a trash bag and throw it into the southern Pacific as well.

Looks like the hijackers are planning on starving people.

Ok, still 2 night-killing factions. Dismembered to me still suggest an SK, and it seems to me that only the mafia would be devious enough to poison the Ice Cream. That and I've seen games with Mafia Poisoners...

The sk was using poison, the mafia were using gutting, dismemberment, etc. as their kill method.

Ways I know of to stop a night-kill:

Immunity (Like bullet-proof vest townies),
Roleblocker (blocking the sender of the kill),
Jailkeeper (either by roleblocking, or by protection),
Doctor (targeting the mafia's target),
Sending in a no-kill.

We know that there was no night-kill one night, yet it ended early. All night choices were in. So, either both killing sides decided to no-kill, or...

At least one of their kills was stopped.

I still like a Pablo lynch more than a Harvey (and especially Monkey) lynch. However, I do support a Harvey lynch, but just prefer Pablo over Harvey.

Stopping the doctor (mafia roleblocker), hoping the doctor will go on someone else...there could be any number of reasons, really.

So, yes, it's a bunch of wifom.
My conclusion from it was that Monkey is more likely to be a doctor.

That's exactly who the scum want to target. Recently, Bleach Mafia ended. When asked "Why Phil?", Gorrad responded "Because he wasn't pro-town enough to get protected, and wasn't scummy enough to get lynched". Hence, a perfect target.

I recognize the possibility that the mod is just thinking up these kill methods, but I find that it is more likely they have some relevance. Perhaps we shouldn't think about it right now, but definitely not on hold.

In general, scum make up about 1/4th-1/3rd of the town.
Leaving an absolute max of ten scum, in my mind. (1/3rd of the original starting 30 leaves ten) Given the possibility of multiple scum factions, that number's probably around five instead.

I'm mainly doing this for my own personal benefit, but here's some math:

We mislynch today, two night kills.
19 alive.
We mislynch again, two night kills.
16 alive.
We mislynch a third time, two night kills (no cross-fire).
13 alive.

So, assuming three mislynches, no crossfires, no hitting the same target, and a rough estimate of five scum, We can mislynch a maximum of two times, because if there were a third time, the scum would be left at an advantage.

Anyone want to add/change/disagree with my estimation?

Possibly but not definitely. I've seen Normal games feature factional kill flavors, but not individual kill flavors.

I'm going to guess that both of the kills yesterday were stopped by Townies.
If someone got Roleblocked, they've a very good reason to claim

yesterday (if they're Town) or the Roleblockee should have been offed overnight (if they're scum).
If a Godfather was hit, I would expect someone other than an obvious Townie or the person you targeted before to be the next kill.
