I have a Mini Theme game that while it will take me some time before I am able to mod it, i would love to have it reviewed now to hammer out any specifics i need to change and improvements that are needed (if any). It is a Nintendo theme game with some item specific abilites that I want to make sure are fair and keep the game interesting and balanced. please PM me to review it.

It seems I've bitten off more than I can chew, so I need someone(s) with a creative mind and a good eye for balance to help me set up my Mini Theme. It has a unique mechanic to it that complicates the situation infinitely.

Nope, no requirement needs to be met. I think it does help if you've modded/played here before though.

The 1st step when preparing to mod a large theme, for example, requires that the reviewer is qualified with that type of game. I haven't checked, but I'm sure it is likewise for other types of games.
