We decided to make stations on all continents (-/-,-/+,+/-,+/+) and link those to each other, then whichever you are closest to on your own, you link your base to.

If you want to take a look at an example, mine is finished.

Just make some iron armors, slaughter some pigs for meat in case you lose health, and carry a diamond sword and a bow. This way, I've never died on long trips
