Phew, for a moment, I thought things had gone seriously wrong there. I tried to delete a post, but somehow the whole thread disappeared. It reappeared after I posted a new thread about this though. No idea what happened.

So you're no longer voting MonkeyMan solely out of self-preservation?

Who said we were?

I also just realized how heavily Hoopla is appealing to emotion, what with saying she screwed it up for the town and such things.
Why are you only now catching/commenting on dated material? It looks as if you're trying to find an excuse to get on my wagon and/or get off Monkeyman's.
First off, just because I didn't catch something the first time around doesn't mean it's not a valid source of evidence. Second, your meta lie is worse than MonkeyMan's, which was the deciding factor in switching my vote. Third, this isn't all the issues that I have with you. Look up Post #559.

Hoopla's meta lie isn't scummy. There is no benefit she gains as scum by saying that and couldn't possibly think she'd get away with it. Kerrigan is scummy for jumping on it. Monkeyman needs to die by the end of this page.

If MM will flip scum, then Kerrigan is very likely to be his partner. Bus at first, and then hop on the alternate wagon when the buddy is in serious lynch danger.

Hello? I put him at L-1 before I switched to Hoopla. How is this avoiding my "buddy's" serious lynch danger?

Socrates, I'm starting to think you could be Hoopla and Nhammen's third scumbuddy. :?

I'll admit that I can't manufacture scum motivation for Hoopla's 375, but there's a point where cases are so bad it can't really be a serious attempt at scumhunting (otherwise
anything
can be passed off as scumhunting). It's a pathetic attempt at
looking
like she's trying to scumhunt IMO. Again, you're trying to justify a dangerous line a thinking that assumes everyone plays perfectly, when they really don't. Practically, I'm willing to bet that your line of thinking will be wrong more times than right. Hoopla is more scummy than Kyle IMO, Kyle just wants Monkey lynched whilst Hoopla has been all over the place.

You know if you really wanted the day to end that badly I'm sure everyone on the Hoopla wagon would've moved to Kyle, albeit reluctantly in my case.

To be honest, I probably should have said something like "If I don't get my Kyle lynch, I am lynching Monkey, so all you Hoopla voters better jump over here!" or something. I just got impatient. Sorry.

Provided that's true, I'm thinkin Hoopla, nhammen and DDD are all decent choices. Even charter because he left a good wagon to push his old wagon (and did it in a clumsy way) but I can't read charter so *shrug*

I say I can't read charter becasue almost every game i"ve played with him I've at some point thought he was likely scum and every time I've been wrong.

I've played in the same game with you twice before and guessed your alignment twice, so even if I'm wrong in this game I'm not too worried.

Plus, it's a D1 read. Charter's stuff was like in Commie Mafia, after a full game of play. You may yet convince me, but your iso this game does not.

The day went on, as did the discussions. It was an important decission that had to be made, and it was not one which would be taken lightly. Around mid afternoon though, the newly elected mayor decided to side with a number of other villagers. MonkeyMan576 would be sent to the gallows.

"I didn't do anything! I've lived here for the last 20 years, and never caused trouble! I'm not part of that criminal gang! Why me?"

Not a member of that criminal gang? Then what was that tattoo doing on his left upper arm? And why could all the tools needed to barricade an house completely be found in his possession?

MonkeyMan576 has been lynched day 1. He is now dead. He was a mafia roleblocker.

Day 1 has ended, it is now night. Night will last at least till sunday, 10.00 am GMT.

The night was long, cold and lonely. With no telephone or internet, most citizens didn't have anything to do and decided to go to bed early. When they woke up the following morning however, they discovered that not everyone had been sleeping peacefully.

Take, for example, nhammen. He was found on his lane, lying under his own car. Someone had hit the throttle as soon as he came in sight, causing a collision nhammen didn't survive. There were some odd things about him, though. For example, he was wearing different clothes then during yesterdays discussions, but appearantly, he had been heading home when he was hit. Had he been out last night? If he had, it wasn't for nefarious purposes. No tattoo could be found anywhere on his body. A search of his home didn't reveal any weapons either. It did reveal various symbols showing his allegiance to a group of masons though. Appearantly, they had been meeting just last night.

nhammen has been killed night 1. He is now dead. He was a pro-town mason.

nhammen wasn't the only one who didn't show up though. The whole town went to SerialClergyMan's farm, but couldn't find anything. No weapons, no special tools, no sign of SerialClergyMan, dead or alive. Until someone noticed one odd thing: the well was usually covered in the heart of the winter. Now, it was open, and frozen over. Just below the ice, the body of SerialClergyMan could be seen.

SerialClergyMan has been killed night 1. He is now dead. He was a pro-town vanilla townie.

Those criminals had to be taken out fast, or Weglosen wouldn't have any honest citizens anymore!

--------------------------------------------------
Night 1 has ended, day 2 has begun. Deadline for day 2 is saturday, januari 16th 2010, 10.00 am GMT.

Some clarification:

A mason is confirmed pro-town to other masons. If they were not confirmed to others, they would be called neighbour. I may reveal a mason as a neighbour to the town (if I don't want the town to know from the reveal that they were confirmed to each other), but will never reveal a neighbour as a mason.
