Aww, I wanted the cookie question..not fair.

*raises hand* May I leave?, I don't feel comfortable answering these questions.

No, actually it won't bother me.

A question to you...why do you choose the term lackadaisical? Yes I do know the definition.

I think I prefer lethargic actually. Lackadaisical has an almost whimsical flavor to it that doesn't fit.

I could not think of anything else at the moment to put a random vote for, and I felt like I need to add something besides just a vote. That little comment, regardless whether it was true or not provided a convenient little quip to add to that vote.

Unvote: Startransmission
My random vote should not be in place anymore.

Why do you believe his excuses SA? Considering that he knew that each question was posed to a different player and he changed it to be for himself, I doubt he didn't understand, as Cat has pointed out. Do you believe that he really didn't understand? Although the unvoting one I believe as that does make sense. Do you in this instance not view the lie as a scumtell?

There was a reason for my unvote of startransmission. Sleepless Assassin was afraid of voting him because of causing a L-1 situation, and since I did not have any actual basis for voting star I removed my vote to allow SA to vote without any fear of causing an early L-1. As it were, you are not required to be voting someone, and I haven't seen anything telling so far that deserves a vote from me yet.

@Sleepless: Who are you referring to as Strange?

I don't know what to make of mipe. That last post, seems way too careless to be scum.
The case as I see it his lying about answering questions and not knowing how many players are in the game.

Sleepless went haywire with how confident he was with his scumread on star. There is almost no real case on star that makes him a viable lynch candidate. SA didn't read properly, and jumped at that chance to throw suspicion on him.

Since most of my misgivings against voting mipe are based of of mostly WIFOM, I will support a deadline lynch. He hasn't given us any content or effort at all.

DocPotter, whats your opinion of Sleepless, and his case on Startransmission?

Kittymo, I didn't understand this. I do understand not trying to switch the lynch. It would have been futile, we were pretty set on Mipe. Yet besides:
KittyMo wrote:His mipe-voting post is scummy. His answer to SaintKerrigan is also scummy. Plus, I thought you answered my suspicion and vote of you well, so I unvoted there and wanted to put my vote somewhere else.
You mention no other suspicion of DocPotter/Mal, nor do I get the feel from any of your posts that you think DocPotter is suspicious. Any reasoning, something to explain your suspicion?

I liked how the night turned out I must say.

Assume we mislynch today, scum successfully nightkills. We are now down two more townies.

That leaves us 2 townies, 2 scum, correct? Is that lylo or is that a loss?

Ok. Assume a no-lynch, with successful mafia night kill.

It would then be three townies, on two scum.

If we lynch correctly the following day, It will be a 2 on 1 situation.

If we lynch correctly today, then it's a 3 on 1 situation.

Do you consider a 2 on 1 situation more suitable KittyMo? Logic tells me that it would be easier to choose which is scum.

Note that this is if scum successfully nightkills each night we enter.

DocPotter wrote:Also, in part, why we should be careful when we finally place votes on people if people decide to vote. Two town votes on the third town and the scum can roll us.
Are we going to agree on a no-lynch for today or are we going to vote? I see the logic in the no-lynch for this situation. Weed out our potential scum for tomorrow, no-lynch, then go from there with better odds. If we are going to no-lynch I say we cast "votes" with FOS. This way we can get the same style suspicion without the threat of scum quicklynching.

I'm not seeing what your saying with points 1 -3, although I do see a slight contradiction in these quotes:
Star wrote: There was a small amount of non randomness in the vote though, when mipe was in a game with me recently he was "jokey" like that and ended up being scum.
Star wrote:I voted Mipe for shits and giggles, consider it a random vote.
You have to admit Startransmission that you attributed a small amount of nonrandomness into a vote that you previously called random.
Star wrote:Yeah. Mipe, answering other peoples questions is a scumtell.

Unvote {ksun who was replaced by Mipe}, Vote: Mipe
As it were Doc, I see that he was joking with this. To a certain extent yes, answering other people's questions for them could be construed to mean defending them. Yet this was not the case. Mipe simply felt like answering all the questions that SK posed to everybody. So unless you believe that Mipe was trying to defend everyone from accusation/questioning, I don't see how Star was being serious.
DocPotter wrote:
Mipe, answering other peoples questions is scummy
next post wrote:But not in this case

Same thing Star, same thing.
I would really like you to clarify what you meant here. Ah, and please try and copy the real quote, whole quote.

The entirety of that post went as follows:
startransmission wrote:
Sleepless Assassin wrote:star, how is that a scumtell?
In this case it isn't. But... sometimes answering questions intended for other people could be seen as scum coaching their partners, or just answering for them.
Which only serves to confirm his statement that that sentence was not meant to be taken serious.

I'm not sure what to think about a massclaim. Having both roles exposed allows the scum to easily disable them at night, considering they also have a roleblocker as well.

I'm pretty sure that if there is a doc then there is a nurse, or if there is a cop there is a deputy, not a mix of the two. Note the way the Deputy and Nurse role messages are worded.

KittyMo wrote:The following scumpairs are now pretty unlikely:
Kunkstar7/wolframnhart
Kunkstar7/KittyMo
wolframnhart/KittyMo

because any of these pairs would've had a chance to quickhammer DocPotter by now. Just figured I'd put that out there. =]
This. The fact that DocPotter hasn't been hammered yet has some implications. Either he is scum, so they don't have enough to force the kill. Or more likely imo, one scum is already on. The pairs are unlikely but still one of these three is possible scum. One idea I toyed with is putting a third vote and seeing if the vote went through. Yet this is a touchy move, as you might as well be hammering if Doc is not scum and they are holding to one on and one off at the moment. The pressure of losing this game is really staying my hand at this point.

Between DocPotter and Startransmission, I am losing the argument, its hard to follow. I will try to focus.

Ok this isn't going anywhere, someone's got to make a decision.

Vote: DocPotter

Your answers to startransmission have been unsatisfactory. I see "look at this, this proves something!" Without explicitly pointing out what you are trying to put the suspicion of. I believe you are the one misrepresenting startransmission. He did not ever backpedal from his vote on mipe, which was originally random but he found later reasons that justified the previously random vote. Agreeing with both a massclaim and a no-lynch...that's not good. I'm not saying your scummy because of the no-lynch idea, because mathematically to me it looks the better option. Yet you have mentioned both for this day. Trying to out the power roles and attempting to skip the day lynch doesn't work together. It seems excessive that you favored both, hoping that either way you get the scum some advantage, either a free day off or they learn the power roles.

Bleh sorry guys, someone had to make a move though. It sucks that the entire last back and forth was between townies. I also hate how hindsight is perfect >_>

Should have gone for a massclaim instead of voting. Although I'm not sure if that would have made enough cleared townies to bring out scum. Maybe a fakeclaimed would been the clinch.

Kitty, why did you protect me Night 1? Although good protect :)
