Oh, it's different characters. I've been changing it between games. I guess this one and the last one both have brown hair.

In the last thread someone nominated me for Rapyst, with a y because of my username. Then the topic was locked. Coincidence?

I think Hormel Kid itself is a bit of a leap from the premise, by the way.

Based on my impression of your playstyle, I would have gone for something like
Nominate Ythan for Ynslaught.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

Yes. It's a Ythan Onslaught. It's hilarious.

Wanted to nominate camn for "
I'm listening to...
" or "
Currently listening to...
" or "
PANDORA
" or something else that's witty and music-related for these first post beauties:
camn in Mini 803 wrote:You should all know.. I am listening to Tribe. It is getting me into the mood to study. Plus you should also know.. I need to study until Wednesday!
camn in Mini 800 wrote:Plus, since I am sure you are all curious, I should tell you.
I DON'T HAVE ANY MUSIC PLAYING!!
But my window is open, and my neighbor is playing some old R&B. The Clovers, maybe?
I'm not sure, but it is def from the 1950s....
camn in Mafia 109 wrote:RVS aside, I would like everyone to know that I am rocking out to Bruce Springsteen in honor of Incog, the back-up Mod.
Incamnito in DHSDSM alpha wrote:Why? I was listening to Portishead, the new album, and I was thinking that it is just as progressive for TODAY as the old albums were FOR THEN.
Like, logically, Portishead(Third) is to NOW as Portishead(Dummy) was to 1994. You understand.
camn in Medieval Mafia wrote:Plus, in an off-topic way, I would like to mention that I am revisiting Pink Floyd's early work. I think I like it better when Gilmour started playing Lead.. though I am sure there are some Syd Barrett purists here that will defy me.
camn in Mini 916 wrote:Also, I just put on the latest Decembrists record, and I am ready to get down to it.
camn in Mini 771 wrote:Also, I am listening to John Askew, which I was listening to last time I thought charter was scum.

Nominate Anon for:

sciencelab.com is a fraud

Failing that, there is
Anonalpaca
for sounding like tajo...

Well, anonalpaca does make a bit of a double pun, since he would be a-non-alpaca.
My posts are best read in the calm, reassuring voice of Morgan Freeman. I don't sound anything like him, but they sound best that way.

Temporarily retiring following the end of my current obligations.

But Anonalpaca is also
A non-alpaca

And while I'm at it, I'd like to nominate Ythan for
sciencelab.com is a fraud
because he posts a lot and it would add power to this public service announcement.

Or, failing that, nominate Ythan for
Journalistic Neutrality
for his habit of asking tons of questions and his hesitation in taking a stand!

Oman wrote:I have no issue with Sudo getting a title referencing the event. I'm not sure it's all that exciting, as I never really noticed that tag, and when it went away, I didn't notice until notified. Feel free to convince me otherwise with a stunning title, but so far I think the response to the suggest one shows my thoughts "oh yeah, but kind of...yeah" Just nothing special.
Do we even have to try to be super clever about it? Let's give him "Best Newbie" permanently and everyone will be happy.

What do you mean, that's not super clever?
Second

I definately believe that Sudo should get a title related to having had the best newbie title for two years. Some very good suggestions have been made. To add to the options:
"newbie since 2008"
to reference the fact that the only time he didn't have a newbie related title was when he actually was a newbie?
There is no 'a' in Michel.
