If someone is "leading the town", it usually means they're active, scumhunting aggressively, playing well, making a lot of sense, and generally have the trust of most of the town, and therefore people are listening to them.

None of that is a scumtell.

I've had the same suspects since day one but seeing as I haven't had the chance to test any of them I cannot revise my reads- all that's happened is that someone I already knew was town, has been shot and flipped town. /me waits for Hacker's "OMG how did you KNOW he was town??????
