Nobody knows why, but after all the killings taking place in town there are just 9 people left. 9 people and in that 9 are those who have been killing everyone else. Governor Prana has ordered everyone be sealed in the town, and he wants the threat gone when he returns. It's your job to eliminate that threat.

Game Rules:

General:

1 - Do not discuss this game of mafia outside of this thread unless your role PM allows you to do so.
2 - During night phase, no talking may be done in the thread at all.
3 - Do not quote PM's from the mod at all (real or fabricated). Paraphrasing is acceptable.
4 - Do not edit your posts, at all. There will be no warnings, you will be auto modkilled for it.
5 - Once you are dead, stay that way. I shall have a Quick Topic for dead players and you will be PM'd the link when you die. So talk in that.
6 - No impossible or hard to read text.
7 - Remember this is a game, so insults will not be tolerated. Play to your win condition, not to disrupt others from enjoying the game.

6 - A lynch will occur once a majority decision is reached. If no majority is reached by deadline, then no lynch shall occur.
7 - If a player fails to submit a night action before the deadline, then they will not act that night. (Evidentally they needed their sleep)
8 - Day phases will last 2 weeks maximum. Night phases will last 72 hours, no more, no less.

Activity:

1 - If a player goes 48 hours without posting in-thread, they will be prodded. If they do not post in-thread within 48 hours following a prod, they will be replaced.
2 - Please let your mod know if you will be on V/LA – post it in-thread and bolded or PM it directly to me. If a player hasn’t directly told me they will be on V/LA I will not acknowledge it and probably won’t even know about it.
3 - If I have to prod any player more than twice per day, they will be automatically replaced.
4 - Players may request a prod on another player in the following format:

. This is only to be done if a player has gone without posting for 48 hours and I have missed prodding them.
5 - If there are less than 10 posts in-thread within a 48 hour period I will send out a massprod. If overall activity continues to be a problem, I reserve the right to shorten day deadlines.

After a lot of arguing between the remaining three people in Devil's Town, TDC is called to make the final judgement, is LynchMePls scum, or is podium123456 scum?

After a long time deliberating TDC finally sides with podium, and together they drag LynchMePls to the gallows. Refusing to give any last words he drops and hangs in front of them both.

Thanks podium, my only complaint with the entire game (outside of replacements, but that pretty much goes with the territory), was of my own doing. I think in future I'm going to adopt a similar ruleset to what I've seen elsewhere which is as the people in the town lessen, the days shorten. 3 weeks for the final day was way too damned long.

Other than that, the game went pretty well, and I actually through LMP had it in the bag before the last day. Hope all enjoyed it

Definitely a mistake then, my only defence there was my brain got frazzled around that time what with tons of stuff. Apologies on that one, so not only was it my own botch, but it was also a complete cock-up anyway.

and TDC, I made a judgement call on that one based solely on my rules that stated that they had to vote for someone "in the game", and as his vote was no longer on someone in the game, I didn't count it, but if the majority feel the vote should have counted I'll take it in mind for future reference (It was one of those times I had to make an instant judgement call on something I hadn't expected to happen).
