You click on them and hotkey them, just like hotkeying units.

Are we allowed to suggest non-Blizzard melee maps?

If so, then iCCup God's Garden is a map I greatly enjoy playing on (plus I think it's better balanced than a good number of the Blizzard 2v2 maps).
