GG

First of all, I am nominating this game for a scummy for best flavor text. Charlie did a great job with the night scenes.

As far as the game itself, I have two main issues. The first is that there was no way to predict the information that players would receive about night actions based on the flavor text. Muffin finding out that he was shot at on N2 is a good example. It made it difficult for us (scum) to plan actions because we didn't know whether information could potentially be revealed to some of the town players that would mess things up. The second issue is my personal opinion that this game had way too many abilities (on both sides). Non-vanilla games can work, but I feel like almost every role (except Peach) would be a super-powerful role in other setups, and with so many potential night interactions, it was way too swingy. Case in point, N1, where we made a poor decision by trying to kill SpyreX, which failed, but due to the sheer chance of the night actions, we got the result we wanted anyway. I felt that night actions were basically a crapshoot, and whether our decisions were objectively "good" or "bad" were unrelated to the actual outcomes of those actions.

Aside from that, I'm glad we actually got it down to mylo after millar was lynched D1. I didn't think we had much chance once it became clear how much power the town had. I'm fine with posting our QT if millar and Fur agree.

@Furcolow: Prehaps if you haven't thrown a fit when people find something suspicious about you, make crappy cases against other people, throw insults at people, and act like obvious scum throughout the entire game, maybe you wouldn't have played so terribly. Your play needs drastic and I mean, DRASTIC improvement. Seriously, when I read your post when I first replaced in for Muffin, I lol'd at some of your posts, it was that bad. Not trying to offend you or anything, but please try to improve your game.

@Kdub: I seconded the nomination. Fantastic flavor that few mods would go as far as to do in terms of quality. Really looking forward to ReaperCharlie's future games, I will be /inning in them.

Ok, enough Furcolow hate.

I happen to think he is an excellent player in disguise. That with a few adjustments to his playstyle could be just as good if not better than a lot of us. His scumhunting nose is very good and I'm not sure if I made it clear or not that in Harry Potter I feared him more than anyone else in the game, even SpyreX. So I'll let you come to your own conclusions on that.

Also, when asked to give a reference for another mod to another game, I barely hesitated in recommending Furcolow as an excellent scumhunter and one who stimulates discussion well. A lot of you could learn a thing or two from his abrasive playstyle yourself.

Nope, you were sane. Kdub framed people at least twice, so that's why you (or Muffin) have gotten the wrong result on a given night.

Super Smash Bros. Fan wrote:Still, this game was a lot of fun while it lasted and I truly did enjoy the atmosphere of it. Thanks to everyone for playing and thanks to ReaperCharlie/SaintKerrigan for modding!
You're welcome :)

Super Smash Bros. Fan wrote:I do think that the Evil Ones did have a chance at winning. Had Kdub claimed a believeable fakeclaim and survived into Day 5, I wouldn't have been surprised if the game ended up in the scum favors.
You'd be surprised... Kast (in a PM to me) had Kdub pegged as the final scum AND even knew exactly what his role character was. In fact, he lined up his final shot (Focus Fire, see the Ashley Williams Role PM) on Kdub on Night 4, and if bv310 hadn't elite-bodyguard-killed Kdub on Night 4, Kdub would have died immediately at the start of Night 5. I laughed at how coincidental it was that Kast had the same "shot" flavor as bv310, and how hard Kast was WIFOMING because of it. lmao

Everything will make a lot more sense when I post the night flavor PMs.

This. I've tried to help him, but he thinks he is the best mafia player on this site. No kidding.

Well, we'll see. Furcolow has a lot of potential, his playstyle just needs to be brushed up on... a lot. :P

But if he can get his ducks in a row... IF... then he will likely become one of the top scumhunters on the site.

I agree with this. Then again, you could say that about every player on this site in some way or another.

Good game everyone ....

I'll withhold some comments until I see a rundown of Night actions to confirm some things.

Reaper you and Kerrigan did a great job. As I stated in the Dead thread I'm not a fan of percentage chance mechanics and I really think that you gave away way too much with flavor PMs. After Day 2 true scum-hunting pretty much ended in favor of rather mindless flavor and balance arguments. Those minor points aside the flavor was top-notch.

Kdub you did a great job getting the scum-team as far as you did. With 2 of the 3 scum solid targets Day 1 and millar lynched Day 1 getting so far was an accomplishment.
Honestly I think scum might well have been completely steamrolled without the questionable Vig choices N1 and N2.

Day 4 is exactly why flavor and outguessing the Mod are fail for Town.

I look forward to seeing most of you in future games.
"I am a leaf on the wind ... watch how I soar!"

Pretty much Geriatric game restricted at this point ... unless there are players I REALLY want to play with.

Yes you did. Good for you!
Ythan at Furcolow wrote:No, it's not everyone else's fault.
You have played poorly so you're going to be lynched at some point.
Don't act like everyone else is wrong for not seeing through your bad play.
You guessed correctly.

Night 1 Action Results Flavor

Iecerint (Sheik)'s Night 1 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
Mod Note: At this point, she's already transformed into Sheik.

Though you diligently sit outside Ythan's quarters all night, you never hear any suspicious noises, or sense anything amiss at all. Just before dawn comes, you return to your own room, and wish you'd gotten more sleep.
Ythan (Princess Peach)'s Night 1 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
During the night, while asleep in bed, you keep thinking about the killing of the day before. You rationalize over and over that yes, it was the right thing to do, but you can't seem to convince yourself... you find yourself drifting further and further from this world into the land of dreams.

Suddenly, you are wide awake: you think you hear some noise outside your castle window. Immediately chills begin to run down your spine. You ponder for a split second the idea of getting up to look out your window to see who it was, but you decide that it's probably nothing... but what if it IS something evil? You close your eyes tightly and wish that you'd never heard it...

---

You wake up the following morning, and begin to yawn and stretch. Suddenly, with a start you remember the noise you heard outside your window the night before. You cautiously look around your room. Nothing appears to be amiss...
Netopalis (Samus Aran)'s Night 1 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
After the sunset falls below the horizon, you go to your quarters to ponder what happened that day. After about thirty minutes, you realize that nothing could have been so easy, so simple.

The woman you saw killed in cold blood today could not have been evil; there were no telltale signs of treachery that could be found either in her personal effects, nor in her military record dossiers you'd read before joining this mission.

So you decide to find out what really happened, and make it right. After making sure everyone else is asleep, you put your armor on and sneak out of your quarters. You don't know what you're looking for, but you have a feeling that you'll find it.

And then you see it: just going around the corner, a light-trail along the chrome-plated wall of the cabin deck inside the base.

You covertly follow the light trail, unsure of what caused it, and when you make the corner, you turn just in time to see what you believe to be the same source of light round the next corner, farther down. But you haven't heard a sound.

When you get to the next corner, you look around, but don't see anything but blackness. You feel confused, but press on anyway, traveling by your night vision and following the hallways ever nearer to the server room, which emanates a muffled hum from far away which gets louder as you get closer.

When you turn the corner into the server room, it is all you can do not to gasp and cry out. A bright, heavenly being made of purple light stands across the room, with her back to you, transparent, naked, with close-cropped hair and a shapely body. She must be the one. The smart AI that hacked the Extranet a few megacycles back, pulling an uncommonly large data heist back on Archaeis Prime, who now had an astronomically high intergalactic bounty on her head. Yes, this had to be the one.

You remembered your training: there is no way to disable a smart AI physically except to overload their circuits. So you switch your armor to camouflage-black mode and sneak up behind your quarry... all of a sudden, you accidentally make a noise, and she loses focus on her task and begins to turn around! Just in time, you grab a huge power cable out of the server next to you and thrust the sparking end directly into her face. She begins to overload, and in a moment, she vanishes, leaving only a crackling silence in her wake.

You retrace your steps to the hallway you were in when you saw her, and looked for where she'd come from. You notice an open door, and look inside. The entire place is ransacked and there are bullet holes in the walls. You didn't hear any of this racket from where you'd sneaked up behind the AI construct; they must have used silenced weapons. Apparently they hadn't known that their prey was just a digital representation of a female, not an actual human.

You comb the room in a manner much more thorough than the previous searchers, and find what you are looking for, the AI's chip. You open your datapad and begin to interface with the AI's substructure. She is very beautiful; you want to be able to view her in her buxom avatar form while transporting her, not just carry a chip around. Not to mention, you get lonely on those long flights through space. But still though - safety first. So you disable her voice modulation subroutines - for now, as a precaution against her crying out in her unconscious state - and pick up her cold body, marveling at her smooth surface - her skin, if you could call it that. You suppress the emotion and take her to your ship, waiting just outside in the hangar bay.

You drag her up the gangplank, and place her onto the floor near a corner. She is groggily awaking now, and she turns her head around partially, seeing you in your battle armor. You regard her interestedly, as she rubs her chafed wrists. You feel bad for her, but it was necessary to tie her up to prevent her escape in case of her waking up early.

You see the expression on her face change, and her lips move. She is trying to speak with you. Your heart quickens, and you yearn to unbind her digitally so that you can converse, but you restrain yourself; there is a long journey ahead, it would not do to be so impatient already. You sigh, turn around, and then walk to another part of the ship, your makeshift dressing room. You carefully take off your armor, which was specially made, and you lay each piece aside in its proper place. Once you finish, you pull your helmet off, and feel your hair fall about your shoulders.

Slowly you unzip your bodysuit, and remove your radiophonic earpiece. When you are finished, you walk over to your shower and step in, turning on the hot water, and closing your eyes in pleasure as the steaming water cascades down the curves of your body. And as the dirt washes away, your fears and worries wash away too. This is your favorite part of each bounty mission you take: knowing that the goods are in the hold, the money's as good as in your pocket, and there's nobody -but nobody- to tell you how to run your life...

About half an hour later, you're ready for launch, but you still have to stop and refuel in a small metropolis nearby before your long trip home. You transfer your 'prisoner' to the copilot's chair, and then pull out your datapad and re-enable her speech subsystem. Then you walk over and sit in your own chair; the pilot's chair. After adjusting your headset, you begin to power up the ship. A minute later, all systems are running at maximum, and you take off.

A few minutes later, while cruising the lower levels of the atmosphere on the way to the city, your prisoner begins to wake up. After a few seconds of absorbing the view in front of her, she looks to her left and sees you sitting next to her. You faintly hear her gasp, and a self-conscious look appears on her face. For the first time, you are finally able to absorb her beauty at your own leisure. She asks you who you are and where she is, and you reply that you initially captured her for the intergalactic bounty on her head, and explain that you are taking her to your secret base, which will take a full day to reach. As you talk for another while, she seems to catch the vague hints you drop, about your attraction to her. But you can't tell for sure, so you make sure to remain aloof and strictly professional.

Some time later, while flying in the shadow of some mountains near a small metropolis, you begin your approach to the city, explaining to your captive that you'll need to refuel before the long trip home. Just as you finish your sentence, a bright blast suddenly lights up the sky directly in front of your small spacecraft. As the viewscreen of your ship shatters, an alarm screams about the immediately loss of cryo-pressure, and your ship begins to plummet to the surface, trailing smoke. Looking over at the beautiful artificial intelligence next to you, you see her scream, but her digitized voice is sucked out into the air, which carries it out of earshot before you even hear a whisper.

Your ship hits the ground with massive force, and the sound of shearing and tearing metal greets your ears like a meatgrinder being fed tin foil and marbles. After about thirty seconds of dragging along the planet's surface, chewing up ground at deafening speeds, your ship skids to a stop in a canyon near the city, and you are both thrown forward in your harnesses. Your body feels crushed, and you lay there unmoving, out of breath, and feeling like every bone in your body is broken.

Presently, you vaguely hear the thuds of multiple pairs of feet rapidly approaching, and the clack of automatic weapons. You hear a harsh female voice, which demands that you relinquish your payload or be subject to an immediate and unwarranted alliance customs and contraband search and inspection. Though it hurts like the devil, you finally try to lift your head. But when you attempt to speak, you sputter, and blood spatters out of your mouth and dribbles down your bodysuit. You open your eyes painfully and see the masked invader, a feminine figure wearing white and pink armor, step down into the wreckage that was once your beloved ship.

She points her weapon directly at your face, and in a steely voice gives you what sounds like an ultimatum,

"I said. Give us... your cargo."

...but you know that you could never betray the beautiful and bewitching woman made of light. And if she's still alive, if she's still listening, with your last breath, you want her to know that you'd protect her to the ends of the universe. And so with great effort, you open your battered lips and reply,

"Never..."

And then you feel your strength come to an end, and of its own accord your head finds a resting place against your chest.

Scoffing in disgust, the intruder backhands you across the face, causing you to wake from your temporary stupor and cry out in pain. But it gives you strength for a few final moments, and you are able to watch her as she steps back a few paces and raises her gun. Time slows almost to a standstill as you watch her steadily squeeze the trigger. You watch with perfect clarity as each smooth, deadly bullet exits the muzzle of her weapon. Your body shudders with agony as they rip into your chest one by one, and you begin gasping for breath as your lungs are punctured and blown apart. Your body convulses with each separate bullet impact, and you feel nothing but violent pain and sorrow as your life slips away.

After hearing what Furcolow claimed to own, you decide that she is the best target to steal from tonight. So after the sun has fallen and everyone has retired to their quarters, you sneak over to Furcolow's room, break in, and begin to search. To your surprise and contentment, after rifling through Furcolow's belongings, you find a pair of night-vision binoculars that allow you to
Observe
anyone in the game at night, and find out what kind of abilities they possess. As you sneak out of Furcolow's quarters, you hear a rustle in her blankets and she begins to wake up. You quietly sneak away as fast as you can, and breathe a sigh of contentment as you don't hear any more noise from behind you. But you know that your theft cannot go unnoticed for long, and you swear to yourself that you will return the binoculars the following night, hoping that Furcolow will not notice.

Now you decide to use these binoculars on someone else, and find out what abilities they possess. But you must hurry, for the sunrise will not wait forever.

You feel in your gut that you need to guard the one who pulled the trigger. But as you try to tail Furcolow on her way to her room, she keeps asking why you're following her, and she seems to think that it's you that she needs protection from. You keep trying to insist that you are only there for her protection, but Furcolow tells you that she is in no danger, and that you should leave. Convinced that she can take care of herself (at least for tonight), you walk back to your quarters and bed down for the night.

The next thing you know, you are waking up.

After the sun falls below the horizon, you creep into Robocopter87's quarters, and find her sleeping peacefully. You return to your own room, lie down, and concentrate your mental powers. Soon, you begin to see the sleeping form of Robocopter87 again, and watch interestedly as her buxom chest rises and falls repeatedly with her deep breathing.

You soon find yourself entranced, and begin to manifest yourself subconsciously to her, as a dream. You see her eyes flutter, and you know you're in. You begin to work your magic, and soon you can sense that her body temperature is rising, and her rapid eye movement is becoming more frantic. After a few more minutes, she begins writhing under the sheets, enveloped by the pleasure you are giving her in her dream. This is where you begin to enjoy it, but you convince yourself that you mustn't lose control and kill her like you did with the last unfortunate girl. And thus you continue, while keeping a careful watch on the delicate balance of your self-control.

And soon, you are rewarded. She begins to softly moan, and beads of sweat concentrate on her forehead. You push on and on, and the minutes pass, feeling like hours. She cries out louder, and you feel yourself losing control; you break the link, and return your mind to your own room, and as you lay there breathing heavily, you reconcile with your own thoughts.

---

Somewhere in the dark, the girl's eyes snap open, and she shivers in a mixture of pleasure and foreboding. What was that dream? Who has been here?

You sneak from your quarters just before dawn and make your way to Robocopter87's room. Halfway to her room, you think you hear a noise, so you hide behind a corner for a full minute, waiting for something, anything, to come out and show itself. But nothing does.

You step closer to the doorway and look through the porthole. She appears to be fast asleep, though she is breathing heavily. You jimmy the lock and open the door very slowly and quietly. As you step inside, you are hit by something strong. Not an object... not somebody attacking you... a smell...

The smell of EVIL.

Your work done, you close the door just as quietly, and return to your room, careful to keep your cool and not attract any attention or make any noise.

Your eyes flash open. Have minutes passed, or was it hours? You smell an unfamiliar smell around your room, and suddenly you remember: you just had an intense dream of a very sexy teenage girl, who visited you in the night and pleasured you for hours. You look down, and suddenly you realize that your sheets are wet. Your cheeks immediately begin to burn, and you become terribly embarrassed.

And then you realize another thing: The sun is coming up, and you forgot to visit furcolow in the night. You curse silently to yourself, and begin to clean up the mess.
SpyreX (Cortana)'s Night 1 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
After the sunset falls below the horizon, you go to your quarters to ponder what happened that day. After about thirty minutes, you realize that nothing could have been so easy, so simple.

The woman you saw killed in cold blood today could not have been evil; there were no telltale signs of treachery that could be found either in her personal effects or on the log of her actions which you searched in the base's computer.

And so you deduce that something must have been rigged so that she'd take the fall. There is no other explanation. You can feel it as certainly as you feel the virtual coolant sending shivers down your artificial spinal column.

So you decide to find out what really happened, and make it right. After making sure everyone else is asleep, you sneak out of your quarters with your auraglow setting set to ultra-dim, so as not to cause any unnecessary light-trails along the shiny walls or floors of the cabin deck.

You covertly make your way to an out-of-the-way database terminal, and begin using the skills that you were taught by your mentor, Catherine Halsey. She never had any regard for the rules, so why should you? You hold your breath as you pass firewall after firewall; hoping that you won't set off an alarm, hoping that each one will be the last.

You realize finally after seven levels of decryption that you've gotten to the core of the base's entire cyberstructure. You navigate around through the system, looking for the information that your processors and memory so desperately crave.

All of a sudden, you hear a noise, and turn around just in time to see a masked, dark-clad figure thrust the end of a sparking power cable directly into your face. Your world immediately goes black as your circuits overload, and your final fleeting thought is that you never got the information you needed from your hack.

---

Stars appear in front of your eyes, and you painfully and groggily open them, willing your mind to unblur the haze. Your mind obeys slowly, and you find yourself being dragged up a gangplank, and into the interior of a small spaceship. As you are brought into the main room on the crew deck, you blink your eyes and try to adjust to the bright lights, wondering all the while who your captor could be.

You are unceremoniously thrown to the floor near a corner, and you are finally able to turn your head. You see an armorclad figure behind you, regarding you skeptically as you rub your chafed wrists. Your try to talk to your captor, but quickly realize that your speech subroutines have been disabled, probably as a precaution against you crying out in your unconscious state. You hear some modulated breathing, and then a modulated sigh. The figure turns around, and walks into another part of the ship. You breathe deeply and return to a prone state, facing the floor.

Minutes pass; maybe hours. You wake up to find yourself in a sitting position, in the copilot's seat of the ship, of all places. The first thing you noticed is the slight turbulence commonly associated with low-altitude inner atmosphere travel. But you quickly look to your left, and see the pilot minus her armor for the first time. Her shapely body is barely contained in a skintight bodysuit of bright blue; and above it, a beautiful shock of blonde hair framing an equally beautiful face. You faintly hear yourself gasp, and slowly your subconscious realizes that you are once again able to speak.

You ask her who she is and where you are, and she replies that she captured you for the intergalactic bounty on your head, for an uncommonly large data heist you pulled back on Archaeis Prime a few megacycles before, the one where you'd ditched your cronies when it appeared you'd be caught, and escaped through one of the infinite passageways of the Extranet. She explains that she's taking you to her secret base, which will take a full day to reach, and another full day for her to return by herself to the front-line base you've both just left.

You're flying in the shadow of some mountains near a small metropolis, and she begins her approach to the city, explaining that she'll need to refuel before the long trip home. Just as she finishes her sentence, a bright blast suddenly lights up the sky directly in front of the small spacecraft. As the viewscreen of her ship shatters, the ship immediately loses cryo-pressure and begins to plummet to the surface, trailing smoke. You feel yourself scream, but your digitized voice is sucked out into the air, which carries it out of earshot before you even hear a whisper.

The ship hits the ground with massive force, and the sound of shearing and tearing metal greets your ears like a meatgrinder being fed tin foil and marbles. After about thirty seconds of dragging along the planet's surface, chewing up ground at deafening speeds, the ship skids to a stop in a canyon near the city, and you are both thrown forward in your harnesses. You glance over at your captor. She is not moving.

You hear sounds of mobilization nearby, and see a feminine figure in white and pink armor approach, followed by some other soldiers, all carrying automatic weapons. Her face mask is down, so you cannot see who the speaker is, but she speaks harshly to your captor, demanding she relinquish her payload or be subject to an immediate and unwarranted alliance customs and contraband search and inspection. Now, you realize that your captor has finally begun to try to move. She sputters, and you see blood spatter out of her mouth and dribble down her bodysuit. Her eyes flutter open gently, and then the masked invader steps down into the wreckage that was once your captor's ship, and points her weapon at the blonde captain's face.

"I said. Give us... your cargo."

With great effort, your captor is able to open her now scarred lips to reply,

"Never..." and then her head slumps against her chest.

Scoffing in disgust, the intruder backhands your captor, who cries out in pain. Stepping back a few steps, she raises her gun to bear, and sprays a few quick bursts into the beautiful woman beside you. Her body convulses with each separate bullet impact, and when the intruder finally lowers her gun, the body lies helpless, and undeniably dead. You suddenly realize that the shooter has not paid one iota of attention to you the entire time, and realize that your photoreceptors and projection system must have also been damaged in the crash, making you effectively invisible.

One of the soldiers still outside the ship asks the intruder what to do with the wreckage.

"Torch it," she replies, and steps out of the ship. Abruptly, you realize what is about to happen. Three grenades quickly bounce into the cockpit, and when the blasts go off a few seconds later, you tangibly feel the sonic receptor circuits shatter internally, deafened by the proximity of the blast. And then you watch with horror as an armored flamethrower steps into the cockpit and begins to rain flame on anything and everything.

As your processors melt, your solid-state memory reminds you that your captor gave her life to protect your own.

And then you wink out of existence.

Interestingly enough, even though I sent such heavy flavor to some people, I actually sent none at all to others, except for "Your Night 1 action has been received", just letting them figure out for themselves what happened in the game thread. On Night 1, I sent no flavor to either Furcolow (Joanna Dark) or Shotty to the Body (Ashley Williams), either of the players who performed the kills.

Nights 2 through 4 coming soon.

After observing the events of the day, you knew already that you'd be busy for quite a while that night. So you waited until the lights clicked off in the bunker and artificial 'night' fell, stripping down to your lightest 'combat' outfit, and making sure all of your buckles and straps are fastened snugly and securely. After waiting a few minutes to make sure nobody is stirring outside your hatch, you turn the gears and open it slowly. You immediately sneak to Furcolow's quarters and return the binoculars you stole the night before.

You may be a compulsive kleptomaniac, but you have morals too. Never steal outright when you can borrow just as easily. And you've gotten your use out of the binoculars anyway, and besides, you promised yourself that you'd never steal something for long enough that the rightful owner would fret at it being missing. After stepping out of Furcolow's room and closing the door softly and gently behind you, you sneak just two doors down to Muffin's quarters, and jimmy the lock. As soon as it's open, you begin searching through her belongings, rummaging through her stuff... searching for... you don't know what. You found something pretty awesome last night in Furcolow's room, maybe you'll find something equally as useful here.

After about four minutes, you hear Muffin begin to stir; you freeze and look carefully over your shoulder, breathing silently, heart pounding in your chest. But after thirty seconds that seem like thirty minutes, her chest begins to rise and fall softly and evenly again, and your pulse rate slowly descends from the plateau that it just skyrocketed to.

You continue to search through her belongings, being even more careful not to make any unnecessary noise. Inside one of her closets you find a sleek, very tight-looking bodysuit that you've never seen her wear, but you admit to yourself that you surely wouldn't mind watching her get into or out of it...

You shake your head, amused but disgusted at yourself. In one of the pockets you find a device like you've never seen before, and you read the side of it, hoping to gain a little more knowledge about this fascinating little gadget. The side reads: Intention Detection Device [IDD]. There is a warning label on the side not to use if you are pregnant, prone to epileptic seizures, or if you have never taken radiology training: this device may cause overexposure to plutonium particles if used improperly.

You mull the name of the device over in your mind: Intention Detection? So you can tell what others intend to do? Interesting. You slip the small device into one of the pouches you carry on your slim waist, and make sure to place everything exactly back as it was; except for the IDD, of course.

You sneak out of her room and continue down the titanium-plated hallway. It's a good thing you're light on your feet and don't wear metallic shoes, otherwise your footsteps would cause an obnoxious 'clank, clank, clank' sound as you crouch-walked through passageways and hatches.

As you skulk through the bunker, you pass door after door:

...Cortana...

...Samus Aran...

...Chun Li...

All these were brave and beautiful women who fought for what was right, but it did not avail them in the end. They perished nonetheless. You stop at the next door. bv310. You decide to try out the IDD on her and see what happens. You focus your attention on getting into her room without disturbing her sleep... carefully... carefully...

...and, you're in. You creep over to her bed, and watch her sleep for a few seconds: so peaceful; tranquil as a child. As if all is right in the world. Not a care of worry on her face, just a sweet half-smile brought on by a pleasant dream. Her jacket lays on the chair in front of the computer desk, she must have been up late again -- as usual. Nothing too suspicious about that, you ponder. But she's asleep now, and here you are, with a brand new device that you haven't even been able to test out yet. And her daytime activity has been well worth questioning, regardless of how innocent she looks in her bed at this moment.

So you feel through your pouch and pull out the IDD gadget, giving a quick glance at the directions, which instruct you to train the device squarely at either of her temples, while watching her chest rise and fall. It is very important, says the document, that the target's breathing be even throughout the entire 25-second process. You take a breath and begin to focus the device at bv310's head, careful to keep it still and not waver.

All of a sudden, you hear a footstep just outside the door. Your heart jumps straight into your throat. You are absolutely positive that you're about to be caught, and you immediately drop the device on the desk as softly as possible and leap across the room to the closet, step in, and close the door most of the way behind you, breathing heavily, suddenly aware that you're sweating profusely.

You wait, watching through the crack of dim light the doorway. Waiting... waiting...

You sit silently crouched in bv310's closet for a good five minutes. You realize that from the time you heard the noise, to the time you were silent in the closet, just under two seconds elapsed. You curse to yourself, and realize that you've gotten slow because you haven't practiced your trade in quite a while before the last two nights. You vow to yourself that next time will be closer to one second, and after waiting five more minutes without hearing a sound, just for good measure, you step out of the closet and make your way over to the bedside desk to pick up the IDD again.

You look down at the screen display; it reads:

Partial result: Inconclusive.
Reacquire subject to continue.

...in yellowy-orange letters. You reset the device and begin the scanning process again, sure to keep a careful eye on her chest, and a careful ear open for any sign of disturbance either in her room or outside in the corridor. After twenty-five seconds, you hear a very soft, yet very rewarding click. You look at the device, and the screen display changes from graphs and diagrams cataloguing the inside of her brain into a more concise result, which displays:

No Malicious Intent Detected.

...in a decisively green color. Surprised at the result, you take the Intention Detection Device and stow it back in your waistpouch, and exit the room quietly. As you sneak back to your own room, you consider your results.

So... she really
is
as innocent as she looks!
you ponder, surprised.

You come to a fork in the passageways: For a second, you contemplate returning the IDD to its owner, but at the last second you reconsider and decide to just return to your room. You've had enough close calls for tonight, and you don't want to push your luck!

You get back to your quarters and breathe a huge sigh of relief as you hear the soft click of the lock behind you, finally. You walk slowly over to your bed, unwinding your scarf from your neck and kicking your boots off softly. You reach behind your back, untying your small yellow bikini top, and lay it gently on top of your dresser. You reach down to your waist; pushing down, you wiggle slowly out of your tight olive-colored miniskirt. Then, finally a bit more comfortable, you pull back the cover of your bed, hop lightly onto the mattress, and pull the comforter up under your chin, curling up on your side into a ball, and snuggling your cheek into your soft pillow...

A minute later, your eyes are closed and you are fast asleep.

You're a bit disgruntled that your protection was turned away by Furcolow last night, but you feel pretty confident about your target tonight, Shotty to the Body. You feel deep down that if Shotty is not evil, that the evil ones out there will be gunning for her tonight, because she's the one who claimed to have the firepower. And so, making sure to stay out of sight this time, you tail Shotty to the Body on her way to her room, and when you're sure she's settled in for the night, you plant yourself outside the door to her quarters, and stay at your post all night, determined to protect her from danger at all costs.

But staying up all night is very tiring, and multiple times you find yourself dozing off, sometimes for five minutes, sometimes for ten. You try to get up and walk around in order to keep yourself awake, but each time you sit down again, it seems that you nod off almost immediately. At least once during the night you jerk awake, convinced that something might be happening, but each time, the passageway is still quiet, and the female you are guarding is still safe. By the time you see the first traces of sunlight, you are half-dead from sleep deprivation, and you surmise that she should probably be able to take care of herself for the next hour or so until the sun is fully up. After all, she
did
claim that she had some firepower. And so, you walk back to your quarters and bed down for the night.

The next thing you know, you are waking up again. You exit your quarters and ask the first girl you see if anything happened last night in the bunker. But you are dismayed by the news, and curse yourself inwardly for being in the wrong place, when you could have made a difference elsewhere...
Kdub (Morrigan Aensland)'s Night 2 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
As simulated night falls in the bunker, you toss and turn on your bed. You so enjoyed your escapade with Chun Li last night that you want more than anything to visit her again and sleep with her. But since you left your mark on her last night and somebody investigated her, they discovered your evil remnants, and they killed her for her association with that which was evil. And thus you no longer have her warm body to lie next to. But your lust is insatiable, and you have already made up your mind that Chun Li or no, you will be satisfied tonight.

So you creep down the hall, careful not to make a noise, and quietly break into Ythan's quarters, finding her sleeping peacefully. You notice that she's taken off her pink blouse; it has some of Chun Li's blood left on it, from her grotesque execution earlier today. Which is the very reason you have chosen Ythan as your next prey: you like her style. You carefully close her door behind you, stepping over the threshold. You begin to search through her pockets in her clothing, looking for her name, so that you'll know what to call her in her dreams. You heard her tell her name to everyone else earlier, but as far as you know, she could have been lying just like you would if asked the same question. Finally, you find her dog tags, and squint as you bring them up to your eyes and read them closely in the dark. Princess Peach of the Mushroom Kingdom. You've heard of this girl before: of both her legendary beauty and of her skill and prowess in ... well, in governing her kingdom.

Excited, you leave the tags back where you found them, and cross the room to stand over her sleeping form. You looking intently down at her rosy cheeks, her long blonde hair framing her face just so, drinking in the sight of her slender limbs curled into position of peaceful sleep, the rest of her inviting body hidden just under the sheets. Yes, this would be a night to remember.

Immediately entranced, you begin to manifest yourself subconsciously to her; as you did to Chun Li, in an intensely real dream. Her eyes flutter momentarily, and you feel that you've entered into her subconscious. You begin to work your magic again, and soon you sense that her body temperature is rising, and her rapid eye movement is becoming more frantic. After a few more minutes, she begins writhing under the sheets, enveloped by the pleasure you are giving her in the dream. As usual, this is where you really begin to enjoy it, and it's the point at which you usually have to convince yourself that you mustn't lose control and kill your prey. But tonight, you feel differently. As you watch excitedly, the sheets stir even more, and she stretches her body out slowly, in pleasure. The sheets fall ever so slightly, dropping just far enough for you to see just enough of her fatally attractive body that you know you'll have no chance of being able to hold yourself back.

And so you get straight to work, and are soon rewarded. She begins to softly moan, and beads of sweat concentrate on her forehead. You push on and on, and the minutes pass, and you enjoy every single one. She cries out louder, and you feel yourself losing control. You embrace the inevitable, and jump onto the bed next to her, rocking her sleeping body.

Her eyes immediately snap open, and you freeze. She starts violently to see you in her room, upon her, and to see herself in such a vulnerable position. Your heart is beating out of its chest; this has never happened before. Always they remain asleep, at least until just before the end.

But she sees your consternation, and you watch a change come over her face. She then pulls you close and whispers in your ear, and the hair stands up on the back of your neck. She tells you that she's dreamed of you for the past three nights as well. And you feel your lips go numb with both lust and... love? Either way, you know you'll never be able to leave without desperately having your way with this desirable woman. You look into her piercing blue eyes, and suddenly realize that you've never noticed how beautiful they are. She breathes heavily and moans softly to you, and playfully beckons you to lie beside her.

And you let yourself go: the two of you entwine into the late hours of the night, inseparable, entangled so deeply in sexual infatuation that there is no going back. Not even if either of you wanted to.

~ ¤ ~ ¤ ~

You wake up in a cold sweat, sunlight already streaming in through the skylights. You curse to yourself; you've overslept yet again, as always happens when you have your way with a girl so fine. But then you smell it, and you nearly gag at the pungency. And then you freeze as you look next to you, and see it. Wait...
it?
That was a
person
last night?

You shudder at the gruesome appearance of the body; shredded skin and meat flayed from bone; dried blood spattered all over the sheets and your own body as well, scraps of meat still hanging from some of the claws in your wings. Spots of blood on the walls; the floor. How could you have slept after doing that? You feel dirty and bitter and you retch violently; each time it is as if you are seeing it for the first time all over again. But this is worse than usual -- much worse. You feel a sense of self-revulsion, and retch again.

Suddenly, you hear voices outside the door, and your blood runs cold. You immediately jump up from the bed and grab a towel from a hanger in the closet to cover your own nudity. You duck quickly into a corner behind a shelf, just as the door opens. You hear a female voice utter a piercing scream, and a subsequent clang of something as she drops it onto the metallic floor. Whoever it is, has seen her. And you're still here. You curse yourself yet again, bitterly uttering profanities to yourself in your mind; mind racing, trying to figure out what possible explanation there could be for your presence in her room, your appearance, the dried blood covering your body.

The retching in the hallway has turned into vomiting, and you hear the female witness stumble slowly away, trying weakly to call for help, to call someone to the scene of the violent death. You sense an urge, a prick of opportunity in the back of your mind, and you act on it immediately. Dropping the towel, you grab your clothes, stuff them under your arm, and run to the door and look out, both left and right. You see someone -- you can't make out who -- just disappearing around the corner to your left. Perfect, just what you'd been hoping for. You take a gamble and dart out of the room to the right, pounding down the metal hallway in your bare feet. You navigate your way to your quarters, hurl open your door, dash through, and slam it behind you.

Your heart is racing a mile a minute, and you are breathing so heavily you think your lungs will burst. After a minute of you trying to listen for motion outside in the corridor over your heaving, sweat- and blood-covered chest, you decide that you'd better clean yourself up. You throw your clothing directly into the furnace, pulling a fresh set out of your dresser drawer and laying it out on your bed, and then you step into your shower, eager to wash all traces of the dead girl's blood from yourself. You turn the cold water on full blast -- as some form of stunted self-punishment, for both your actions, and you shiver violently as you scrub your body thoroughly.

Fifteen minutes later, you finish and turn off the faucet, and breathe a final sigh of relief as you towel yourself off, and exit into your bedroom to put on your fresh set of clothes. And then you walk over to your mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and realize that you can't help yourself. As you stare at yourself, you fall deeply in love with yourself all over again, captivated by your own irresistible devious charm and loving how very naughty you have been. Evil is just too much fun to resist, and you find yourself trapped in a web of evil self-adoration. But you know you must put on an innocent face, so you clear your mind thoroughly before exiting your room to meet the others, to confront in blessed anonymity the aftermath of your evil actions last night.
Shotty to the Body (Ashley Williams)'s Night 2 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
As the sun sets, you know without a doubt who it is you're going to kill tonight: the confident, almost cocky girl named Muffin. She claimed to have inside info: which said that who you now know to be Chun Li, was evil. But even to the end, she claimed that she was only ever a good, pure girl, and that she had abilities that could make other good people harder to kill by treachery; yet none of you listened to her.

After Ythan executed her gruesomely and revealed her identity, the lot of you went to Chun Li's room to try to find out what Muffin had been talking about when she'd accused Chun Li. As soon as you entered the room, you do notice a peculiar smell. It smells like... could it be? No, Chun Li had only mentioned a dream. But still, there it was, faint, but pungent. And it smelled undeniably evil.

But even so, a thorough inspection of Chun Li's room and everything in it showed no trace of any physical evidence that she'd been up to anything evil, or even that she was doing anything behind anyone's back. Except for the smell, she could have been a saint. And at that point, you began to think: I knew it. I knew that Muffin chick was a liar. She'll get what's coming to her tonight.

And so, fast forward to tonight as you exited your room an hour or two before dawn, ready to perform the deed. You aren't looking at the floor as you step out of your door, and as a result you nearly trip over what's lying there in front of you: a body. Dead? No, you can hear breathing sounds. Must only be sleeping. A closer inspection reveals it to be a pretty young girl, with some traces of Asian in her lineage, but very beautiful. She's wearing a calf-skin coat for warmth, but the coat has seen its better days: there are patches of duct tape holding it together in some places.

But what in the world is she doing here? you think.

You decide not to wake her, and set off on your mission, closing the door behind you. You travel quickly and quietly to Muffin's room, careful not to be too loud in the metallic passageways on your way there. After about two minutes, you can see the entrance to her quarters in the distance, and you slow your pace, not wanting to alert her to your presence.

As you approach, you stop dead in your tracks. Her door is already ajar.

Is this a trap? Is she awake? You don't know what to think. So you raise your submachine gun to your shoulder and scan the doorway for any trip mines or anything else that could hamper your mission, or harm you in any way. Nothing. Maybe there's a trap inside, though... you can never know for sure.

So you step closer and peer through the crack. You see a bed, a nightstand, and a bit of the floor, but the door is not open wide enough. You stick your gun through the crack in the doorway, intending to push it open a bit further with the muzzle. But as soon as you touch the doorway with the barrel, the click of metal on metal is jarringly loud in the silence, and you stop immediately.

You train your gun on her bed; you see her sheets in a lump, and you point right at the center of the lump and open fire, in a controlled burst. The muzzle flash is blinding, the gun blasts are deafening, and your ears are ringing. You think you see the covers move, and you open fire again, a more sustained burst this time. When the echoing stops, you hear a bit of noise, but can't tell if it's coming from inside the room or down the hallway. You definitely don't want to be caught here, so you take off at a sprint, away from where you think you heard the noise.

A minute or so later as you are approaching your corridor again, you realize that the sleeping girl might still be in front of your door, so you slow your pace to a brisk walk, but it is still too loud. You begin instead to tiptoe toward your door, taking great care not to make any noise to wake the sleeping form that you can now see still slumped in the passageway in front of your door. You quietly step over her and unlock your door, then step inside and close the door behind you. You rest for a moment against the inside of your door, heart still beating wildly within your breast.

Once your pulse slows, you begin to take off your white and pink armor piece by piece. When you are done, you store it in your closet, and unzip the body suit you are wearing. Once it's off, you stow it safely on top of your dresser, and then slip between the sheets of your bed. As you lay there, you can't help wondering why your target's door was open when you arrived, and whether or not you successfully killed her. But worrying about what's already been done is futile, so you push these worries from your mind and try to get some sleep.

You decide to observe MagnaofIllusion tonight, and so after the lights go down and simulated night has fallen in the bunker, you wait a few hours just for good measure. Then, you sneak from your room, and sprint down the passageways and corridors toward Magna's room. When you check inside her room, you are stunned to find that she is not there. You narrow your piercing red eyes, but vow to maintain vigilant regardless, to see if anyone visits her tonight. So you envelop yourself in a magical viewshield so that you cannot be seen, and put yourself in a trance that will be broken by the slightest disturbance.

The only time your trance is disturbed is when you see MagnaofIllusion return to her room. You do not have a chronograph with you (those are much too modern for your taste), so all you can tell is that a number of hours have passed, and that it's about time that you returned to your room. And so you do, taking care to stay out of sight, and hidden in the shadows.

When you get back to your room, you unwrap your turban, and take off your blue and white bodysuit. Now naked, you stand in front of the mirror, and watch yourself perform the counter-spell that undoes your transfiguration into Sheik. The red color of your eyes gives way to your normal brilliant blue, your hair grows back to its normal length, your breasts grow slightly more supple, and your slight figure becomes more feminine. You test out your voice, to make sure it's changed back to your own. It has. You laugh your beautiful, tinkling laugh, and then walk over to your bed and slide between the sheets, glad to be back in your attractive form as the Princess Zelda.

You wake up in the middle of the night to hear your alarm softly ringing you awake. You are going investigating tonight. You reach for your handy dandy Intention Detection Device, which tells you whether someone is good or evil. You didn't use it last night, because you were sure the moment you walked in the door that Robocopter87 was evil. But ... you were wrong. And tonight, you don't want any more mistakes.

But you can't seem to find it.

It's not in the pocket you left it in; it's a small little device, maybe you dropped it in another pocket or left it in its case in the closet... you check the other pockets hurriedly, thinking for sure that you'd left it in your right breast pocket as usual... but you still can't find it!

As you get out of bed to walk over to the closet to check the case, you feel a bit of a breeze... where is it coming from? You look over and find your main hatch ajar. And you know for absolute sure that you didn't leave it open. And now you
know
something is fishy. You spend the next two minutes tearing your small room apart looking for your IDD, but as you suspected, it's nowhere to be found.

Suddenly, you hear a noise in the hallway, and you realize you left the door open. Your turn around to look at the doorway, and your blood runs cold as you see your door slowly begin to open, a gun barrel pointing through the crack. You stay completely silent and freeze where you are, still standing next to your dresser across the room. You cannot see the intruder and they cannot see you, but you can tell that the gun is pointing at your bed.

Flashes of light! A loud burst of gunfire startles you, and you jump in fear, and your eyes dart from the smoking muzzle of the gun to its target, your bed. Your covers move a bit while being fired upon, and suddenly, another burst of gunfire! The muzzle flash lights up your room in a sinister cacophony of light and sound, and you can't bear standing still any more: you dive for your closet and shut the door behind you tightly, locking it from the inside.

You listen intently, but all you hear is the fading sound of running footfalls as the intruder retreats from the scene of your attempted murder. Even though you know the assailant is gone, you still stay in the closet with the door locked for a good ten minutes, breathing heavily, your pulse racing with the excitement and terror of it all. The smell of gunsmoke reaches you, and suddenly you know in your gut that nothing else could possibly happen tonight that hasn't already happened. This revelation makes you feel somewhat optimistic, though you're still shivering from an adrenaline rush, and your hands are still shaking.

You exit the closet, looking all around to make sure nobody else is in your room, and close your door quickly, make absolutely sure to lock it. It's a good thing your door is completely bulletproof, otherwise there is no way you'd be able to get any sleep. But just in case, you put on a fitted kevlar vest. And then you walk to your bed, get under the covers, and try to fall asleep for the night. After tossing and turning for about 30 minutes, you are finally able to doze off...

But it is a fitful sleep. And when you wake in the morning, you don't feel very rested.

Your kidding right?

Excellent scumhunter? Abrasive Playstyle? Us learn from
him
? Reaper, You need bed rest.

I am not playing in a game with Furc ever again. Ever. I've had enough. Every single time I've seen him play he screws his WHOLE faction over.
This. I've tried to help him, but he thinks he is the best mafia player on this site. No kidding.
Yes he does think he is the best but he most certainly is NOT.

Anyways, Awesome flavor and setup, good job Reaper and Kerrigan!
Although the border between madness and genius is very narrow.

You put a hand over her mouth to wake her up and keep her from screaming; to her credit, she doesn't cry out. She merely opens your eyes, and then pulls your hand away from her mouth, declaring in a soft voice,

"I've been waiting for you."

You may now speak with her privately at any time during the day or night.
bv310 (Alyx Vance)'s Night 3 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
You realize that your bodyguarding didn't go so well last night, and you are bone tired from staying up all the night before, so you know you need to sleep tonight. So, using your technical prowess, you cobble together a uniquely small and compact video surveillance system with the parts laying around your room. And after the halls are quiet in the night, you sneak to her room and configure the surveillance to monitor her doorway and to immediately alert you in case anything is going to happen to Shotty to the Body. Hopefully, with any luck you'll be able to get there in time to save her.

When finished, you sneak back to your room, close the door, and fall on your bed for some much needed deep sleep. You doze immediately, and are out like a light within ten seconds; your chest begins to rise and fall peacefully as you enter into a dream.

In your dream, you hear a knock at your door, and you ask who is there. "It's me," is the reply, and as soon as you hear it, your heart leaps... that voice... you've only ever heard it in your dreams, and the longing to be with that person brings an ache to your heart, even in your deep slumber. You tell the voice -- a bright, young-sounding female voice -- to come in so you can look at her. You've never seen her either, even in your dreams, and seldom even hear her. So you jump at the chance to finally meet her. The door opens, and she enters the room; a very attractive figure with a winning smile. She walks over to your bed and reaches for your face--

Suddenly, you are awake, and your eyes snap open. A hand is over your mouth, and the young girl from your dream is standing over you, eyes kindly welcoming you, and you are barely able to stammer,

"I've been waiting for you...

...for a very long time..."

But the last part is spoken under your breath, barely even a whisper; she doesn't hear that part. She merely beckons to you, still smiling, and bids you to follow her. You wake up, grab some clothes to put on, and soon are on your way, back to her room for the night... or longer.

"Hopefully," you think to yourself, "forever."

You may now speak with her privately at any time during the day or night.

You promise to yourself that you will investigate MagnaofIllusion tonight, and you return to your quarters as the sun sets. You decide to take a quick nap before you visit her in the night, and so you lay down on your bed and fall asleep.

And then you realize another thing: The sun is coming up, and you forgot to investigate MagnaofIllusion in the night. You curse silently to yourself, and begin to clean up the mess.

I feel like I'm missing some of the flavor for Night 3. I have about 400 PMs that I sent and received throughout the course of this game, so if I missed any, please send them to me so I can post them here! Thanks

Night 4 coming later today.

Iecerint (Princess Zelda)'s Night 4 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
After Kast murdered MagnaofIllusion, you all returned to your quarters for the night. After brooding for a while over who the best target might be, you decide to track one of the ones who you thought was trying to fly under the radar yesterday. So before the sun even goes down, you begin to get ready to execute tonight's plan.

By now this is becoming a habit: you ditch your beautiful Hyrulian dress for a sleek blue bodysuit, and magically transform yourself to appear more masculine to anyone who sees you. The delicate sapphires you have for eyes instead become fiery rubies, blazing with the excitement of mischievous misdeeds. Your silky golden hair becomes a dirty blonde, and appears short and dingy. Your head is wrapped in dingy rags, as are your forearms. You cover your face carefully, and are ready to depart.

After leaving the safety of your hallway, you lope quietly along the corridors with catlike grace, careful to step lightly so that nobody can hear your footsteps. But you must hurry, for to succeed in your mission, you need to get to your target's room before they leave it themselves. So while you are sure to be stealthy, your number one worry is haste.

And after three quick minutes of jogging down the long passageways, it appears you've made it just in time... your quarry, bv310, is just leaving her room. She is a pretty girl, with short dark hair, a slender waste, and wide hips. She is wearing a tight jeans, and a calf-skin coat which has seen its better day. You smirk to yourself as you see the duct tape lining some areas of her jacket, it must have been through a lot. And her hiking shoes don't exactly look new out of the box either. This girl must be more rugged than she looks, and definitely able to take care of herself in a pinch. And to top it all off, you notice that she's holding an automatic pistol; what could she possibly be doing sneaking out tonight? Either way, you'll have to take care that she doesn't notice you following her, or things could get ugly.

She starts out by checking the corridor in both ways, and when she looks your way you duck behind some cover so she can't see you. After making sure the coast is clear, she takes off down the passageway heading away from your position. Her footsteps aren't nearly as soft as your padded feet, so you find no trouble masking your own in the echo of hers. And though she is keeping a good pace, you don't find it hard to follow her.

As you pass corridor after corridor, and make turn after turn, you begin to wonder: Night must have fallen by now, and the stars must be shining brightly; at least, somewhere outside they are shining. But not in here. You yearn for them; you've missed them during this time of uncertainty, trapped in a bunker underground, feeling like the cold durasteel walls are closing in around you.

But now is not the time for reflection. Now, you must follow the pretty girl ahead of you and maintain proper distance. After another few minutes, she slows, and you immediately look for a corner, and hide just around the edge. You see her walk up to a doorway, and quietly you survey your surroundings. You recognize this area of the bunker, but not easily. It seems stuck in the back of your mind... you shrug it off for now and peek around the corner again at the girl.

It appears she is taking up a post, walking back and forth in front of someone else's quarters. Guarding them, perhaps? Maybe so. Either way, now that you've accomplished your mission, you wait until her eyes are averted before you slip away unseen, silent in the night. You trot down hallways for quite some time, meaning to take a shortcut from here back to your own quarters. But with every turn you make, you find yourself a little bit more confused than you were before. Suddenly, you realize that you have no idea where you are.

And so you retrace your steps exactly. You go back to where you came, and when you think you've nearly reached where the girl is guarding, you stop and rest your hands on your knees, waiting for a moment to catch your breath before you peek around the corner.

Sure enough, there the girl is, still faithfully keeping watch over the hatchway. Even into the dead of night.

Suddenly you feel a rush of emotion. What you wouldn't give to have a friend like her. She'd watch your back, even if nobody else would. A moment later, you find yourself wondering what it'd be like if the girl saw you in your current, more masculine form. You wonder whether she'd be attracted to you, and what could happen between you two if she was... but what are you thinking? This is not who you are, this is only a disguise. It would never work out between you two, even if she
were
attracted to you. You shake the confusion from your head, and try to get your bearings.

And then the memory comes flooding back to you, almost as if it were hiding before, but answering a bidding now.

You realize: That's
Super Smash Bros. Fan's
room. bv310 is guarding
her.
Again, you feel a rush of emotion; this time it's jealousy. But you pinch yourself again, and realize that the magic is doing funny things to your mind. You can't let yourself fall into the trap of thinking like a gender that you are not.
You are a princess,
you tell yourself,
and you rule over a generous and gentle people in Hyrule. No more of these confusing fantasies. Remember who you are.

And with that, you take off down the correct corridor this time, and return to your room, ready to fall asleep. You encounter no problems on the way, and your memory holds true now that you've broken the spell over yourself. There is not a single problem finding your way home, it's as if you knew it by heart already. Which you did.
Kast (Ashley Williams)'s Night 4 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
After killing MagnaofIllusion, you return to your room and deliberate over your next move. You pace back and forth in your room, restlessness welling up within you. And you decide that you cannot leave Kdub alive for one more night. You think you know her secret identity, but you're not certain.

Well, better safe than sorry.

You take great care to clean each and every part of your sniper rifle, and then you assemble it with the same amount of care. This fine weapon saved your life more times than you could count back on Artemis Prime, and you respect it as you respect yourself.

You prepare to go and dispatch Kdub once and for all, but a voice inside your mind stays you, telling you that if you go through with this tonight, that tomorrow you'd come under suspicion immediately, especially after the stunt you just pulled a few hours ago.

Agreeing with yourself, you decide to hold off on killing Kdub for tonight. But you also make a vow in your mind: that you will surely kill Kdub tomorrow night, and nothing on this world or from any other will stop you from pulling that sniper rifle's trigger.
Furcolow (Joanna Dark)'s Night 4 Action Result Flavor PM wrote:
As you go back to your room following Kast's murder of MagnaofIllusion, you decide that the person you'll Observe tonight is bv310. She's acted pretty shifty recently and you want to make sure there's nothing she can do to negatively affect you or your evil compatriot.

So after the sun falls below the horizon, you sneak over to her quarters. You wait in the hallway outside her room for a few minutes, just to listen for any noise, and to make sure that she's asleep. And then you quietly pick the lock and open the door, slipping inside and carefully closing the door behind you.

But the room is empty! You check everywhere, but you can't bv310 anywhere!

She must already be outside doing something else, you reason. You immediately feel vulnerable, like you may be caught; that she may walk in on you abruptly, without a second's notice. And so you decide to greatly hurry your search. She's not in the room to hear you anyway, so you don't pay nearly as much attention to how fast you are going or how much noise you make.

After a few minutes of searching, you find nothing that signifies any particular skill except combat. Perhaps she's out killing someone right now, you think. You shudder, and hope it's not your sole remaining partner in evil. You are about ready to leave and return to your quarters when you decide to look around the room once more just to check and see if you've missed anything. And then you spot the obvious; a magazine laying facedown on her desk. You had barely so much as glanced at it before; you thought it was only a glamour model magazine for her to look at while she fell asleep.

But when you flip the magazine over, the bold title stares you in the face:
"BODYGUARD WEEKLY."

You nod to yourself, finally satisfied with the result of your search. You leave the room and creep down the hallways back to your own quarters, careful not to attract any attention to yourself or make too much noise in any way. A few times, you think you hear echoing sounds bouncing down the durasteel plated walls, and you freeze in your tracks to listen.... but the sound is gone before you can hear anything substantive.

When you get back to your room, you unzip your leather bodysuit, step out of it, and hang it in your closet. Then you slip between the sheets and are fast asleep before you know it.

After Rikku was murdered by Kast, you go back to your room and try to decide who to bodyguard for tonight. You decide that Super Smash Bros. Fan is the most likely one who the evil ones will try to kill tonight, so just before nightfall (but after everyone has already returned to their own quarters for the night), you exit your quarters and sneak down the hallway toward her room. You make it all the way to Super Smash Bros. Fan's room without incident, and then you pull your pistol from your belt, and begin to guard her room.

You pace your way back and forth in the hallway, making sure to keep your footsteps quiet. At first you are vigilant and watchful, but as time drags, so do your footsteps. Hours pass... and you feel your eyes begin to droop. You keep shaking your head, knowing that you mustn't fall asleep yet again, for fear that your target be killed in the night. You wish to yourself that you'd brought something to drink, as you have become terribly thirsty after walking back and forth for so long. Soon, each footstep begins to blur together in your mind, and you find yourself waking up while walking, unaware of how long you've been walking back and forth in your sleep. You blink your eyes repeatedly, trying to stay awake, stay awake...

The next thing you know, you're standing next to the wall near Super Smash Bros. Fan's door, and you can't help but lean against the wall... and turn your back to it... and slowly slide yourself down to the floor, so that you're sitting with your back to the wall. Seconds drag by.... you vaguely remember that you want to stay awake, but can't remember why, and don't feel like trying to remember... everything looks blurry...

~ ¤ ~ ¤ ~

Suddenly, a loud creaking sound! Your eyes snap open, lazily but warily. You wonder what the noise is, and look up towards the door. And your heart leaps into your throat, and you can't swallow it back down. A shapely, but undeniably evil girl is standing next to you, her hand on Super Smash Bros. Fan's door entrance mechanism. A sleek black bodysuit can barely contain her voluptuous body, her ample bosom nearly coming out of the feathered neckline. Her long legs and feet are covered by purple leggings and long boots. Two clawed bat-like wings emerge from either side of her slender waist, and two more from under the green hair that falls around her bare shoulders, and her eyes blaze down at you from her haughty but surprised face.

Your first thought is to reach for your gun, and your hand scrambles on the floor next to you. For some reason, you can't tear your eyes from those of the girl. Suddenly, one of her wings snakes out and impales you in the neck. You cry out in pain and terror as a lightning bolt of agony racks your body, and you scramble even more for your pistol. You know your only chance to live is to bring your gun to bear and to shoot this demon; you stand no match to her unarmed. You turn your head away from her slashing, clawing wings, and throw your arm up to block her blows as your other hands finally grasps your pistol. You try to bring it up to shoot her, but she knocks the gun from your hand with one of her wings, and pins you against the wall, pummeling your head and body with your fists and wings, motivated by a new rage, doing her best to beat you senseless.

She is ripping you apart, and you can feel yourself failing. You have landed quite a few punches and kicks on her as well, but your world is beginning to go black as she keeps slashing at you with her demonic clawed wings. A few seconds of bloody carnage later, you feel yourself slumping to the floor, and your world goes black.

~ ¤ ~ ¤ ~

You slowly come back to consciousness... you feel warm and sticky... light-headed... you see your gun near you on the cold durasteel-plated floor... you crawl over to it, and hold it in your hand... so dizzy... so tired... you force yourself to stand, determined make good on your vow to guard Super Smash Bros. Fan. You stagger closer to her door, weak... dizzy... losing blood... you hear banging and crashing from inside the room ... so tired... a bloodcurdling scream!... you force yourself to raise the gun to eye level, and you are about to enter Super Smash Bros. Fan's room, when all of a sudden, the door is wrenched open, nearly ripped off its hinges. The demon girl is standing there, looking at you in shock, and you raise your pistol and point it at her face. Blood drips down your face from the many head wounds she visited upon you with her claws and fists; your finger quivers on the trigger and you struggle to stay on your feet and look her in the eyes.

And then you squeeze the trigger, and her head snaps back. A dark gout of blood pours from the front of her head where the bullet entered her forehead; blood and brains are sprayed all over the wall behind her from the exit wound. Her body falls heavily to the floor with a sickening thud. Her corpse does not even twitch.

You slowly stagger into the room... and though you are so, so tired... you notice that the room was torn apart in a fury. You turn, and turn, blood is everywhere, covering everything. You smell the sickly odor of evil everywhere, permeating your nostrils in defiance, taunting you, hammering home the fact that even though you were able to kill the demon girl whose corpse lays nearby; that ultimately you failed to protect the one who needed you most.

And you utter a forlorn cry of despair, and fall to the floor slowly, bleeding profusely from your head, neck, and torso... Time stands still as you succumb to your wounds, and just before your world turns black, your last fleeting thought is of how thoroughly you have failed not only your target, but yourself and everyone else as well.

So after night falls, you exit your quarters and sneak down the hallway, a wicked smile on your face, and murder in your step. You make it almost all the way to Super Smash Bros. Fan's corridor, but then you stop: you hear footsteps up ahead, pacing back and forth. Immediately you flatten yourself against the wall, listening intently. If you were to move now, they'd be able to hear you as well.

You hear the footsteps going back and forth, getting first closer, then farther away. After timing it perfectly, you figure out when the exact time the person will be walking away from you, and you sneak a peek around the corner just then.

It is a cute but buxom girl with short, dark hair and tan skin, wearing tight jeans and a calf-skin coat for warmth, walking back and forth in front of Super Smash Bros. Fan's doorway, carrying an automatic pistol and staying vigilant. Your heart leaps into your throat, and try as you might, you can't swallow it back down. You find yourself at a crossroads in your mind: should you take the chance to get into Super Smash Bros. Fan's room tonight, even knowing that the girl is there guarding her? Or should you just go back into your room and fall asleep, hoping that Super Smash Bros. Fan will do the same? Can you dare to hope that she won't investigate you tonight, even though she claimed she was going to investigate someone?... What if she investigates your remaining partner?...

You reason with yourself: the risk is too great; Super Smash Bros. Fan must be killed tonight.
But your other half protests, reminding you that you have no way to get past the girl at her doorway...

You decide the only thing you can do is to wait for the girl to fall asleep, which is what you do. You climb up the wall and affix yourself to the ceiling, using your wings as power arms to hold yourself to the ceiling while you wait for the girl to fall asleep. You are not tired yourself; you are much too excited. So the wait drags endlessly for you.

After four hours of waiting, you are rewarded by hearing the steps grow slow, and you hear her breath begin to deepen. You can almost feel her eyelids as they droop lower and lower, and you listen intently as she trudges to the wall and slouches against it, pistol held lightly in her fingers. She slides lower and lower, until she is sitting on the floor; she rests the pistol in her lap and lays her head on her hands, trying not to fall asleep. But she's been awake all night and heard no signs of agression, what reason does she have to stay awake? You can almost hear her mental battle with herself, and you begin to regain a little hope. Maybe there is still yet some chance to save this night.

Once you are sure she is fast asleep, you carefully release your claws from where they were hooked into the cracks between the ceiling panels, and climb slowly down the wall, making sure not to betray yourself with a noise. You tiptoe over to Super Smash Bros. Fan's doorway and look at the lock: it's been left unlocked. You notice that the opening mechanism is rusted nearly solid, and curse to yourself. Determined to finish your mission, however, you begin to gently turn the door handle... but it seems to be stuck. You carefully and evenly apply pressure with greater force, until just barely after you think it should open, making sure not to... why isn't it opening?... you press slightly harder...

Abruptly the door handle makes a loud creaking sound and gives way, turning half a turn. Your eyes snap back to the girl in the hallway, whose eyes have flicked open lazily. Upon seeing you standing next to her, looking down at her, the look in her eye immediately changes from sleepy apathy to indignance and violent malice, and quite frankly, you're frightened out of your wits.

Thinking fast, you immediately dig the claws on your right wing into her neck, before she can reach her weapon. Blood spurts from her wound as a shriek of terrible pain escapes her lips. You know that if she is able to bring her gun to bear, that you are a dead person, so you know that you are fighting for your very life. You slash and claw at her face, hoping to blind her, but she closes her eyes and turns her head away from you, reaching for her sidearm where she'd lain it beside her. If the gun goes off, you'll have no chance of escape, for everyone in the bunker will be alerted to your presence outside your quarters in your succubus form. You will be damned before they even hear your side of the story. So you knock the gun from her hand, and with a new rage you pummel her head and body with your fists and wings, knocking her against the wall, doing your best to beat her senseless.

A few seconds of bloody rage later, she slumps to the floor in a spray of blood, apparently dead. There is quite a bit of carnage around, the walls and floor are stained red. You have sustained quite a bit of damage yourself, and are bleeding in quite a few places yourself; she was definitely no slouch at fighting. You shiver with how close you came to meeting your own demise, and wrench open the handle to Super Smash Bros. Fan's door, expecting her to be awake and ready for your attack, because there is no way she wouldn't have heard your battle with the girl outside.

But... the room is empty. There is no one to be seen. And then you begin to understand... You stalk into the room, searching angrily for Super Smash Bros. Fan, absolutely livid that you went through the ordeal that you did, just for an empty room! You begin to ransack everything in the room, searching thoroughly for anything that could be of use to you or your evil crony, leaving your own blood everywhere in your careless hurry. You begin to rip things apart in anger, making deep gashes on almost everything you touch with your clawing wings and hands.

Suddenly, a horrifying thought comes to your mind: that Super Smash Bros. Fan may right at this very second be investigating your compatriot in evil, just about ready to bring condemning evidence against her in the day time! You scream a bloodcurdling scream and make your way to the door, and nearly rip it off its hinges in anger and haste. And then you freeze in your tracks.

The girl is standing just outside the door on weak legs, pointing her pistol at your face. Blood drips down her face from the many head wounds you've visited upon her with your claws and fists; her finger quivers on the trigger as she struggles to stay on her feet and look you in the eyes. And then she squeezes the trigger, and your world turns black. Your last fleeting thought is of how thoroughly you have failed yourself and your team.

After Rikku was murdered by Kast, you go back to your room and brood over who you will investigate tonight. After flipping a coin, you decide on Furcolow. So you grab your trusty IDD out of the closet, and begin to calibrate it, waiting for when night will fall. It takes another hour or so, but night does eventually come, and you smile knowing that you'll soon be on your way. You lace up your boots, put on your utility belt, and shove the IDD into one of the side pouches, next to one of your pistols.

And then you hear another noise outside your door.

Quickly you leap for the same hiding spot you assumed earlier, hoping that the enemy will be just as careless this time as she was the last time. Or perhaps you hope that somebody else will come along in the hallway and save you like last time. Either way, you assume a defensive stance and point your pistols at the door, ready for anything.

But... nothing comes.

You cautiously stand up after a few seconds, and tiptoe over to the door, putting your ear to it. Your heart quickens as you hear footsteps again, and you leap backwards and point your pistols at the door yet again... waiting... waiting...

But again, nothing happens, and you put your ear next to the door, and this time you aren't surprised to hear that the footsteps are still there. Your heart is still racing, but by now you know that whoever is outside isn't just going to burst in, so you listen for a while, wondering what they're up to. Are they booby trapping your hatchway? No, they're still walking... but they're walking back and forth. You don't know what's going on, so you wait, at the ready, until something happens. But nothing does. The same steps keep walking back and forth, back and forth.

You can't decide what's going on outside your door, but after your last episode with unannounced night-time visitors, you aren't taking any chances. But you're almost equally as certain that whoever is outside your door means you no harm. So you take a few steps back from the door and ponder for a moment.

What in the world could that person be doing out there?
They can't stay there like that all night, walking back and forth,
you think to yourself. Yes, surely they would fall asleep eventually, or leave outright. Either would be fine with you and would suit your purposes for tonight. So you set up shop and wait, guns always at the ready, just in case. As time drags on, you begin to get sleepy yourself... but those footsteps are still there, walking back and forth like clockwork. You decide it's marginally safe enough to go to sleep for a while and wait, but to be safe you lock yourself in your closet before you allow yourself to begin even thinking about sleeping with someone just outside your room. Still, they may just be standing watch over your room, who knows? You don't necessarily have any enemies here that you know of, but you don't really have any friends either. The whole situation is highly suspect as far as you're concerned. But involuntarily, your eyes to close... and you fall asleep...

"Beep... beep... beep..." the alarm on your wristwatch sounds softly, quietly waking you up. It's a good thing you set your alarm, otherwise you might have slept through the night and forgotten to investigate Furcolow at all. But fortunately for you, that is not the case. You turn off the alarm hurriedly so nobody else can hear it, and then you get out of your closet and go to listen at the door again.

The steps are much slower in between this time, and erratic. It sounds almost like a sloppy inebriant trying to walk in a straight line after being pulled over by a highway cruiser officer. The steps get slower and slower, and then all of a sudden you hear the person slouch against the wall. A few seconds after that, you hear them slide all the way down to the floor, so that they're sitting up against the wall.

If you're going to have a chance tonight, you decide that it's now or never.

You turn the handle on your door, which turns smoothly thanks to you cleaning and oiling the inside of it. It's actually very rusty on the outside; the filth in your corridor makes sure to keep the handle and lockwork nice and rusty and decrepit. It's a handy intruder deterrent, for you can hear a loud creak any time someone opens the door from the outside. But thinking about that is not what you're doing for tonight. Your mission is decidedly different, and actually has a purpose. And so you open the door, and without a creak, it slides open, granting you passage to the outside corridor. And there she is.

Finally you get a look at the person who's been outside your door all night. It's a cute but buxom girl, with short dark hair and tan skin, wearing tight jeans and a calf-skin coat for warmth, carrying an automatic pistol and looking like they are trying to guard your room. Being in a hurry, you decide to leave before there's any chance for her to wake up and catch you staring down at her. So you take off down the hallway after managing to shut your door firmly behind you. Perhaps a little
too
firmly.

It takes you about five minutes to reach Furcolow's room, but you figure the payoff will be worth it, so you listen for any noises outside, and then, not hearing any, you pick the lock and slip inside.

But... Furcolow is gone. Nowhere to be seen.

After your initial shock, you realize that even though your IDD is functionally useless, that you can still use your situational surroundings to your advantage, You'll have to search things manually. Hopefully you won't get any information wrong this time. You wish you had your pocket-sized electronic device to count on, but unfortunately, there is just not a subject her to test. So you begin your hunt for anything and everything that could possibly be useful to you.

You search through drawer after drawer of her large dresser, looking for any kind of evidence that will either prove Furcolow's innocence or guilt, but you can't find anything overtly suspect. This woman is like a machine, she categorizes and cleans and disinfects everything. She's incredibly disciplined, not a single thing is out of order. You rummage through her closet and find multiple sleek black bodysuits, all in a row, all immaculate. You leave everything exactly as you found it; surely a person this compulsive would notice anything out of order. You find a banner with a crest neatly folded in the closet, it belongs to some Institute or other; you're not really interested in it.

But when you get to her top nightstand drawer, you hit the jackpot. A map drawn of the inner corridors of the bunker. Some locations are marked with an X on them, crossing them out. You realize that under one of the X's is
your room,
and all of a sudden you feel uneasy.

But that's not all. In the second drawer: Dual matching pistols. This gives you pause for two reasons, and both are good ones. First, you're wondering why this woman has need of pistols in the first place. Is she a killer? And secondly, why would she leave her room tonight without them? This makes you wonder even more than the first reason. You are extremely sure that this woman is evil and ruthless; that's why you've come to check her out in the first place. But since she's not here at the moment, you can't be absolutely positive.

But you've been there for quite a while already, and not wanting to press your luck, you decide that it's best that you leave now, before she comes back and catches you going through her things. That wouldn't be a pretty sight. Not at all. So you give Furcolow's quarters a once-over and make sure that you haven't left anything out of place, and then you quickly open the door, stepping through it into the durasteel hallway, and then close the door behind you. You begin the trek back to your own room, careful not to make too much noise with your rugged boots on the hard floor paneling.

Suddenly, you hear a the faint echo of a bloodcurdling scream! It's pretty far away, but it's coming from the direction of your own room! You're still a minute or two away yet, but chills go down your spine and cause your tailbone to go numb. You quicken your step, and worry a bit less about the noise you might be making as you rush towards your quarters. When you're about thirty seconds out, you hear the sharp report of gunfire. One shot, with a guttural wrench of finality. You break into a full-tilt run, pounding down the corridors, sprinting for all you're worth. And as you turn the corner to view the entrance to your quarters, your heart drops through the floor.

Blood is spattered all over the walls and the floor near your doorway, and your heavy steel door is hanging open, nearly ripped from its hinges. A terrible fight must have raged on this very spot not minutes ago; the blood is still bright red. Your pistols already out, you walk cautiously to your own doorway. Making sure to keep your pistol's sights in line with your own vision, you inch forward, ready to shoot anything that moves. But nothing does. You reach your hatch and look into your room, cringing at what you might see.

You were right to cringe. Blood is everywhere. Your room has been torn apart from top to bottom. Just inside the threshold of your room, a body lays. A girl, whose sleek black bodysuit barely contains her voluptuous body; her ample bosom nearly coming out of the feathered neckline. Her long legs and feet, covered by purple leggings and long boots, are splayed at awkward angles as if she was already dead when she hit the floor. Two clawed bat-like wings emerge from either side of her slender waist, and two more from beneath the green hair, tangled and matted with blood and sweat. Her eyes are rolled back into her head, and a gaping hold still gushes blood from the middle of her forehead. The back of her head has been completely blown away, and splattered against the back wall of your room.

You retch at the indecency of it all. Who could have done this? You step over the fresh corpse into your quarters, and gasp as you find another body sprawled on the ground. The girl who had been guarding your doorway. Her beautiful features twisted in a grimace of despair and failure, she lies battered and torn on the floor. Massive head and neck injuries still flow with blood, and you whole body aches with the desire to heal her, to make her live again, but you know in your heart that there is no reversing what has been done to this girl, and so you consciously make the decision to let her go. She gave her life for you, and you will respect that by honoring her memory.

But now: what to do with the bodies, the blood, the terrible mess? You retch again as the putrefying odor of death hits you anew. You suddenly feel faint... and then find yourself looking again at the face of the girl with the bullet hole in her forehead. Her empty eyes search your soul, and you turn away and vomit violently. You feel dizzy... and your world begins to go blurry... the smell... those eyes...

Your body slumps to the floor, right next to the other two.

As far as the scum/town balance goes, I think that had millar saved his zerg-rush ability and done a better job staying under the radar this game could have gone a lot differently.
One's self-meta cannot be known without invalidating it.

This game actually could have been a lot different had Shotty not missed you on Night 2, and not forgotten to submit his action on Night 3. Also, Iecerint blocked Furcolow's kill on Magna successfully on Night 3. That would have left you guys without two of your most useful pro-town players, and Kdub could quite possibly have ridden into endgame if he'd have fakeclaimed well. Kast was onto him pretty well though, so it'd have been hard to shake that. And due to Kast's Focus Fire delayed kill setup on Kdub on Night 4, Kdub would have died on Night 5 anyway, if he hadn't been killed on Night 4 already by bv310.

@Mod-
Very nice game, thanks for running/asking me to replace in.
Thoughts on flavor:
-The flavor was really well written and made the game a lot more fun and interesting.
-I realize now that I parsed the rapid fire ability wrong; I thought it simply meant I had a chance to hit-or-miss an additional target instead of a chance to miss [the original target] PLUS a chance to hit a different target.

Thoughts on Balance:
-Overall the game felt pretty balanced, with slight advantage to town.
--Scum were pretty powerful, but so were town. Millar's D1 Zerg Rush was a gambit that could have gone really well for the scum team, but he used it on the wrong person.
--The detailed game flavor was a huge boon for town. I guess it's a balance mechanism against the limited reveals and against the many chance to fail abilities; but ultimately it helped "confirm" each other and I think was a net benefit for town.
--Game balance also kinda gave away Fur; if Iec hadn't hammered MoI, I was about to switch my position and hammer Fur myself based on setup/balance since scum would very much want/need a role cop in this setup. I just wasted time writing out my post and PMing it to the mod while I arranged my thoughts before actually going to post and just barely missed Iec's hammer.

Thoughts to Town:
-Nicely played to town and especially Iec and Muffin/SSBF. Always awesome to see townies set aside their preconceptions when contrary information pops up; it doesn't happen anywhere near as often as it should.

Thoughts to Scum:
-Most of the Fur hate is just hindsight complaints. Fur's "scummy" VI behavior was almost identical to Ythan's "scummy" VI behavior. The attacks of him being useless apply just as much to Robo's early play, if not more so. It's common to lots of players on this site.
--That's not to say he wasn't scummy at all, but he didn't do that terribly and people are giving him a way harder time than he deserves.
--However, the dropping to straight out insulting the players you disagree with is bad sportsmanship and really doesn't belong in any game (same for Ythan...). If nothing else, I'd strongly suggest not doing that anymore.
--Not sure how much of it was an act, but it would help to figure out your false claim and stick firmly with that even when you think you are going to be lynched. I've never seen changing your story when you get under pressure to be an effective defense.
-Kdub you played extremely similarly to the way you did in Avatar Mafia. That (+ process of elimination & game balance) gave you away. The active lurking thing seems to work pretty well for you when others don't have meta on it, but you may want to be a bit more active and/or bus harder next time.
-Millar's gambit could have been awesome, but his play after it failed just fell apart.
