It's quicker to level, it's easier to level because it's not so chaotic, but getting from 60-80 is still quite a time sink (probably about a month of playing semi-regularly). 80-85 really isn't that bad.

For what it's worth, I only had one high level character when I started playing again in December. Now I have a level 85, and three level 60-somethings.

- less repetitive (eg. go fight something at the back of this cave... here's a magic item so you can teleport out afterwards)

OH MY GOD I LOVE YOU

Having to fight the exact same enemies on the way in and out of areas was such a pain.

If I still have 'the itch' in a few months time, I've got to get back into this.

Also, you should check your account... I dunno if it's the same in the US, but on the EU accounts there is usually a free 10-day reactivation trial available, if you haven't played recently.

two of which are at those levels because dram GaLed the fuck out of them.

I'd love to see the mod notes for that though:

If someone chooses Disc Priest, they get Doctor.
If someone chooses Shadow Priest, they get Mafia Doctor.
If someone chooses Holy Priest, they get Vanilla Townie.

I'll probably sign back up eventually, but this summer I'm planning on (finally) getting my driver's licence, finding a real job, taking a couple psych courses, and studying for my Advanced 1 RAD exam. I can't add WoW on to all that.

In time, though... Azeroth will worship me...
